ببینید هتل خوبه هم از نظر تمیزی و نزدیکی که خداییش تو حرم هست و از نظر تنوع غذایی هم بیشتر ذائقه ها رو مد نظر داشته و خوبه اما اتاقها یک مقدار کوچک هستند و قیمت هم نسبتا بالا هست

اینترنت رایگان نداشت اما نزدیکی به حرم و دسترسی بسیار عالی کیفیت صبحانه هم خوب بود در کل من راضی بودم دمتون گرم

اپارتمان برای ۳ شب با همسر هر دو سالمند هستیم هم کف باشد

خیلییی نزدیک حرم

متوسط اما محترم هستند

I visited the hotel in December 2025, and I have been staying here for almost 10 years. The location is excellent—very close to the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, and easily reachable on foot. The rooms are clean, and the overall quality is very good to excellent considering the high number of visitors. The staff are extremely helpful and their service is fast. However, I had a problem with the food: I ate only white Rice and a piece of chicken and got food poisoning. I recommend being careful with the meals or bringing your own food. Free internet is available. Another thing to improve is sound insulation in the rooms, as noise from hallways and nearby rooms can be heard. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of location and service, but caution is advised regarding the food.

I think among best possible in Najaf. Yes there are minor areas of improvement but it subsides importance of it's location and maintenance. Lifts have heavy load. Food looks over killed by hotel. Very luxury

مزدحم و المصاعد متعددة لكن احيانا يصعب الحصول عليها ، وجبات المطعم رائعة جدا جدا و يتميز بالقرب من حرم أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام على بعد دقيقة تقريبا . و السوق يحيط به من كل مكان .

I booked through Booking.com and requested a baby cot, which was approved. However, when I arrived, no cot was provided instead I was given 4 single beds. I’m not sure how they expect a baby to sleep safely alone, so I would not consider this a baby-friendly hotel. Other hotels in Iraq provided a proper foldable baby bed with no issue. Breakfast was good but not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, nothing about the hotel feels 5-star. Stayed in royal hotel in karbala and other high end 5 stars in baghdad but this hotel is not up to the standard. The rooms are okay, but it is absolutely not worth the price. The only real positive is the location.

الفندق ممتاز واعجبني كثيرا وانصح فيه .. - الموقع جدا ممتاز خطوات بسيطة للحرم. - الغرف نظيفة ومريحة. - بوفيه الاكل جدا جدا جميل ومتنوع والاصناف لذيذة ماشاء الله ، ويغيروا الاطباق اللي تخلص بشكل سريع و و وقت الوجبات طويل حتى لو اتاخرتوا تلاقوا الاكل موجود. - الانترنت ممتاز.

الفندق جميل ومرتب وقريب جدا من الحرم واجمل مافيه المطعم..لا يعلى عليه..تنوع ولذاذة ونظافة ..من اجمل مطاعم الفنادق التي سكناها في رحلتنا للعراق شكرا لكادر المطعم على روحهم الطيبة واخص بالذكر الشاب مهدي صاحب الابتسامة الجميلة والترحاب الطيب

I always enjoy staying here however, this time I had a different experience. The gentleman at the front desk was trying to complicate everything and claimed we don’t have a reservation when I confirmed it a few hours before. He claimed there are no rooms available and they don’t take USD cash or card. It was clear he was being dishonest and wanted to pocket some of the payment when we pay him with dinars. Once I started speaking to a different receptionist all issues were resolved and we were able to get rooms and pay with our credit cards. Greedy workers give this place a bad look.

Clean hotel. Amazing food. Extremely slow service. The main door and road to the shrine was under construction so kind off paid extra for nothing. Laundry was told would come at 9.30 it came by 5pm. Extremely slow service. Not a hotel a would recommend for the Price they are charging. Coffee shop on 7th floor was amazing. Good view and good service at coffee shop. They deserve a 10/10

الفندق جميل بشكل عام والموقع ولا أروع... الخدمة والنظافة جيدة جداً. لكن يعاب عليه الراحة في الغرف. السرير غير مريح ومياه الحمام ليست حارة بما يكفي للاستحمام اضافة الى أن الأنترنت بطيء ولعل ذلك بسبب تركه مفتوح دون حماية. البوفيه متنوع وكمية الطعام وفيرة لكن جودة الأكل أقل من متوسطة في نظري خصوصا ان اغلب الأطباق تصبح باردة بشكل لايستساغ.

A very bad memory of the hotel, the city of Najaf and the pilgrimage. Unfortunately, the reservation staff made us wait for two hours after a 6-hour drive with two children, a 1.5-year-old and a 9-year-old. Unfortunately, because we had reserved 3 beds and they were full, they said they would give us 4 single beds. They really didn't think twice about how a 1.5-year-old child would want to sleep alone on a bed. I would advise the hotel manager to just give her staff, especially the reservations department, a tour to Dubai, Istanbul, and Kuala Lumpur to at least see the manners and socializing of the staff at 4-star hotels. This is not our first time staying at this hotel. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel in the past 5 months.
