Terribly pathetic and discourteous security staff with zero politeness and unneccessary strictness. From the ticket counter to the inside of Mazar, the security guards behave like Army Captains. Pity on the security incharge who has trained these private security guards and ticket counter staff like some dogs. Shame on you. Shame on Mazar Management Board. This is the mausoleum of Quaid.e.Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder and father of the nation and you people are treating ordinary citizens like trash with rude behavior of counter staff till security guards. What kind of people are you? Do you want the public to distance themselves from Quaid.e.Azam? People come here to pay homage to their great leader and they encounter illiterate, unpresentable and rude stafd on the entrance. You people have imprisoned Quaid.e.Azam's grave. You people are just managing the Mazar for photoshoots of VIPs. You people do not have an iota of understanding about the person who is buried in there. Shame on you ! Big shame ! If you will continue treating citizens like this, the people will never dare to go there, just because your security staff may shout on them at any point. If you think of yourself as some good management then put sign boards and caution the citizens about no go areas in the Mazar. I always have terrible expereience from entry points. Your staff make their best effort that no one would go inside the Mazar, trust me, they try their best that citizens may return from the entrance gate and go back to where they came from. May someone in authority see this review and call me for the feedback and I will show them how is it like to enter Mazar.e.Quaid as an ordinary citizen.
