The place is amazing, and the service is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food options. We truly enjoyed the beautiful sea view while dining. A special thank you to the staff members, Chamod, Lihara, and Isuri, who treated us with great kindness and professionalism during breakfast. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The breakfast service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The views were simply incredible. The view from my room, the rooftop bar, and the restaurant were all stunning. One of my favorite things was being able to enjoy a meal or a drink while watching the trains pass along the beautiful coastal railway right next to the ocean. It was such a unique and memorable experience. What made my stay truly special, however, was the staff. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but every single staff member I met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Traveling alone can sometimes be challenging, but the team was always there with a warm smile, helpful advice, and exceptional hospitality. They helped make my trip not only comfortable but also genuinely enjoyable and memorable. The level of care and attention I received was beyond what I would expect even from many five-star hotels. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my time in Colombo so special. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Colombo, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality! ❤️

Beautiful hotel right next to the beach. Premium facilities and interiors. Room is a bit tiny, but equipped with all facilities. Love the carpeting in the room and outside. Wi-Fi is fast enough. Staff are very polite and helpful. They are very professional too. They go out of their way to help guests. Located on the main road. Lot of restaurants nearby. There is a rooftop bar and pool. Great views from up there. There is a gym too. The breakfast spread is excellent. Yummy hoppers, dosa, idli etc. Tuk tuk drivers are right outside the hotel. They offer good prices compatible with Uber. A nice place to stay in Colombo.

We stayed at Radisson Hotel check in 24 February 2026 and Check out 25th February 2026 and had specifically requested a parcel breakfast at 5:30 AM because of our early morning flight. We clearly asked for only cut fruits, expecting at least a basic standard of hospitality from an international brand hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. As visible in the attached photos, the quantity provided was shockingly inadequate — hardly enough even for one person, let alone a proper breakfast. More concerning was the very poor packaging. The fruits were placed in a flimsy, loosely sealed container, and during transit to the airport the box opened and the fruits spilled out, making it unusable and unhygienic. Because of this negligence, we practically had no breakfast before a long journey. For a hotel of Radisson Blu’s reputation and pricing, this level of service is unacceptable. An early departure breakfast is a very common request in hotels worldwide, and proper packing with reasonable quantity is a very basic expectation. This showed a clear lack of attention, quality control, and guest care. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what one expects from a premium hotel brand. Management seriously needs to improve guest handling, especially for airport-departure guests.

Das Radisson in Colombo ist ein nettes und schönes Hotel aber relativ auch ein kleines Hotel als vergleichsweise zu anderen Hotels in der Stadt. Das Team war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit aber manchmal wenn man das Housekeeping gerufen hat oder Kofferservice hat es etwas gezögert, auch eine Bett Lampe hat leider nicht funktioniert und etwas nervig sind die Krähen beim Rooftop. Ein großen Dank aber an das Housekeeping Team die, die Zimmer reinigen die haben echt ein guten Job gemacht und einer vom Team (hab leider den Namen vergessen) war super hilfreich und sympathisch großen Dank an ihn. Am Empfang wird man mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen das ist sehr lieb und sehr aufmerksam muss man sagen. Das Gym ist eher klein und manchmal hat die Klimaanlage gar nicht funktioniert etwas blöd für das Training, das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und man findet von allem was auch frische Hoppers und Dosa aber die Gerichte ähneln stark an indische Gerichte als Sri Lanka leider :( Sonst hat man eine super Aussicht und in der Nähe sind sehr schöne Orte zum besuchen Allgemein ein sehr tolles Hotel nur ein paar Sachen könnte man ändern;)

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the staff provided outstanding service. The rooftop bar is fantastic, offering breathtaking views, enjoyable music, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot to relax after a busy day. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place.

The hotel’s environment is amazing and the service is 10/10. And we took a buffet breakfast here . So all the foods are delicious and the employee named Isuri Kavindya served us the tea so politely. So my stay over here is amazing. It’s a very beautiful staycation here.

Had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Hotel Colombo. The food was excellent, the environment was warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to Amanda, Manoj, and Isuri for their exceptional service and hospitality. The staff overall were very courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The only minor issue was that the floor was quite loud at times, which affected the peacefulness a little. Other than that, everything else was great and we had a very pleasant experience.

We stayed with Radisson Kandy and Radisson Blu Galle prior to arriving at Radisson Colombo. Both of these places felt bigger and grander compared to Radisson Colombo. If you are looking for a good place to stay with an international brand then this can be a good choice. We had a good view of Indian ocean out of our room. One Galle Face mall is about 15 mins by taxi/tuk tuk. There isn't much to do around the hotel. Nearest beach is about 15 mins away. We had a smooth and swift check in. Staff at reception was warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and functional. Restaurant had a very limited spread for dinner as well as breakfast buffet. There was also a very limited staff in the restaurant. On one occasion we requested them to join the tables since we had more number of people and they just refused. Overall the restaurant experience was very transactional and underwhelming. The pool on the roof top is a small one since it shares space with the rooftop bar. If you are looking for an international chain hotels in a no frills sort of stay then this can be a good choice. But if you are looking for a luxury stay or exceeding warmth and hospitality then this may not be the right choice.

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel Colombo, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Sampath and the team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach truly stood out. It’s clear that the hotel hires and trains staff who take pride in delivering excellent service. The atmosphere is calm and refreshing, with beautiful ocean views that create the perfect setting to relax. Every interaction ,from check-in to dining ,was smooth and pleasant. Kudos to the entire Radisson Colombo team for maintaining such high standards. I look forward to visiting again!

I had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Colombo and can confidently say it exceeded my expectations on every level. The hotel itself is outstanding. It is perfectly located, with breathtaking views that instantly elevate the entire experience. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind from the moment you walk in. Everything feels polished, comfortable, and well cared for. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people, and in particular, Thanu. In over 20 years of travelling, I can honestly say she is one of the most remarkable hosts I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome with a warmth and kindness that cannot be taught. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and natural ability to connect with guests is something special. And I have to mention her incredible smile, which is one of the most genuine and uplifting I have ever seen. It leaves a lasting impression and elevates the entire stay. Thanu is not just a staff member, she is an absolute asset to the hotel and a big part of why my experience was so memorable. I would return to the Radisson Colombo without hesitation, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, quality, and truly outstanding hospitality.

Great hotel with warm and friendly welcoming staff. Enjoyed every moment of our stay and had a memorable holiday a “Home away from Home”Good food, clean rooms, and in a great location. It’s a good hotel on the Marine drive with a sea view for an affordable price. We got the sea view room and the views are very nice, specially during the evening. Highlight is the rooftop infinity pool and the bar. Breakfast buffet was good with good selection. However they had a set menu for the dinner. We had two kids with us for one whom we purchased the child supplement for. However the full set menu wasn’t provided for both the kids. Only one portion of the main meal and one soup was provided for both kids. But they were happy to arrange several deserts, complimentary chips and additional bed to the room free of charge.

"Incredible staff honesty! I accidentally lost my wallet during my stay, but thanks to Chanaka and Jamaldeen from the housekeeping department, it was found and safely returned to me. Their integrity and outstanding helpfulness blew me away. It is rare to find such trustworthy service. Highly recommend this place for their wonderful and honest team!"

Got the best views. Staff were PRETTY AMAZING. Very cordial and accommodating. Huge breakfast spread. Loved the stay throughout. Can take a good stroll along the railway line and the beach. The BEST.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the room service was prompt and efficient. One of the highlights was the stunning view, you can see the seaside, passing trains, the port, and beautiful sunsets, which made the experience even more memorable.
