Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was good, though there was a slight variation in taste. However, the service truly stood out. A special thanks to Archana and Harjas — they were extremely warm, attentive, and welcoming during breakfast. My daughter became really fond of Archana, and they gave her special attention, making sure she got everything she wanted. Their kindness and care made our experience even more memorable and pleasant. We truly appreciate their hospitality and effort.

The front desk team, especially Ms. Ashmi, deserves special mention for her courteous behavior, professionalism, and prompt assistance. She made the check-in and overall stay smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping staff maintained excellent cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and polite approach was highly commendable. I would also like to appreciate the restaurant team, particularly Ms. Archana, for her warm hospitality, attentive service, and pleasant demeanor. Dining at the restaurant was a delightful experience. A special thanks to Chef Mr. Raj for the delicious food. Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with very comfortable beds. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Excellent place for overnight stay. Visited to attend VISA appointment at VFS. The ambience was good. Enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast - good spread and tasty food. The gym was great. Could spend an hour in the gym. The rooms were cosy and bright even though it was cold outside. Special mention- Mr Anuranjan and Ms Ashmi who were very co-operative and got me some urgent documents printed late night. They were with all smiles to serve me as it was really too cold outside. I had my interview today morning at 9 am and it went off well. Kudos to both of them and some others colleagues who helped them. Thanks to Akhil and Siddharth also

One of the best place to stay and mossaic is one of the finest place to dine as well!!! Visited more than 20 times still would visit mosaic for lunch, they serve excellent kulcha, paneer and dal... Soup is simply splendid

would love to share my experience – I was here for a family celebration.....this place is truly amazing,They maintain everything very well and with great hygiene. What stood out the most was the warm welcome and the peaceful atmosphere. Loved their Restrobar ,The staff are extremely polite and well-mannered, which made me feel very comfortable and respected special Mention to Manoj who was leading from the front in the restaurant. Everything is very well maintained, and their attention to Hospitality is impressive. Highly recommended

Our stay was quite disappointing due to repeated service issues and unkept promises. At check-in, we were told that our room was a pool view room. However, the room we were given had only a small window facing the back lobby. When we raised this, the staff said this was the only room available at the moment and assured us they would change it the next day. When we followed up again, we were shown another room and informed that the actual pool-view rooms were already booked, and we could choose from other available rooms instead. This raised a genuine concern—why promise something that wasn’t available in the first place? After further discussion, the staff checked again and confirmed that a pool-view room would become available the following day. We were told the room number would be updated in the system and that we wouldn’t need to follow up. Unfortunately, no one contacted us on the final day. We ended up chasing the staff throughout our stay, with no proactive communication from their side. Additionally, on the first day of check-in, we were informed about a complimentary cake and were even asked to confirm the timing. Later, this was completely forgotten and never mentioned again. Overall, the experience reflected poor coordination, lack of accountability, and very weak service standards. Definitely not what we expected.

We come to this ideally located hotel as a stopover on the way to the Hills. We get the suites, which are two bedrooms and very spacious. The mattresses are comfy and one can get inter interconnected rooms (if available). Ms. Manohar, the Owner/GM runs this Radisson Hotel most professionally and dynamically with her excellent team. Chef Prashant and Mr. Rajiv always make sure that we have a smooth and incredible experience form check in to check out. This time incredible service was provided by Chef Khushi Ram, Ravi, Archana and Harjas.

It was a lovely stay at country inn with family. The breakfast is very tasty, with all a good spread. All options are amazing, special thanks to Archana and staff to help up with baby food.

We had a fabulous experience with the delicious food and selection of food. Harjas was taking every single effort to take care of us and see our comfort. She served well and took good care of us. Very sweet and courteous girl.

I recently stayed at Country Inn, Zirakpur, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Every corner reflects thoughtful detailing and elegance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. The spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes that truly celebrate India’s culinary diversity from comforting North Indian flavors to authentic South Indian delicacies. It’s a perfect start to the day, catering to every palate. A special mention must go to Chef Nikita, who adds a personal touch to the entire dining experience. She is not only an excellent chef but also a wonderful host, making sure every guest’s preference is taken care of with utmost warmth and attention. Worth staying.

One of the most unprofessional place i ever encountered. They scammed me of 7000/-. I made the payment and called to enquire about the booking. No one picks up the call. Asked to connect with some manager on 5th attempt and he did the same. Called around 20 times but no response. It's a blot on hospitality industry and no one should stay here. It's better to pay more and stay somewhere inferior where people atleast respond. They duped me of 7K. Please please don't fall for this scam.

If you are looking for luxury stay at affordable price then this is the best in town. The supporting staff - security, front desk, restaurant staff - everyone were very cordial, polite and helpful. I loved the food, ambience and interior of the hotel. Their rooms and dining area is really top notch and hygienic. The only drawback is location as the hotel is little far from the city centre but still the stay was all worth it. Also I would like to add that we requested for an upgrade and they did it without any hassle. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Carrying legacy of Radisson, good ambience. Taken dinner and breakfast. Though fewer in variety but very good in taste. Staff have been exceptionally courteous,, professional especially Ms. Archana who served me such nicely and professionally that made my dining experience excellent
