I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Radisson Blu. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm, elegant, and well organized. The rooms were spacious, clean, and maintained to a very high standard, which made the stay relaxing and stress-free. The overall service quality reflected professionalism and genuine hospitality. I would especially like to appreciate Raj Deep, who made a remarkable difference during my stay. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and prompt support ensured that all my needs were taken care of smoothly. It is rare to find staff members who are so dedicated and passionate about guest satisfaction. Because of the excellent service and the outstanding support from Raj Deep, my experience at Radisson Blu was truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a welcoming environment.

We had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Udaipur. The overall service was excellent, but I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Ankita for her outstanding dedication and positive attitude. She works from morning till night with great energy, never looks tired, and always serves guests with a warm smile. She takes care of every order very efficiently and makes guests feel comfortable and valued. Her hard work, professionalism, and cheerful nature truly made our stay more pleasant. The location is convenient as the hotel is built above a mall, making shopping and food options easily accessible. The rooms are good and spacious, and the staff is polite and helpful, which made the stay comfortable. The food tasted good. However, the breakfast spread has very limited non-veg options, which could definitely be improved. Food was good. One major disappointment was the swimming pool maintenance. Even though it’s winter and the pool wasn’t being used much, basic upkeep was expected. There were pigeons all around the pool area with feathers floating in the water and pigeons droppings , which did not feel hygienic. Also, the view from the room was not pleasant — the river in front looked more like a drain, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, the stay was decent in terms of rooms and staff.

Great stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was very attentive. Special thanks to Ankita for her prompt and polite service. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It is totally opposite of the old city. But, rooms are spacious and clean. They allowed for us to check-in before an hour as we arrived an hour early. But, once you check-out they wont allow you to be in the property. Only you can sit at the reception area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was smooth and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We recently stayed at Radisson Hotel Udaipur (not Radisson Blu Palace), and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the property feels very old and poorly maintained. The washroom flush in our room was leaking, and the hand shower (handjet) was oddly placed on the left side, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Overall, the room lacked the standard upkeep one expects from a brand like Radisson. At check-in, there was no welcome drink offered — something quite basic for a hotel of this category. First impressions truly matter, and this one was underwhelming from the start. The breakfast experience was even worse. The food had absolutely no taste — it felt like it was prepared just for the sake of offering breakfast, without any attention to quality or flavor. The service during breakfast was extremely poor. No one greeted us, no smiles, not even a simple “Good Morning.” The staff seemed untrained and disengaged, which is surprising and unacceptable for a hotel operating under an international brand name like Radisson. We asked for black coffee and you can see in the picture how they presented us and also the butter quality wasn’t fine. The Sabudana khichdi wasn’t even cooked properly. Proper staff training and hospitality standards were clearly lacking. As guests on vacation, this experience genuinely upset us and negatively impacted our trip. Also, a very important note for future travelers: This is Radisson Hotel Udaipur, not Radisson Blu Palace. The booking is non-refundable, so please be very mindful before making a reservation. If you don’t want to risk spoiling your vacation, I would strongly advise against booking this property. For us, it was a big NO.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Although a special shoutout to Ankita, who was an excellent hostess and took great care of us every day during breakfast and dinner.

Very good location. Backside of hotel there is a mall. Staff service is excellent . Food quality is good little spicy. Rooms are very good. Enjoyed my stay.

One of the worst Radisson hotel in the country. Please don’t ever stay at this hotel. The room was smelling badly of cigarettes and was very very dirty. There were stains on blanket, bed sheet, bed and even on the walls. Room condition was so bad that you don’t feel like staying inside at all. Washroom was also very dirty and not properly cleaned. Big problem is the hotel lift. It gets stuck anytime and you can be stuck inside for more than 30 minutes, which is very scary and unsafe. Hotel staff is very careless. They don’t respond to housekeeping or reception calls. We tried many times but no one picked the call or helped us. Overall very bad experience. Don’t don’t don’t visit this place.

I recently stayed at Radisson udaipur with my family. I had lot of expectations of staying in a 4/5 Star hotel. However, i must submit that the trip was a complete disappointment. The reception itself was absolutely cold. No welcome, no serving of welcome drink. The room quilt was having stains, tea packs were not complete, washroom amenities were not complete. On being asked to nothing was provided. The housekeeping staff was not responsive at all. One had to call 4-5 times to get them to clean washroom. The dinner spread was extremely limited whereas charges were exorbitant comparatively. The quality of food was poor. Breakfast spread was comparatively better. However, the restaurant staff lacks basic hospitality etiquettes. It appears that they are not hotel management qualified like Taj etc. No positivity while serving. The experience was like any other normal hotel. Overall a poor experience !!! Hoping Radisson to upgrade services soon

Probably one of the worst radisson's in the world.. shouldn't be a Radisson at all. Rooms are gross and dirty. Our pillows, not 1, not 2 but all 4 were yellow with 1 pillow with blood stains. Bed sheets had black spots right in the middle and few hair at the bottom.. called housekeeping to change everything and the guy kept saying we just changed and cleaned room, after arguing with my wife he finally changed the sheets, pillow case and blanket, but pillows still yellow with blood stains said they don't have new pillows for us.. Maybe wash your pillows and blanket once every few days rather then just changing the case.. We came back to hotel after dinner and no lights with only one employee working front desk that was not very helpful. Luckily we checkout after 1 night and found a new hotel to stay at which was 10x better with friendly service.

It's clean and best for business stays. I service of food Dinner by Finance company and thakur was really good. Chef kesar food was also good.

If I could describe my stay at this hotel in one word, it would be pathetic. I expected Radisson standards, but what I experienced was complete chaos, unprofessional staff, and zero value for money. Check-in & Rooms: The nightmare began right at check-in. Despite having a confirmed booking for two rooms, the front desk insisted I had only one. After unnecessary back-and-forth, I finally got the rooms, but they weren’t even ready. I had to wait around 30 minutes in the lobby. Not the kind of start anyone expects at a Radisson property. Staff & Service: The staff seemed to be mostly trainees with no understanding of how to handle guests or resolve issues. My room phone didn’t work, and despite personally reporting it to the reception, no one bothered to fix it throughout my stay. Housekeeping Incident: We borrowed an iron, and shockingly, housekeeping knocked on our door at 6:30 AM to collect it back! After a tiring day of sightseeing, being woken up so early for something so trivial was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast buffet was another huge disappointment. The spread was below average, the toaster didn’t work, milk wasn’t available, spoons were missing, and we had to ask repeatedly for basic items. The food was tasteless — even a roadside stall would have been better. Parking Issues: There’s no proper valet service. Guests are told to park their own cars on the roadside because the drivers use the hotel vehicles for sightseeing. Totally unacceptable for a brand like Radisson. Overall: This property seriously damages the Radisson brand name. The management clearly doesn’t care about guest experience, and everything from check-in to breakfast was frustrating. Verdict: Never again. This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve had in years. Avoid Radisson Udaipur if you value your time, money, or peace of mind.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient. The breakfast buffet is decent, though not quite up to the usual Radisson standards. Unfortunately, the management falls short of the Radisson experience. Their handling of situations made us feel more like we were staying at a 2-star property. During check-in, we were first assigned the wrong room. Fifteen minutes after checking in, we received a call informing us of their mistake. Instead of offering an apology, the manager asked if we had used anything in the room. The second room they attempted to move us to was already occupied, which they tried to access with their master key—an unsettling experience. We were finally given a third room, which was correct. By the end of the day, however, the key to that room stopped working, requiring yet another trip to the reception to resolve the issue. Overall, go for this hotel if you’re looking for an average, ok-ok stay. But don’t book it expecting the quality and service you normally associate with Radisson.
