During my recent business trip to Chennai, I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, and it was a truly memorable experience. Their professionalism and warmth created a positive impression throughout my stay. I stayed in a standard room, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, well-maintained, hygienic, and thoughtfully designed. The cozy bed, spotless washroom, and excellent amenities made my stay comfortable and relaxing. As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated the sense of safety and security that the hotel provided. One incident that deserves special mention occurred during my checkout. I accidentally left behind my phone charger, and the vigilant staff noticed it immediately and ensured it was returned to me before I departed. Such attention to detail and genuine care for guests are commendable and reflect the hotel’s high standards of service. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay pleasant and hassle-free. The only minor disappointment was the pricing at the restaurant. While the ambience was excellent and the variety of food offered was impressive, I found the prices to be quite high.
