The service at the hotel was excellent! Vato, our waiter, was extremely friendly and attentive. While serving us, he shared some interesting facts about various dishes, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a cozy and relaxed vibe. We felt very well taken care of and appreciated the cheerful attitude and helpful tips. We will definitely be coming back!

Me and my friend had a fabulous dining experience at Red. Our server Saba made the evening unforgettable. From the beginning, he guided us through the menu with confidence and genuine enthusiasm, explaining every dish with clarity. Each course was introduced with perfect timing and presence. What really amazed us was the balance between formal fine dining etiquette and heartfelt warmth he had. His gestures and attentiveness reflected true professionalism 👏🏻 By the end of the evening it felt less like standard restaurant service and more like being hosted by someone who genuinely takes pride in creating a memorable experience. Ich habe einen Patienten von Deutschland nach Tiflis begleitet und war deshalb zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Ich bin erst um 03:30 Uhr nachts angekommen. An der Rezeption wurde ich von Herrn Rati sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz der späten Uhrzeit hat er sich sofort um alles gekümmert und auf meine Anfrage hin ein Taxi organisiert, damit ich bei meinem Heimflug wieder zum Flughafen komme. Am nächsten Tag habe ich noch einmal bei der Rezeption vorbeigeschaut, um zu bestätigen, dass das Taxi für meinen Heimflug auch wirklich reserviert ist. Dabei waren wieder Herr Rati und seine Kollegin Frau Gvantas da. Besonders angenehm war, dass Frau Gvantas Deutsch sprechen konnte – das hat vieles erleichtert. Herr Rati war während meines Aufenthalts wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für mich da. Herr Rati ist sogar mit mir zur nächsten Bank gegangen, damit ich Geld in Lari wechseln kann, um die Rechnung zu bezahlen. Bei der ersten Bank ging das leider nicht, weil man dort nur als Kunde Geld wechseln kann. Herr Rati hat sogar versucht, es über sein privates Konto zu lösen, aber auch das hat nicht funktioniert. Schließlich sind wir noch ein Stück weiter gegangen und konnten dort das Geld wechseln. Ich fand es wirklich sehr schön, wie sich Herr Rati, seine Kolleginnen und auch die anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption um mich gekümmert haben. Gerade Herr Rati hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und mir wirklich geholfen. Mein Zimmer war sauber und auch die gesamte Hotelanlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

What an underrated hotel! I visit Georgia often, and I usually don’t like the service there, but this hotel truly offers the highest quality service ever. From the waiters to the managers and receptionists, everyone is on another level. The personal care and attention are unmatched. THANK YOU!!🤩

Wir sind das 2.Mal in Tiflis und das erste Mal hier in diesen schönen Hotel. Wir sind sehr früh am Morgen angekommen und konnten sofort unser Zimmer. Eine gute Kombination durch die Zeit, sehr gepflegt und ein sehr engagiertes Team, welches uns Bestens verwöhnt. Beim nächsten Urlaub sind wir hier sehr gern wieder zu Gast. Dankeschön

I can’t say enough good things about the service at this hotel. The property itself is wonderful - spacious rooms, beautiful common areas, and a great overall atmosphere - but it’s truly the staff that makes this place such a gem. We were initially welcomed by Ani at the front desk, who went above and beyond at every step to ensure we had an amazing stay. Every restaurant she recommended was fantastic, and she even made reservations for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. She is an absolute star. Gvantsa was also incredibly helpful, assisting us with extending our stay and helping with all the little details throughout our visit. The rest of the staff were great too! We already can’t wait to come back in the summer and stay at this lovely property filled with such warm and kind people.

Radisson Red Tbilisi is an absolute gem — incredible, quirky, stylish, and full of personality. From the closed-off entrance to the retro, design-forward interiors, every detail feels intentional and cool. The personal touches really stood out: a bottle of champagne, a handwritten note, and staff who were genuinely attentive and warm. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and the décor throughout is next level. It’s super central, with loads of restaurants and bars nearby and easy Bolt access to explore the city. I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Wow, it's was a wonderful stay, which over my expectations. I received a warm welcome from GM Mr. Lovric and welcome treatment as Radisson member, also I was invited to their yard opening party, where the night with great food, vibes, I'd call this as one of the great hidden garden bars in Tbilisi. Also thanks to Nick at breakfast and the other staff members, who were extremely helpful. The breakfast is nothing, basically 0 things to complain about and lots of tasty local dishes, and I enjoyed my coffee every day at my fav window seat with a peaceful street view. My room was clean and modern, bathroom spacious and shower was enjoyable , and the balcony view was simply chill, trust me, best place to relax during my five-day stay. I hope to visit again soon!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I was extremely pleased, and again more do with the staff. The receptionist, Gvantsa was very delightful and helped me with all my needs and questions in a very warm welcoming manner. This was one of the better hotel services have received.
