أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter في حي السفارات على حسن الاستقبال وروعة الإقامة. كانت تجربة مميزة بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى، بدايةً من نظافة الغرف وجميع أنحاء الفندق والممرات، إلى هدوء المكان وفخامته وتعامل جميع الموظفين الراقي وحرصهم الدائم على راحة الضيوف. كما أخص بالشكر الموظفة مها على ذوقها الرفيع وأسلوبها الراقي وحسن ضيافتها واحترافيتها العالية، فقد كانت مثالًا للأخلاق والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، مما جعل الإقامة أكثر جمالًا وراحة. وكان الفطور متنوعًا ولذيذًا ومقدمًا بطريقة رائعة تعكس جودة الفندق واهتمامه بضيوفه. ولفتت انتباهي اللوحات التراثية الموجودة في الغرف وجميع أرجاء الفندق والممرات، والتي استوحت تفاصيلها من تاريخ مملكتنا الغالية، في لمسة جميلة تعبّر عن الهوية والأصالة السعودية وتُبرز التراث العريق بأسلوب أنيق ومميز. شكرًا لكم على هذه التجربة الراقية، وبالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى بإذن الله.

I’ve come here for Iftar for Ramadan. The cuisine is excellent and very diverse, which is perfect to fit everyone’s needs. The service here is amazing, the employees are very hospitable and kind. Special thanks to Ma’moun, Alsharif, Abu Alkhair, for their outstanding performances. 🩷

I went to the restaurant for the Iftar in Ramadan. Food is excellent, variety is great, atmosphere is welcoming and the service is amazing. We have been welcomed by the good team of Hussam, Sultan, Bader and Salahuddine, all of which were respectful and diligent. A deserved rating indeed.

We had a wonderful Iftar buffet dinner at Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, the team still made an effort to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. A special thank you to Dexter for his outstanding service. He kindly assisted us and arranged an outdoor table where we could enjoy the live cooking stations. The ambiance was beautiful, and the cool February evening on February 28, 2026 made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the hospitality was exceptional. Thank you to Dexter and the whole team for making our Iftar dinner a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Had a big upgrade when we checked in for our weekend in Riyadh. Had a great breakfast with one of the best Belgian Waffles I have had in a long time. The team at the hotel went out of their way to make us comfortable. They even brought a heater to the room as it was a very cold weekend in Riyadh. Thank you all….!

أنا كنت بالفندق اليوم وزوجي عضويه vip ودخلت أطفالي بالمسبح ١٩٨ ريال وكان موظف المسبح يقول مافيه عضويه ولاخصم وكذالك المطعم جدااا تعامل الموظف سي ورفض اخذ العضويه اسمه. (اختر ) هندي الجنسيه لللأسف ولابد محاسبه الموظف الهندي للتعامل والأسلوب وهذا يعكس على عدم مسؤليه الموظفين ومتابعتهم والمسبح جدا مكتوم مافيه اي تهويه للاطفال ولا للمرافقين ارجو تعديل هذ الخطا وشكرا

للأسف، كانت إقامتي في فندق راديسون بلو دون المستوى المتوقع بكثير من فندق يحمل هذا الاسم العالمي. أبرز السلبيات التي واجهتها: 1 مستوى النظافة والتنظيف: الغرف والمرافق لم تكن بالنظافة المطلوبة، وهناك إهمال واضح في التفاصيل الأساسية للنظافة الدورية التي تضمن راحة النزيل. 2 الخدمة والتعامل: الخدمة بطيئة جداً وتفتقر إلى الاحترافية في التعامل مع الضيوف وتلبية احتياجاتهم الأساسية. 3 تجاهل الشكاوى: المشكلة الأكبر هي أنه حتى لو تقدمت بشكوى رسمية أو تحدثت مع موظفي الاستقبال والإدارة لشرح المشاكل التي تواجهها، فلن تجد أي استجابة فعالة أو رغبة حقيقية في حل المشكلة. الشكاوى تُقابل بالتجاهل التام وكأن الأمر لا يعنيهم، ومتابعة النزيل معهم لا تؤدي إلى أي نتيجة أو تحسن في الخدمة. لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه لمن يبحث عن خدمة محترمة ونظافة تليق بفندق خمس نجوم، فالإدارة بحاجة لإعادة نظر شاملة في أسلوب التعامل مع النزلاء وحل مشاكلهم.

I had a wonderful experience attending Iftar at Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Riyadh during Ramadan. The Iftar buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. From traditional Ramadan favorites to international selections, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The dessert section was particularly impressive. The service was outstanding throughout the evening. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and very well-organized despite the busy time of Iftar. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable Ramadan gathering in a refined setting. I highly recommend it for families, friends, or corporate Iftar events, and I look forward to visiting again next Ramadan. Thanks to Mr. Salah Alden for being very friendly and hospitable!

We recently availed a weekend breakfast voucher at Radisson Blu - Diplomatic Quarters, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The food selection was thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of high‑quality dishes that made it the best breakfast we’ve enjoyed so far. The breads were exceptionally good, freshly baked and flavorful, while the fruits were impressively fresh and vibrant. The ambience added so much to the experience — calm, relaxing, and perfect for starting the day on a positive note. What truly elevated our visit was the staff, Aftab: warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a delightful breakfast experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying and memorable start to their weekend

I loved staying here - it's calm and tranquil and we had the best host at our suhoor meals - Aftab is warm, welcoming and went out of his way making me a delicious special tea each night. Shukran Aftab!

I was invited by a friend for pre "Ramadan Vibes" Iftar buffet . The place was wonderfully organized. Live music played the whole night. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful including their Manager "Sultan" who was very polite and welcoming. They opened two buffet sections one with starters, appetizers, drinks and desserts. The other one has four booths of different cuisines and food to try from like Shawarma, Saudi food & Shami food . I had a Phenomenal experience. Loved everything. Extremely recommended & must try their Ramadan Iftar buffet 👌🏼.

I had a very pleasant stay, excellent service. Maha from reception is extremely helpful and hospitality friendly. Aftab from breakfast restaurant is exceptional and has high standards and quality of service. The morning breakfast service made me feel like queen. Really pleasant stay and highly recommended.

It s always a great pleasure to revisit this amazing hotel over and over again. Checking into Radisson blue at diplomatic quarter feels like home for me . The service, the people who are there to support are simply genuine and amazing. I would cordially thank Aftab such a professional young gentleman whose service to the guest is incomparable for me , Dexter and his amazing presence and continuos support is highly valuable , Rauf and his kind initiatives all the time to bring the best. And on top of that the amazing super professional Bader who leads by example the excellent service here. We had a lovely Iftar experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, DQ during Ramadan.🌙 The atmosphere was beautiful, calm, and very enjoyable, with a pleasant and welcoming ambiance. A special thanks to Sharif and Mamoun for their outstanding service. They were professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended for a wonderful Ramadan Iftar experience.

Perfect Start to the Day at Radisson Blu Had breakfast at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.
