Location was excellent. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms but a little small. In general, thank you very much for the hospitality. لوکشین بسیار عالی بود. کارمندان بسیار مهربان و کمک رسان. اتاق های تمیز اما کمی کوچک. در کل بسيار ممنونم از مهمان‌نوازی ❤️

ما ۳شب در هتل رادیوس اقامت داشتیم فوق العاده تمیز بود موقعیت مکانی عالیه از طبقه ۴م هتل مستقیم وارد یکی از بهترین مراکز خرید تفلیس میشید که خ ارزش داره چون تفلیس کرایه ماشین خ گرونه و خ به صرفه ست نزدیک مرکز خریدی باشید که فوت کورت هم داره،،تنها ایرادی که به هتل میشد گرفت نبودن شیلنگ آب داخل سرویس بهداشتی بود که ظاهرا تموم کشورهای اروپای شرقی همین مدلی هستند،،برخورد کارکنان خ خوب بود و اگه سوالی داشتیم خ خوب راهنمایی میکردند،،در کل خ از انتخاب هتل راضی بودم

من به تازگی با خانواده تم اقامت ۶ روزه در هتل داشتم . هتل موقعیت بسیار مناسبی داره و چون بالای مرکز خرید و مترو واقع شده و در نزدیکی میدان آزادی که به تمام دیدنی های گرجستان راه داره . اما از نظر خدمات هتلینگ چیزی در حد مسافر خونه ست اتاق ها بسیار کثیف و غیر بهداشتی با فضای بسیار کوچیک و غیرمعمول صبحانه عملا وجود نداره و به یک نوع شیرینی و چای ختم میشه پرسنل بسیار نامناسبی داره و برای اب معدنی هم حتما نیاز به تماس های مکرر دارید. و هیچ خدماتی جز خواب در هتل وجود نداره بیشتر طراحی هتل برای بیزینس هست تا سفر سیاحتی و با این هزینه هتل های هیلی بهتری در نزدیکی هست درکل اصلا پیشنهاد نمیدم

با درود نکات مهم در باره هتل رو در زیر می‌آورم .تا به انتخاب عزیزان کمک کند ۱.مکان هتل :عالی .مشرف به میدان آزادی.به تمام مکان‌های دیدنی می‌شود به راحتی پیاده رفت.اتوبوس و مینی بوس و مترو برای جا به جایی در دسترس است.فود کورت و بیکری برای خوراک نزدیک و در دسترس است.از لابی طبقه ششم می‌توان کل شهر را دید که منظره ای بی‌نظیر است.با رفتن به طبقه ۴ به یکی از بهترین مراکز خرید شهر یعنی گالریا دسترسی دارید.طبقه زیر هم کف گالریا سوپرمارکت داردکه برای خرید مناسب است و حتی می‌توان از آن غذا های در دسترس مانند سالاد پاستا و کباب چوبی تهیه کرد. ۲.اتاق:کوچک تاریک و کمی دلگیر.منظره سقف گالریا ست.کلوزت ندارد.safety boxباید بخواهید تا بیاورند. دستشویی شلنگ ندارد.۳.خدمات:هر روز اتاق به خوبی تمیز می‌شود.چای و قهوه و آب شارژ می‌شود.به مسافران نرم کننده مو و لوسیون بدن و کفش پاک کن داده نمی‌شود که به نظرم برای هوای تفلیس در این فصل ضروری است.۴.صبحانه:معمولی ولی همه آیتم ها لذید و اشتها بر انگیز.اتاق صبحانه خوری بزرگ و با دکوراسیون زیبا.ماست میوه ای سالاد میوه و اوت میل بسیار خاص و لذیذ بودند.۵.لابی و کارکنان:بسیار زیبا با دکوراسیون مدرن.کارکنان مودب ومسلط به زبان انگلیسی بودند و در حد توان همکاری و کمک داشتند. در کل هتل رادیوس را هتل متوسط خوبی میدانم...هر چند به هتل بهتر از آن هم در تفلیس رفته ام.اگر مکان زیبا و نزدیک به مرکز شهردوست دارید در انتخاب آن شک نکنید.

ما در اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ به مدت ۵ روز در این هتل اقامت داشتیم، از نظر موقعیت مکانی فوق العاده خوب بود، دسترسی به مترو و مراکز اصلی توریستی عالی بود، هر روز اتاق ها تمیز میشد، صبحانه خوب بود ، هتل آرام و با نظم بود، اگر مجددا به تفلیس سفر کنم حتما در آنجا اقامت خواهم کرد

درود به مدت 4 شب در اردیبهشت 1403 در این هتل اقامت داشتیم. از لحاظ موقعیت مکانی بسیار عالی تمیزی اتاق ها خوب نبود شیلنگ و یا بیده کنار توالت فرنگی صبحانه خوب ولی کم تنوع و تکراری پرسنل مودب و خوب و خوش برخورد شارژ روزانه آب معدنی و چای و نسکافه اتاق ها بدون سیف باکس نظافت روزانه و مرتب

موقعیت مکانی عالیه، پرسنل مهربان و صبور هستند، اتاق فوق العاده تمیز بود، صبحانه تازه و خوشمزه با تنوع کم ، ساندویچ و کیک های هتل تازه و خوش طعم بودند .دوباره در سفرهای بعدی این هتل را انتخاب می‌کنم

Had an amazing stay! The rooms are beautiful and cleaned on a daily basis. The washrooms are also sufficiently big and well equipped. The reception staff is super polite and friendly, we got a late checkout on request. The breakfast spread is not that big and the menu is mostly repeated but it is delicious so wouldn’t mind having those on a daily basis. The lobby area is huge and has comfortable seating. The hotel is located within the galleria mall complex and gives a direct access to malls food court from the elevator. It is close to all the major streets and attractions. Overall would stay here again and would recommend to all.

Nice rooms. We were in a Suite and it was a good size with good views. But it has only one bathroom that is too near the entrance of the room. The location of the mall is good, right at liberty square and you can access galleria mall with a lift. The only thing missing was breakfast for vegans. Very few vegetables and no fruits. Got green apples on request though but they should add more of vegan options.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Stay away from this hotel. Its central location is the only thing it has going for it. The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable, contradicting their images. There’s no closet to store your clothes, and the lighting is very low, providing no safeguard. The cleanliness is subpar, with visible dirt and grime. Breakfast is another low point, again contradicting their images. The options are meager, and the dining area is always overcrowded, making for a stressful start to the day. Worse still, if there’s maintenance at the mall, you won’t get any rest. The noise goes on until midnight and resumes early in the morning. The hotel does nothing to mitigate this, merely stating that the noise is coming from the next building and they can’t do anything about it. In short, this hotel is a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Nice, clean hotel but not a 4-star kind. Rooms are too small and lack many things like safe, wardrobe and bathroom accessories. Staff is not too helpful. For example, we could not get ketchup at around 10:30 PM in the hotel which my 4 years old daughter needed to eat her fries with. We asked lounge as well as reception staff (and waited for about half an hour to find a staff in lounge) but they could not help on it. So much so for a late night lounge service in a 4-star hotel. Also surprising was that hotel staff didn’t have any Bandage for a cut my wife got on her hand. The reception staff initially refused having anything but when we questioned about availability of a first-aid kit in a 4-star hotel, they gave only a white gauze bandage which was of no use so we waited till next morning until the mall was open to buy one. The only plus-point is its location as it is connected directly with the mall but when you are on holidays with back-to-back planned itinerary, it is not of much use either. Breakfast was good though they could have put more thoughts in keeping fresh fruits and cappuccino coffee. In all, it is just a place to crash in at night but definitely not a holiday experience place. So, I would rate them 3-star.

Thanks to my travel agent who chooses the hotel for me with an amazing view and easy to access restaurants, mall and attractions within the city. The lady who did check in was not welcoming, no smile and so however.i work in hospitality industry and i understand service.i remember asking for adapter over the phone and she told me I can come and pick it up myself.What a joke, I mean even 3stars hotel have housekeeping service. Breakfast option was very less. Bar guy was polite and welcoming.

First, let me say that if I travel to Tbilisi again, I will return to this hotel again. The hotel has polite staff. The location of the hotel is excellent and accessible. You can reach most of the sightseeing spots even on foot. The breakfast was good, two types of sausage, two types of cheese, five The type of hot food, which changed two models every day, but the sausage, fried egg and potato were repeated, along with two types of juice, tea, milk and coffee - types of bread and cake are also available for breakfast. The size of the rooms is small and the third person's bed is a travel bed. In the five days we were there, the room was not cleaned one day.

Nice hotel good size rooms but the room needs more light. ( clean ) Location is great, close to everything Mall access from the hotel Limited options for breakfast.

One of the worst hotels to stay at Tiblisi, We recently stayed there in July 2024. The Rooms are very small and congested; slightly bigger than the Bed itself.. The staff is unprofessional and unprepared for guests. - when we arrived, our room was hot as a burner. We had to request their Technician to turn the AC on. - Washroom had no shower gel. - When we requested for an additional pillow the house keeping staff said " they will check if there is any spare pillows in the hotel" .. Then we had to followup multiple times. - There is no swimming pool in the hotel. - No Great food options. - No scenic views from the rooms. They showcase themselves as 4* hotel however, they dont even deserve 2 stars.

Tiflis’in tam merkezinde özgürlük meydanında otel. Hemen avmnin bitişiğinde hatta bazı katlarından direkt geçiş var. Çalışan gençler çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Odalar temiz ve yeniydi. Kaldığımız günlerden birinde eşimin doğum günüydü ve odaya geldiğimizde çok güzel bir jestle karşılaştık. Kendilerine bu jestleri için teşekkür ederiz. Tek bir önerim var o da kahvaltının daha çeşitlendirilmesi gerekiyor.

Hello to all My wife and I stayed in this hotel in March 2024 at the same time as Iranian New Year The hotel is very beautiful and the treatment of the staff is excellent and very close to the sightseeing places of the city ; our bad experience was due to buying a tour from Best & First company, who unfortunately insisted on changing our hotel in an unprofessional manner at the time of arrival, while we had the hotel reservation voucher in our hands. Of course, the room was delivered to us by our visit to the hotel and the help of Radius Hotel reception I request the managers of Radius Hotel and other Tbilisi hotels to take care of their customers due to the issue that happened to us in working with Best & First. Finally, I thank the good and warm-hearted people of Georgia and wish you the best

Very good location. Quiet rooms. Food court was connected to the hotel at 4th floor. Although the room was a bit small but it was enough for have a good sleep. Clean rooms. If breakfast is your first important item, then forget it,especially if are carnivorous. Since I prefer vegetarian foods, it was good for me.

Хороший, приятный отель, удобно расположен, чисто, тихо, спокойно. В номерах хочется больше света. Днём хорошо, но вечером лампочки тусклые. Для отдыха хорошо, но для работы темно. Завтраки вкусные, но не разнообразные, каждый день одно и тоже. Персонал отзывчивый ,готовый прийти на помощь, доброжелательный. Спасибо

Felt like sharing a tunnel with a never stopping boiler. Needed earplugs to fall asleep, and had fear of returning to the room. Was told the whole side (city view) tends to have the problem. And I paid to have myself upgraded for the city view. Staff worked hard to put up good services. What's the point if your guests can't have a good sleep?
