RAK Mall is one of the best places to visit in Ras Al Khaimah, it has many stores and cafe, the atmosphere is relaxing. The mall is family friendly and easy to navigate. The food court and Lulu hypermarket are huge, the famous Jabbar Bhai Biryani is also located in this mall. It was medium crowded.

RAK Mall is a nice place to visit in Ras Al Khaimah. I’ve been here many times and it’s always a comfortable place to shop, dine, and spend time with family and friends. Like other malls, it has a good variety of stores and a relaxing atmosphere. A good place to visit whenever you want to unwind or enjoy your day.

Small Mall But Nice! Coffee Shops , LuLu Hypermarket….

Imran & Estella at Katrina coffee RAK mall are doing a fantastic job. We always visit there during the evening and as expected; the best service is provided Price is affordable and best quality

I visited this place along with my family, not much options to explore. Average options and no regular brands available for shopping. The mall looks attractive from outside with great architecture: if u look for shopping everything at one place, may be this is not the place to go for

The main and one of the best in RAK. All major brands have their presence. Looks like very less foot fall during week days. Food court is very spacious. Plenty of parking with very easy accessibility.

Lulu hypermarket and its department store are great. Food court has nice options for Asian food (Innlay Asia) and Filipino food (Big Bites). Matalan is also a good store to shop for clothes. ATMs available in the entrance. There is also an Adidas outlet store.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable behavior of a staff member at the RAK Mall food court. A family who had simply sat down to eat was rudely asked to leave, and instead of explaining any rules with courtesy, the staff member chose to speak in a harsh and insulting manner. This type of conduct is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the mall’s standards of customer service. Loyal customers, who regularly support and shop at RAK Mall, deserve to be treated with respect and consideration. Even when rules need to be enforced, they should be communicated politely and professionally, never in a way that embarrasses or insults visitors. Good customer service is about creating a welcoming and respectful environment, ensuring families feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, this incident did the opposite and left a very negative impression. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously, provides proper training to staff on communication and customer service, and ensures such incidents are not repeated. RAK Mall should be known as a place where customers are appreciated, not insulted.
