Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and kind, and the rooms were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. What I especially appreciated was the attention to detail from the housekeeping team — they remembered my requests and followed them every day. For example, I asked for an extra tissue box for the bathroom once, and it was provided consistently after that. During our stay, it was my sister’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a piece of cake with a “Happy Birthday” message. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful service. I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights during our road trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff housekeeping boy, nurul alam greeted us with fresh coffee in the restaurant, lobby each morning. We were able to check in early, which made our day much easier. The pool area was quiet and well-maintained. We will definitely stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights dal 25 al 30 luglio, prenotando tramite Booking. L’hotel è bello, pulito e accogliente, con una piscina piacevole e personale cordiale. La zona è molto sicura e piena di ristoranti, con un Carrefour nelle vicinanze, comodo per quando si vuole spendere un po' meno per colazioni e cene. Un aspetto da considerare è che l’hotel non è comodissimo per la metro, che dista circa un quarto d’ora a piedi: con temperature estive di 45°C, può risultare impegnativo. Tuttavia, una volta raggiunta la metro, tutto è ben collegato e semplice da raggiungere. Un piccolo inconveniente durante il soggiorno è stato il condizionatore: nonostante impostassimo la temperatura più alta, la stanza veniva spesso raffreddata troppo, rendendo il ritorno in camera a volte poco confortevole. Ma difatti non siamo mai andati direttamente a lamentarci, quindi non sappiamo se avrebbero potuto venirci incontro. In generale, l’hotel è un buon compromesso, anche se decisamente distante dal centro città, probabilmente anche per questo il prezzo era un po’ più conveniente. Tutto sommato, soggiorno positivo e consigliato a chi cerca una struttura comoda, pulita e sicura a Dubai.

I had a wonderful experience at Ramada Hotel! The place is very nice and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and make you feel truly valued as a guest. I visited for a staff party dinner, and we enjoyed every moment. I stayed at Ramada Wyndham barsha heights for a whole month, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The stay was super comfortable, the room was very clean, spacious, modern, and had everything I needed. Anything I requested was handled within seconds — amazing service! They even made an exception to serve breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well, which I truly appreciated ❤️ A very special thanks to Mr. Osama Mansour, the Front Office Assistant Manager — he truly made my stay unforgettable. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, professionalism, and the way he makes me and every guest feel completely at home. He’s simply the best! The front office team were all great and very professional, but I would like to especially thank Bawna, she’s incredibly sweet, always smiling, and has such a lovely, friendly attitude that made my days brighter. I really loved her warm personality ❤️ From housekeeping, I want to thank Kumar and Mohamed Nour Allam for their cleanliness, politeness, and quick service. From the restaurant, thanks to Mr. Mohy for his classy and respectful service, and Thin Susu for her kindness, smile, and great hospitality. The breakfast was very good — fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety. Honestly, every single staff member — from security to management — was polite, respectful, and professional. Truly a 5-star service 🌟 I already miss everyone there and will definitely come back again.

Very pleased with our stay here. We were quite early at the hotel (early flight) but we were accommodated right away thanks to the Filipina receptionist ☺️ There were also drink and snacks at the reception area. Everyone made us feel welcome during our stay here. (We could feel quite the contrast when we moved to another hotel. 😒) Overall happy with our stay here and would recommend to friends.

Отвратительно - единственное, что могу сказать про этот отель. Очень жалею, что выбрала его. Во-первых, наш турагент указывала, что нам нужно 2 односпальные кровати, при заезде выяснилось, что якобы указывали 1 кровать кингсайз. Частая схема развода - доплата за нужный номер. Кое как нам поменяли номер с 2 односпальными кроватями, но это было так долго, что мы опоздали на важное мероприятие, что тоже повлекло штрафы и наши денежные потери. Во-вторых, завтраки однообразные, явно не тянут на 4*. В-третьих, сотрудник отеля Арафа сказал, что готов сделать все, чтобы исправить наше впечатление от отеля. У нас был план: не тратить время на выселение в 14:00, ожидание трансфера в холле, просиживание в аэропорту 4 часа до вылета, а вместо этого провести это время с пользой в городе, в 17:00 выехать, как раз за 2,5 часа до вылета. У - удобно. В итоге: когда мы попросили поздний выезд в 17 часов, и компенсацию в виде оплаты такси до аэропорта, нам отказали. Вот и сервис и готовность исправить впечатление 😅👎🏽 И в-четвертых, мое день рождения проигнорировал каждый сотрудник отеля, поздравлений не было. Ни в одном отеле мира я такого игнора не встречала. Мой турагент и все мои друзья уже всех предостерегают от этого отеля.

I have just completed a 4 night stay at the Ramada by Wydnham in Barsha Heights and have nothing but positive things to say. I arrived around 11am and was happy to get changed and leave my luggage however the team on reception found me a room which had been cleaned and promptly offered it to me meaning I didnt have to wait until the usual check in time - i don't believe I have ever had this offered to me before by any hotel! So this immediately started my trip on a positive note. My room was spotless, everything in clean and working order, bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and hot and pressure was good. Extra water was left every day by housekeeping staff. I didn't use the facilities (bar / restaurant / pool) so cant really comment on these. The reception team are so lovely, cant fault them at all. Always offering to lend a hand and help out if they can. I will definitely book this hotel again next time i am in Dubai.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, in February 2022 and April 2024, and both visits were excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel pool is great, especially during the hottest hours when the beach is too hot to enjoy. We had half-board, and the food—especially at dinner—was very varied and delicious. The hotel is well located, not far from the metro or the Carrefour supermarket. The hotel also offers free transportation to JBR Beach, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in Dubai!

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. Clean, neat, staff is very friendly and helpful, great location, metro is in the walking distance and not far from downtown. There is a restaurant downstairs and places to eat nearby. Room service works 24/7 and very accommodating towards guests requests, I ordered the item thag wasn't on the manu and it has been arranged. I highly recommend Ramada in Barsha Heights. If you're a frequent guest it makes sense to join Wyndham loyalty program and get rewards that can be used as discounts for the future stays.
