I had an amazing stay at the Ramada Beirut in Al-Rawcheh. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The front desk staff, Danielle, Ameera and Hassan who were incredibly hardworking, polite, and always eager to help. The breakfast was a delightful experience with a great variety of delicious options. I also want to highlight Fouad the waiters who were excellent with the service and made each breakfast even more enjoyable. Special thanks to The Executive Chef Wissam on top of all. Additionally, the valet parking and all hotel staff were well-mannered and respectful, ensuring a truly comfortable and memorable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut!

My experience at the hotel during a conference and dinner event was extremely positive and well organized. I would like to especially commend the chef of cuisine ( chef Haitham Atriss)and the pastry chef ( Mr Abdallah) and chef Hussein al Ghoul for the outstanding quality of the food. The dinner was delicious, well-presented, and clearly prepared with great attention to details. A special thanks as well to Miss Arlette and Mr Abdallah and the executive chef Mr Wissam Hamzeh throughout the event. They were professional, attentive, and very helpful, ensuring that all arrangements were handled perfectly. Their support greatly contributed to the success of the event. Overall, it was a very positive and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for conferences and formal events.

الفندق ٥ نجوم بس شكله مو مال ٥ مال ٤ نجوم نظيف وحلو ومكانه كلش ممتاز بس الباركينك عندهم ب ١٠ دولار وهاي سرقة علنيه يعني بغير فنادق ياخذون بقشيش بس مو كل يوم ادفع ١٠ دولار علمود باركينك

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I ordered from room service, and it took over two hours to receive what I requested — completely unacceptable and unprofessional for any hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Additionally, I was charged for parking, only to find out they parked my car on the street, not in a proper or secure parking facility.

I stayed at the hotel and the location was truly amazing. The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us with everything, especially the employee Ameera she was incredibly helpful and kind, made us feel like we were among family. The suite was spacious and the view was breathtaking تنبيه As for the room service, if you order anything, make sure to check the bill, because I ordered a single espresso on the first day and the price was $5, but when I ordered it again the next day, the price was $2.

Ich habe hier nur eine Nacht vor meinem Flug nach Deutschland gebucht. Es war aber genug, dass man merkt, wie toll das Hotel ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Team ist super nett und freundlich. Sie sind immer für uns da Das Frühstück ist das beste orientalischen Frühstück, frisch und lecker und ziemlich günstig. Mein Baby ist anderthalb Jahre alt. Er war auch sehr happy . Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Valet was an additional 8USD, which isn’t too bad. The staff helped out with our bags and the gentlemen at the counter spoke great English. I did get a king room when I booked a 2x twin room on the app. They said it was because I had input that there was only one guest, so make sure you enter the correct number of guests.

I didnt stay here today as i was just checking out some hotels around the area, but the lady and man at reception were super kind 🥹. Will definitely be coming back for a stay.

A wonderful hotel in terms of service, hospitality, reception, room cleaning, and food. All comfort services are available, making it one of the most luxurious hotels I have visited.

It was a very bad experience. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Even the food is not good at all. They are just exploitative. كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية ولا أنصح أحداً بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، حتى الطعام ليس جيداً على الإطلاق، إنهم يستغلون المكان فقط.

Went for a family vacation (8 people), i regret staying here. The location is bad, can not go walking in the streets because its not safe especially at night. Elevator waiting was 15min approximately, they have 4 elevators and only one of them works, we had this problem everyday. Room service didn’t renew the minibar which we asked for. The view was so bad. The wifi was the worst of all, breakfast wasn’t bad. It is clean and housekeeping was provided everyday.

Ramada Plaza hotel maintains high standards of services & the comfort & satisfaction of the customers are its first priority. Not to forget the chefs' rich menu, especially the executive chef, who dazzled me with his exquisite taste & perfect cleaning. I Wish all the staff, the best of luck & success along the way☺️.

We stayed here in July of this year, the hotel was nice, but one thing we really appreciated was breakfast time, we have kids and they are picking at times so we met with Chef Wisam, he was amazing, not only he took care of us but also our kids food liking, he treated us like and made us feel we are home truly, my kids always talking about how he took care of them and us also. He is professional and an amazing chef specially the variety of food he presented us, the breakfast time for us was an enjoyable one, we will come back to this hotel because of Chef Wisam. Overall experience was great 👍.
