از نظر تمیزی و رسیدگی ب نظافت عااالی. اما پر از هندی بسیار شلوغن تو هم هستن صبحانه با ذایقه هندیا. اتاقها و راهروها حتی ی روزنه تهویه نداره توو منطقه نزدیک هندیاس. اگر دوباره بیام قطعا سمت مارینا میرم

We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira with a group of 120 pax, and the overall experience was excellent. The front office team did a great job, especially by providing the room keys before the standard check-in time, which made the entire process very smooth and well-managed for such a large group. Everything went perfectly, and all the credit goes to Kareena and Afreen for their outstanding support and coordination. Their professionalism and dedication truly made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly appreciated!

I had an event near your hotel last Saturday, and since I have a 20-month-old baby, I decided to book a room for our convenience. We arrived at around 7:50 AM. My event started at 8:00 AM, so my friend and baby waited in the lobby for about four hours since the check-in time was after 12 PM. Thankfully, they were given a room around 11 AM. However, the room assigned was a smoking room (I originally booked a non-smoking room), and the smell was quite strong. My friend and my baby were uncomfortable, so my friend requested a room move around 6 PM. We were only able to transfer at around 7:30 PM when I came back to the hotel and reminded the reception about the room change—it seemed they had forgotten about it. The new room on the fifth floor was much more comfortable. Another concern was when we requested additional water at around 10:30 PM (just 2 bottles!), along with extra coffee amenities. We received only the coffee amenities. When we asked the housekeeping staff about the water, we were told that only two bottles are allowed due to inventory, and that any additional water would be charged. I found this surprising, as water is a basic necessity. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a practice. Since it was already late and my baby needed water, my friend had to go out in the middle of the night to find a store in an unfamiliar area. I hope that in the future, the hotel can be more considerate and flexible with simple requests, especially when it comes to basic needs like drinking water. Even small acts of care can greatly improve a guest’s overall experience. We checked out the next day early in the morning!

Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience. We were slightly late checking out and requested the hotel to kindly check out the room on our behalf, as we urgently had to leave for the airport due to the war situation. Unfortunately, what happened next was unacceptable. When I later collected my belongings, some items were missing. A pair of pants that I had washed the day before had been placed in a bag together with my brand-new clothes (still with tags), and when I received my luggage, my new clothes were completely wet and stinking. To make matters worse, food items that were stored in the fridge were removed, thrown into a bag, and left outside for 8–9 hours. As a result, everything was spoiled and I had to throw it away. This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is very upsetting, especially during an already stressful situation. I expected much better handling of guests’ belongings.

The room and service were good, and the staff were helpful. I had a comfortable stay. However, the parking area was very disappointing and not clean. I hope the management will improve the cleanliness of the parking area.

Fuar için gitmiştik 5 kişi fakat hiçbirimiz memnun kalmadık . Benim odamda iki kez ölmüş böcek çıktı, diğerlerinde böyle bir problem olmadı . Banyo küveti muslukları özellikle kapatılmış temizlik vasat düzeyde, kahvaltı deseniz güvenip iki lokma zor yedik aç kalmamak için. Otel hintli dolu bu yüzden sanırım yemekler onlara daha çok hitap ediyor ama biz bildiğimiz şeyleri bile yemekten çekindik . Açıkçası kalmanızı asla tavsiye etmem. Gece çalışan resepsiyon görevlileri , gece müdürü , gececi bellboy arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve nazikti onlarla ilgili hiçbir sorun olmadı. fakat otel eski olduğu için sanırım , yıllarca otellerde çalışmış biriyim ve gördüğüm en vasat otelde diyebilirim

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable. During my stay, I was approached multiple times within the hotel premises, including in the spa area, with offers for “extra services” that were clearly inappropriate and completely unrelated to standard hospitality service. This created an unsafe and highly unprofessional environment, which is not what one expects from a hotel—especially if you are traveling with family. I am sharing this feedback purely to inform and caution other guests so they can make an informed decision before booking. I strongly recommend that the hotel management take immediate and strict action to control such practices and ensure guest safety and trust. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you wish to avoid such experiences.

The hotel is very good. The room is nice and clean. The staff provides good service. However, the spa here is not good at all. The masseuses are rude. The service staff are relaxing, but they only ask about service. When we don't provide service, they speak rudely and curse at me with vulgar words, saying that if we have no money, why do we come for a massage? I come for a massage because my body aches and pains. I don't only want to provide service. If you want a massage, go to a specialized massage clinic because the masseuses here don't have a salary to give free massages. If you want a massage, you have to do a 500 baht service fee. But I am very disappointed. I want a hot oil massage. The masseuse spoke like this. I am very disappointed. If I want service, why should I come for a massage? And why did I choose Thai people? I am very disappointed because I paid 225 baht for a massage. My friends also paid. But I didn't think I would encounter such terrible service. They look down on my country, which is Indian. I came 4 months ago. I met a good masseuse, an old one with a tattoo on his arm, and a fat, good masseuse. She is Thai and she provides very good service.

Hotel ma bardzo dobrych pracowników. Jako lider grupy turystow moge napisać- spotkało mnie dużo życzliwości, pomocy i wsparcia od załogi recepcji. Pokoj wysprzatany bardzo dobrze. Usterki byly naprawiane od razu, kimatyzacja - serwistan przychodził i naprawiał. Menager restauracji i kelnerzy to ludzie pracujący bardzo ciezko. Naprawde się starają. Czekali z cieplym jedzieniem na moich ciagle spoznionych turystow do 23.00. Pan z klubu Waldi - bardzo serdeczny, zapraszał moich turystów na drinki i pokaz tańca brzucha. Jest tez salon pieknosci w hotelu, moze nie sa to standardy jak w UE ale turysci chwalili masaze. Polecam - blisko do zielonej linii metra, lotniska Dubaj. W okolicy tanie sklepy 24h i lokale z jedzeniem, sokami. Podjazd dla autokarow turystycznych.

The hotel was very good, the staff provided excellent service. I encountered a bad massage therapist, and my friend also had a bad experience with a massage therapist. Anyone who is coming to use the spa service here, please don't come. I paid 180, 250, and 180, but the service was terrible. The staff here walked out of the massage room without clothes, only wearing a towel. It's a shame that the spa is not good because of the disgusting behavior of the massage therapists who were unwilling to massage us, making disgruntled faces and speaking unkindly. We all paid for the massage, we didn't come for free service, but we felt like we were begging for a free massage. I asked the name of the massage therapist and she said her name was Asma. Not only that, she only wore a towel out. And I had my child playing in the swimming pool too. It was a very hateful experience😐🤔

We were staying at the Ramada Plaza Deira for five nights. Upon arrival, we learned that we were upgraded to a larger family room free of charge. The room was OK. It had a blower hairdryer, a refrigerator, a flattening iron with a board, a kettle and a safekeeping box. However, one of the sofa feet was woobly and may easily have broken. When we reported it, someone came to take a look at it, but nobody has fixed it. When we checked out, they had forgotten about our room change and did not find us under our room number. The location near the metro station is very good, and despite being close to the airport and the main street below, the room was quiet. Choice of foods for breakfast was somewhat limited. However, it is a shame for a **** hotel to have their guests use plastic cutlery because they are running out of metal knives and forks every day. This is why we only give it a *** rating.

I regret booking this hotel. This is not the experience I expected from this property. The receptionist — I think his name was Imran — was polite and helpful, and the room was good. The rest of the staff was also quite nice, and even the day manager was good. But the night manager’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. He acted as if we were staying there for free and even insulted our guest. My partner was unwell, and a guest came briefly late at night to drop off some medicine. Even after showing proper identification, the night manager behaved very rudely. He came to our room with security and other staff members, treated us like criminals, tried to intimidate us, and kept staring in a very uncomfortable way, making the situation even worse. We were planning to book another stay at this property, but after this experience we decided not to. Instead, we booked somewhere else. The night manager completely ruined our stay, and we would never choose this hotel again.
