از نظر تمیزی و رسیدگی ب نظافت عااالی. اما پر از هندی بسیار شلوغن تو هم هستن صبحانه با ذایقه هندیا. اتاقها و راهروها حتی ی روزنه تهویه نداره توو منطقه نزدیک هندیاس. اگر دوباره بیام قطعا سمت مارینا میرم

خانم مانالیزا خیلی مهربان و مرتب بودن.هتل بسیار عالی و تمیز و ارام و لذت بخش بود.آقای دانیش بسیار صبور و مهربان بودن.و اقای محبوب خیلی با حوصله جوابگو بودن

We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira with a group of 120 pax, and the overall experience was excellent. The front office team did a great job, especially by providing the room keys before the standard check-in time, which made the entire process very smooth and well-managed for such a large group. Everything went perfectly, and all the credit goes to Kareena and Afreen for their outstanding support and coordination. Their professionalism and dedication truly made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly appreciated!

Very disappointing staycation. They call this a 4-star hotel, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 0 stars. Room service was poor, breakfast was badly managed with food not being topped up while many guests were left waiting, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The pool was extremely small — even 5–10 people can’t accommodate comfortably. On top of that, none of the staff were welcoming or even had a smile. Definitely not worth it and not recommended.

I recently Stayed at Ramada and dined at Tej Restaurant and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented, with each dish nicely balanced in spices and aroma. The ambience is calm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to sit, relax, and enjoy a meal. The service was another highlight of the visit. The team was attentive without being intrusive, checked on the table regularly, and ensured that everything arrived on time and at the right temperature. Special thanks to Miss. Sushmita.T for warm hospitality and professional attitude, which made the visit feel genuinely personal and memorable. Overall, Tej Restaurant is a great choice if you are looking for tasty food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. I would happily recommend it to friends and family and look forward to visiting again.

The room and service were good, and the staff were helpful. I had a comfortable stay. However, the parking area was very disappointing and not clean. I hope the management will improve the cleanliness of the parking area.

I stay here for 1 month, all staff members are very helpful , cleaning staff and reception both very polite and helpful, location is also very good just next to metro station. Only issue hotel swimming pool under repair which was not yet fixed until I checked out , however they provide backup option 100 meter on walking distance but while booking it was not mention online. Overall service and staff very friendly

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable. During my stay, I was approached multiple times within the hotel premises, including in the spa area, with offers for “extra services” that were clearly inappropriate and completely unrelated to standard hospitality service. This created an unsafe and highly unprofessional environment, which is not what one expects from a hotel—especially if you are traveling with family. I am sharing this feedback purely to inform and caution other guests so they can make an informed decision before booking. I strongly recommend that the hotel management take immediate and strict action to control such practices and ensure guest safety and trust. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you wish to avoid such experiences.

Hotel ma bardzo dobrych pracowników. Jako lider grupy turystow moge napisać- spotkało mnie dużo życzliwości, pomocy i wsparcia od załogi recepcji. Pokoj wysprzatany bardzo dobrze. Usterki byly naprawiane od razu, kimatyzacja - serwistan przychodził i naprawiał. Menager restauracji i kelnerzy to ludzie pracujący bardzo ciezko. Naprawde się starają. Czekali z cieplym jedzieniem na moich ciagle spoznionych turystow do 23.00. Pan z klubu Waldi - bardzo serdeczny, zapraszał moich turystów na drinki i pokaz tańca brzucha. Jest tez salon pieknosci w hotelu, moze nie sa to standardy jak w UE ale turysci chwalili masaze. Polecam - blisko do zielonej linii metra, lotniska Dubaj. W okolicy tanie sklepy 24h i lokale z jedzeniem, sokami. Podjazd dla autokarow turystycznych.

The hotel was very good, the staff provided excellent service. I encountered a bad massage therapist, and my friend also had a bad experience with a massage therapist. Anyone who is coming to use the spa service here, please don't come. I paid 180, 250, and 180, but the service was terrible. The staff here walked out of the massage room without clothes, only wearing a towel. It's a shame that the spa is not good because of the disgusting behavior of the massage therapists who were unwilling to massage us, making disgruntled faces and speaking unkindly. We all paid for the massage, we didn't come for free service, but we felt like we were begging for a free massage. I asked the name of the massage therapist and she said her name was Asma. Not only that, she only wore a towel out. And I had my child playing in the swimming pool too. It was a very hateful experience😐🤔

Visited a friend staying in Room 633 at Ramada Hotel, Dubai (booking from 28/04/2026 early morning to 03/05/2026), and the experience at the reception was very disappointing. On 01/05/2026 around 11:30 PM, when I came to visit, the hotel allowed only one guest at a time, which was already inconvenient. However, the situation became worse due to the behavior of the reception staff and management, which came across as rude and unprofessional. Even when the room occupant personally came and requested permission for visitors, it was refused without flexibility or proper explanation. Despite being ready to provide valid ID and follow all procedures, visitors were asked to wait and enter one by one. Such handling creates a negative impression and can significantly affect the overall experience—not only during the stay but also for future guests considering this hotel. For better transparency and service improvement, it would be beneficial if the hotel ensures clearer communication and accountability from the reception and management team. Recording staff details during such situations may also help higher management review and improve guest handling. While security policies are understandable, the way this was managed was not visitor-friendly and could have been handled in a more respectful and practical manner. Visitors should be aware of these strict limitations before planning a visit.

Thank you so much for making our stay easy and comfortable. Location is very good , room is also clean and breakfast is also very good . Restaurant staff Laxmi is taking care of guest very nicely . She is handling everything alone really appreciate her . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Plaza hotel located on Abu Baker Al Siqque Road in Deira, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I had requested a room with nice decorations, and Ms. Neha at the reception went above and beyond to fulfill my request. She arranged an amazing decoration in the room with balloons, roses , beautiful flower bouquet and a delicious cake, which truly made our stay special and memorable for my family. Ms. Neha's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. She not only provided us with beautiful arrangements but also supported us in finding great services at affordable prices. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Ramada Plaza management for their excellent hospitality and a special shoutout to Ms. Neha for making our experience truly remarkable. My experience at Ramada Plaza was amazing. The hotel staff, room service, house keeping everything is up to the mark. Sukumar attended us very well and he was thoroughly professional and great with his work. Overall the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with My Mom for 10days. The room and stay is perfect 🤩 and Morning Breakfast buffet is good. Swimming pool and cleaning all the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended Ms.Afrin receptionist she is one guide me everything. overall Experience is Outstanding
