A great hotel located in gulan street, rooms are clean and modern and equipped with the utilities you need for a comfortable stay, breakfast buffet was decent not very diverse but still good. Meeting rooms were good. One negative point included the insulation of the rooms, which was not the best, the sound of other rooms bathroom was felt within the room. The receptionist (Yara) was very polite, informative and professional which made the stay even better. All in all a great hotel to stay at, certainly not the cheapest, but good for business trips.

# My Stay at Ramadan Hotel Erbil I recently stayed at the Ramadan Hotel in Erbil (Gulan Street) and was quite pleased with my experience. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed - nothing extravagant but everything I needed for a good night's rest. The staff were helpful and efficient, taking care of my requests without any fuss. I was pleasantly surprised by the WiFi, which worked well throughout my stay - always appreciated when you're away from home. Breakfast was satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. The restaurant served some tasty local Kurdish dishes alongside international options, which gave me a nice choice depending on my mood. If you're looking for somewhere reliable and comfortable, the Ramadan Hotel certainly fits the bill.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience — one that I genuinely regret. I paid $170 per night, and it was absolutely not worth the price. You can easily find much better places for a lower rate. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photos, and the breakfast was nothing special — very basic and below average. The worst part was the reception staff. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They even called me asking to come back to the hotel and pay for the second night, as if I were trying to run away without paying. This was both insulting and completely inappropriate. When I politely asked for a late check-out due to my flight schedule, they simply refused without any flexibility or courtesy. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and not worth the money. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent service or professionalism.

万万没想到，伊拉克也有世界顶级高端品牌酒店，这说明现在的伊拉克很安全了。 我们这对中马夫妻太荣幸了，前天竟然首次在库尔德的首府埃尔比勒体验到了这家当地最好的酒店，这家五星级酒店也是谷歌好评最多的酒店。 在这里能感受到全球最好的服务，感谢酒店销售主管Farhad及其它工作人员热情耐心的接待，以及餐厅主管Sarwad专业周到、体贴入微的服务，让我们用餐毫无后顾之忧， 这家五星级酒店非常豪华、典雅、大气，在这幸福感满满。 这里也有很多搞石油的中国人入住，还首次得到一位偶遇的文莱的华裔赞助，感恩他支持我们驾驶大马车牌的纯电车征服地球的路演、测试。 这里安保非常严格，特别安全，有三道安检，大门口有四个持枪安保，感觉非常好，一点也不害怕。 停车场停车位很多，来这里洽谈商务活动的客人特别多，晚上经常举办各种活动。 这里也有自助打印设备，还有航空预定机票服务，也有一个室外游泳池。 第二天我们也品尝到了非常丰富多彩的自助早餐，有上百种口味的美食。现场有传统的大烤炉制作各种披萨，首次在酒店能品尝到各种意大利风味的披萨，最少有10多种口味，我们一口气吃了5种，太好吃了。 还有各种热菜的肉类也是香气扑鼻，我们又是一顿胡吃海喝，饱足感十足，又吃撑了。 这里还有两个VIP顶级高级餐厅，私密性强，档次最高。

One of the best Wyndham hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were excellent, and the gym and spa were fantastic. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I return to Erbil.

Nice and comfortable. Clean room and good service. The indoor pool is small but adequate. There is no jacuzzi and the sauna is not working. I had some difficulty delaying the checkout. I got food poisoning after eating lunch at the hotel buffet, I think it was because of the stored food!

I had an absolutely great experience staying here!!! The cared for us so well the food service was delicious! Some of the best food in erbil. The gym and spa were great as well.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.The breakfast spread was tasty and had a good variety. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. The room was well-equipped and had a lovely view. The The negative points are, regarding the staff that almost all of them dont know kurdish language, and the room was quite noisy, and I could hear live music next to our hotel all night.
