Ramada by Wyndham Multan

I recently stayed at Ramada Multan for a 3-day National NeuroCon conference, and this turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had...even compared to several high-end hotels I’ve stayed at, including Mövenpick Karachi. Rooms & Facilities: The room facilities were truly unmatched. Everything was thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it incredibly easy to relax after long conference days. Staff & Service: What impressed me the most was the staff’s professionalism and warmth. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely polite, attentive, and well-trained. Despite knowing we were conference attendees (and not expecting tips), their service was consistently outstanding....genuine hospitality at its best. Food: The breakfast buffet was excellent. While the variety wasn’t as vast as some bigger hotels, the taste was exceptional. Their beef nihari in particular stood out, one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. We also ordered an in-room lunch of our choice, and it was equally impressive in both quality and flavor, not to mention it wasn't overly priced at all. Overall, Ramada Multan exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended, especially for conference attendees, business travelers, and anyone looking for top-notch service combined with comfort. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel Multan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff behavior was professional, polite, and always helpful. The food quality was excellent with a good variety, and the overall environment was calm and well maintained. Location is also very convenient. Highly recommended for family stays, business visits, and events.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada by Wyndham, Multan. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and provides a comfortable experience overall. Its central location in the heart of the city makes it very convenient for getting around. However, the standard of the breakfast and Hi-Tea could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good option for both business and leisure travelers.

Extremely Poor Management & Rude Staff Behavior We had two seats reserved for Hi-Tea at Ramada Multan, yet the entire experience was terrible and unacceptable. We arrived at 4:30 PM and were then forced to wait for almost 30 minutes, despite having a confirmed reservation. The restaurant was overcrowded, and this was never communicated to us in advance. What made the situation worse was the manager’s shocking and rude attitude. Instead of apologizing or managing the situation professionally, the manager bluntly said: “Either sit or go, we don’t have a problem.” This kind of response from a hotel manager is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of customer service training, poor leadership, and zero concern for guests. To make matters even worse, I was invited by my friend, and due to this chaos and mismanagement, he felt extremely embarrassed and ashamed because he could not even offer me a proper place as a welcome. This ruined what should have been a pleasant gathering. On top of that, the staff was asking other guests to vacate their seats for us, which was embarrassing and proves how badly disorganized the management is. Reservations clearly mean nothing to them. This was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend Ramada Multan for Hi-Tea at all. Unless the management changes their attitude and improves operations, customers should expect disappointment.

Today I visited Ramada by Wyndham Multan. Outstanding services and ambiance of the hotel were truly impressive. The food quality was A+ with excellent hospitality, and the attractive interior created a very peaceful and spiritual feeling.

I stayed here for 4 nights and the stay was absolutely amazing. Full marks for the staff behavior and their hospitality. They all were very polite and respectful. I asked them to double check my room for any dust etc because of my bad experience at Faisalabad Serena Hotel, which got my daughter with allergies. They were kind enough to clean the already cleaned room. They changed bedsheets and all in front of me. They made sure my stay is as comfortable as possible. Kudos to their staff and their service. Also the food, full marks for the food. Amazing variety of dishes. I highly recommend to try their high tea as well. Absolutely worth it.

Excellent Dinner Buffet – Great Value and Service I recently took a large group of 30 friends to the dinner buffet at Ramada Multan for a reunion – we've all known each other for over 35 years, so I wanted to make sure everyone had a great experience. Even though the restaurant was absolutely packed with guests, the staff handled everything beautifully. They were attentive, helpful, and made sure our big group was well taken care of. Really impressive service considering how busy they were. The buffet menu itself was excellent – good variety, quality food, and most importantly, great value for money. Everyone in our group was happy with their meal, which says a lot when you're trying to please 30 different people! I'd definitely recommend the dinner buffet at Ramada Multan. Whether you're coming with a large group or just a few people, you'll get good food, solid service, and fair pricing. We had a wonderful evening.

The Ramada service legacy upholds its standards in Multan as well. My recent stay was fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and the ambiance is amazing. Food court was rushy but the food quality was excellent.

I am staying at Ramada Multan, my experience of staff n stay is amazing, but the room service has been horrifying. I ordered food at night after we checked in and the lady Ms Sana was very unprofessional and I didnt get my soup n bread till 2 hours i was starving. She was not interested in taking order called her 3 times, finally had to eat fruits. So my experience is not so perfect.

Stayed in a pool-view room. The curtains were not clean, the ironing stand was dirty and broken, and the washroom sensor seemed cheap and kept turning on and off on its own during shaving and showering. Overall, not up to the mark.

Nice Experience stay at Ramada Multan very neat and Clean comfortable room very professional staff room service and food quality and taste very delicious feeling so comfortable and really enjoyed stay here but management please change Steam Press Irons all rooms irons not working 😕 but overall so much satisfied stay here with Family I think this is best option for stay in Multan Highly Recommend

We stayed one night and enjoyed. Their service is good and breakfast is so good. Ambiance is also good.
