I bought a beautiful poshak from here, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The salesman was impatient and rude. He refused to let me try a third dress, making a comment about how they can't keep tying so many outfits. Buying a poshak is an investment, and customers should feel comfortable choosing the right one, not rushed or made to feel like a burden

So writing this totally out of my satisfaction.I’ve been to Rangwala Poshak centre almost 4 times this year and each time the experience was only better than the last one. The Salesmen here were really helpful in terms of suggesting the colour options to my confused relatives and Family. Especially Pankaj ji here , he was on point in terms of Clearing the Confused state of our minds in terms of colour combinations. To Those who are looking to buy Rajwadi poshaks or Chiffon Sarees should definately pick this as a place to visit and i am sure you would not regret. The collection here is really radiant and we got all the colours we needed. We even discovered some new colours lol that we never knew existed. Inshort , You should definately check this place out if you’re looking for Some good Poshaks and Sarees.

My over all experience at this place has been really bad in terms of the communication &behavioural issues of the staff. They're so very judgmental and actually speak about prices before they understand what the cx really wants. They're very money minded and don't give a damn about what cx preferences are. You guys need to learn to listen to cx and try to show them their preferences. One of the staff stated the please don't open the suits as u can do this only when finalized which is sooo very bad how will someone understand the design by just looking at it. No photos n vc allowed as if it's a big crime. I would not really recommend anybody to go there.

bought a few poshak's from them. The staff was extremely extremely rude behaving as if he was doing me a favour by showing me the clothes. I had come all the way from Delhi on my friends recommendation but never left such disappointment. Would never recommend this place to anyone i know because of the horrible behaviour of the staff. They should be ashamed of their hospitality and staff.
