THE RAYMOND SHOP

The store sales team is eager to help the customer and ensure the purchase is done. The tailoring is bad, stiched tight shirt with cheap tread and stitching. The under the shoulders front and back a fold is appearing and the 'Indispensable tailor' says that is required for free hands movement while the shirt buttons are bulging out at the chest and stomach area. He seems to have been outsourcing and they are doing all worst things for their additional revenue.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. Pros: wide variety of items. You can get fabric, readymade pants, shirts, tshirts, blazers, sherwani, belts, hankies, ties, socks, beer shampoo etc. The store is huge, air conditioned with about 3 floors and every floor is dedicated to a category. They have stairs and a lift so in store access is easy. Alterations available too. Cons: 0 parking space. Going here on a weekday afternoon would be the wisest decision otherwise you’d have a hard time finding parking space. The staff is mostly uninterested in showing anything except 1-2 people who are nice. Stitching cost is too high and I’d advice you wait for Raymond offers like “free stitching” or something.

Raymond needs no introduction!! Coming to this place , it has a big ambience! Casual to suits and ethnic collection!! This place is best to buy suits fabric and stitch them accordingly!! Nice collection!! They have blankets as well and warm ladies shawl too!!

The store offered a complete and comfortable shopping experience. I liked the fabric range and the staff’s suggestions. The readymade collection was easy to explore and the sizes matched well. Tailoring gave a refined fit with careful detailing. I’m happy with the overall result

Raymond brand also confirmed that this is not authorised store. Most third class shop every visited. Tamari pase last option ma aa hoy to pan ahi javu nahi. Vikram bhai and priyansh bhai ni service sav third class che.

Even after shopping of 54k they didn't gave us any discount and for gifts and bags we have to ask them repeatedly (unprofessional behavior)

A very good fabric collection for formal wear,suits and jodhpuri with lots of color option at one place.but I have to wait minimum 20 min for my trial of my suit. Overall it was good experience.

Raymond products are always excellent..very genuine sale and Mr pradeepbhai show us each product nicely and over all other staff was also helpful.

Worst experience, overpriced and overhyped. Pls don't purchase anything from here as it's just waste of money.....Not even providing basic accessories with suit.... Really felt regretted by wasting this much expenses and not getting any quality. Be alert!!!

Good material, but you should select material wisely ! Look at the Price first than select rather than selecting first and that getting sad about the prices. Look for other tailors, pricing will be almost same at all the good tailors but look for tailors who provide accesories like pocket square and chain with the tailoring and not separately. (They provide accesories at extra cost) That's it !

Pathetic experience with Raymond Stitching...even after a full month, trial and delivery were a complete disaster. Quality and fit are nowhere close to expectations from a so-called premium brand. Took a Set of Suit, 3 Pants and 4 Shirts all were stitched by so called Premium Tailors but issue with everything...why one should compromise everytime after goods and services delivered. Really Pathetic!!!!

Very bad experience with staff now. My husband is a regular customer of Raymond for many years. We buy shirts and trousers worth more than rs.20000. Today I asked a representative over the phone to send pictures of Socks to get an idea before traveling all the way from motera to their showroom .if its not my liking, I need not spend money unnecessarily for traveling. The representative denied which was rude and unprofessional. Very very disappointed with customer service here. Didn't expect this harsh behavior from their end. Usually in other showrooms, staffs send few pictures over phone for better idea. It's usually not regular but at times in need. I would give zero rating for this showroom customer service.

Felt like I had to write this down. I flew in from NYC just hours ago and had a short turnaround time to make a purchase. Bought a suit here when I went for a purchase on Feb 1st evening for a wedding I had to attend on Feb 2nd. I was due to leave ahmedabad to kevadia so the turnaround time was short The only one salesman who could talk to NRI customers attended me . Sure he helped me narrow down enough varieties that I could like. At first he gave me a size 110 to try- which the coat fitted well but the pant was very tight When he realized I wont make the purchase given his inability to alter the waist of the pants for the size 110 before the store closes, he gave me a bigger size of pants from the same suit for a different size 112 but didnt give me the 112 sized suit to try with it. Ofcourse the pants with 112 fit me in waist..... but he purposely didnt let me try the jacket because he knew it would be too large for me. I presumed he would be giving me the jacket i tried earlier but he sneaked in the entire 112 sized suit without telling me - that hey i've given you a larger suit......All he cared was making the 20k INR sale- as he knew I was definitely not a timewaster and would swipe a credit card real quick Its a bit deceiptful to give 110 jacket in fitting room and then sell me 112 without even me having tried that...... which became way too big for me. It was clearly noticeable at the wedding that the suit didnt fit me. My own family owns Raymonds stores but to see another dealer partner indulge in shady tricks doesnt come off well. I hope the owner reads this review Also reading reviews below: seems they've been doing this quite often with different customers.

Worst quality of Tailoring work!! Taking 7.5 K for just tailoring and their quality of doing tailoring is 3rd class & below average!! In the name of Raymond, they are taking double rate of Fabric cloth!! Avoid Buying..... Save Money 😡
