29/11/2021: R & D team has rectified the problem in the dry well and fixed at their own expense. I appreciate their after sales support and quick response to the problem. 22/11/2021: We bought R&D DBC NTC-30 and barely used it but it stopped working within a couple of months. I had to send it to Chennai from Hyd at my own cost. In a months time they sent me the fixed item. They said the power board was replaced. After repair, at it's 2nd usage, it stopped working again. They do not want to send a technician to Hyd nor refund the amount. How many times can I send the item back and forth...while I hire another equipment in its place to perform my jobs. I am quite unhappy with the product and I think it is a design failure.
