Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, courteous, and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. I would especially like to thank Chaitanya Garu and Manga Garu for their excellent service. Chaitanya Garu was very helpful and attentive, while Manga Garu did an outstanding job with housekeeping, ensuring that the room was always clean, neat, and well-maintained. Their dedication and hospitality made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a night. The staff were very helpful and cordial. Gowthami and yesubabu were great and made our stay pleasant! The place is fairly near to the temple and we were able to have a good darshan too. Valet parking available and round the clock. Breakfast was decent too.

In my enroute travel from Durgapur to Banglore alone by car, I chose to stay here on 25th night. The Hotel is home away home. Very customer centric. Staffs are all elegantly nurtured. Car parking was taken care very professionally by Anil at hotel and found a thorough gentleman and job focussed prompt, makes hotel proud. All the best.

The room, though clean, was very small when we paid 3.5k for it. It had the necessary amenities and also came with a mini-fridge. It was also clean and well-maintained. However, I expected the room to be a bit more spacious. The service was really good. The hotel staff are really cooperative.

Today I checked out From the Hotel and every thing is Good Service in Room Dinning and Cafeteria and all. Only the Girl at Reception is showing Rude Behaviour, If somebody didnot understand the Local launge so ithink she not do irritate and she do today when I check out 27/012026 That she only not fit in Reception area. I didn’t opt to extend my stay as I didn’t find the hotel to be truly value for money, as the Lemon Tree brand usually promises. That said, the service was good — the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. However, parking is a concern, as space is limited and not very convenient. Coming to the food, it was decent but nothing exceptional — good enough for a meal, but don’t expect a “wow” experience. Overall, I’d say it’s suitable for a short stay of a day or two. If you’re looking for a quick, comfortable stopover with good service and location, this could work. But if you expect premium value for the price, you might want to explore other options.

I stayed here for one night,the stay is just ok,i mean the Ac is not good,the breakfast buffet spread is fine but needs improvement,and the dining table has food stains on it when i sat there so needs cleaning,I had lunch there the tax is 18 percent which is too much..and the parking area infront of the hotel is such a mess,the underground parking is ok,and u should enter to this hotel via mg road straight into the parking,if not it's very stressful to get there because of narrow roads...

The room had cleanliness problems like dust and hair on the bed upon arrival. The kettle and mug were broken, and even the replacement kettle was also in poor condition. The portable table also felt unstable. Service was prompt. Unrelated to the room, but food menu could benefit from more cuisines than just biryani and Chinese food.

Staff are very polite and courteous. Some rooms are not well maintained. AC was very loud and not working, couldn't sleep the night we came to the property. Edit: they later changed the room for the next day and made up for the problem. Staff are very helpful.

A decent hotel which gives you a glimpse of how a premium accommodation looks like. The hospitality of the people was top notch. We also got a complimentary breakfast added to our stay, which we did not book initially, thanks to Gowthami at the front desk. However, the breakfast spread and the quality needs to be better as that was the only thing out of sync with the whole place.

Basic hygiene and amenities were clearly not checked before check-in. Stained linen, stains in the washroom, only one towel provided, no hand towels, and the hand wash liquid was almost empty. Guests should not have to point out such basic issues. This is not the standard expected from a branded hotel.

Location is not that great . You have to get into a congested street to enter the hotel and in addition you will get to face a lot of mosquitoes. If you are given a room in the lower floors get ready for blood donation. No comb given and rooms are too congested. Coming to food , if by chance you arrive late to the break fast and order tea and they don't have any tea left , they would give you hot water mixed in the leftover tea . They would have said they don't have tea but no , they will mix hot water in the left over tea and serve you . Better to stay and spend night in your car than booking a room in this hotel

Good Experience with staying at Red Fox. Staff was able to understand the need of early check in but reduced the count of toiletries and free stuff.

Please pull up your service levels, I've been here second time and there is a lot of difference

Service is too bad They said that food order is close by 10 pm We checked in the hotel at 9:45 pm and when we entered room there was no menu card for ordering food When we asked for menu they send the menu my whatsapp We called the room service for ordering the food at 10:01 pm they said the order is closed This is one of the worst service i had came through in recent days

We have arranged accommodation for our guest who were here for a conference. The service is good, food has nice options, the rooms had no natural lighting, very near to main road.

Hotel is good but some devices are not working and all types of kits are not present like saving kit and body Masturising cream that's of all

Rooms are very small... Food(break fast) is average dont expect Price's are high some time's... Parking is tough

We had a perfect stay — comfortable, quiet, and centrally located.Exceptional service with a smile. Would definitely return! The hospitality exceeded expectations — highly recommended!
