The buffet offers a diverse selection of Arabic and Asian dishes, suitable for different tastes. The service is excellent, special thanks to Rachel and Sophia for their high positive spirit in reception and service, as well as the manager for his professionalism and respectful attitude. Appreciation also goes to the rest of the team for their great effort and hospitality. Highly recommended.

I recently tried the Red Ginger Lunch Combo, priced at 53 Riyals. Here's my experience: Pros: - The ambience of the restaurant was very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere that made the dining experience enjoyable. Cons: - The tandoori chicken was less cooked and excessive food color, which affected its texture and flavor. - The overall taste was decent, but the chicken could have been prepared with a bit more attention to detail. In conclusion, the experience was okay overall. The ambience was a highlight, but the chicken preparation could use some improvement. Would consider returning for the atmosphere, but I hope the food quality improves next time.

We ordered a hot and sour soup, one chicken tikka masala, one chicken biriyani, one chicken kabab, garlic naan and one saudi juice. We specified everything to be spicy. But once we get the food it was so disappointing... we spent 173SAR on our menu, its not worth the money at all. But service is super cool, she were really nice and overall ambiance is good to but food is so so

المطعم نظيف ومرتب ، ممكن اتاخروا علينا في الطلب شوية ، لكن التاخير دايما يكون موجود في المطاعم الهندية . بالنسبة للأكل كان ممتاز وحجمه مناسب 😍 ( أفضل مطعم أكل هندي جربته في الجبيل لحد الان ) 👌🏻. دجاج بالزبدة + دجاج مسالا .. توجد جلسات للعوائل ( بارتيشن ) .

This Restaurant offers many dishes of Arabic, Chinese and Indian cuisines but basically it is a purely an Indian restaurant. We tried mix grill platter chicken, Chinese noodles with chicken, chilli Chicken and Saudi champagne. The taste was not up to the mark and the noodles was not eaten by the kids. Bread size was too small while staff was claiming it was a tandoori man. Saudi champagne was very tasteful. Staff were very helpful and cooperative. Ambience is very good and location is also very convenient. It is a well decorated restaurant. One thing which was also disappointing that the prices are exaggerated and the prices showing in the Menu is without VAT. You would be surprised when you receive the bill with extra 15% of already exaggerated food price.

Excellent Service and Tasty dishes. And the Ginger tea was unique and tasty! Richel offered best of the Service.

Ottimo ristorante situato vicino al supermercato Lu-lu. Il cibo è molto buono e propongono piatti di cucina indiana, araba e cinese. La sala al piano terra è tranquilla ed il personale è molto attento alle necessità del cliente. Consigliato sia per una clientela locale che europea. Quando ritornerò ad Al Jubail sicuramente verrò a mangiare al Red Ginger.

Restaurant has a god ambience and seating arrangements. The food is the main thing which is not that good. Taste is ok not the best in town. Food quantity is good. Service was good. If the food improves it can be a best place in town. Buffet option also available in afternoon.

Tried their Tandoori Chicken along with Hot & Sour Soup. It was a delight to be served by Rachel. Extremely cooperative and hardworking. Hope to visit again.
