Regenta Central Udaipur

I recently stayed at Regenta Hotel and booked two suites — one Royal and one Executive — and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The ambience throughout the property was very nice, and the housekeeping team was extremely efficient and attentive. The absolute highlight of my stay was the food. I opted for both breakfast and dinner buffets, and that decision turned out to be perfect. The food was consistently excellent, and the hospitality from the serving staff was truly top-notch. Their warmth, attention, and service added a special touch to the entire experience — and we saw them treating every guest with that same warmth. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel and experience it themselves. I would personally love to return on my next visit. Only two small points: - They could add a few more items to the non-veg section of the buffet, as it usually had only two dishes. - The view from the rooms is quite ordinary, but everything else makes up for it. Special thanks to the leadership team for keeping the entire staff motivated and working together so well. Wishing the whole team continued success. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Regenta Hotel, Udaipur. The ambiance, food, service, location, and terrace were all excellent. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Brijesh for his outstanding hospitality and support. We truly appreciate his efforts and look forward to visiting again.

The staff were very attentive and courteous, especially the cleaner who was super fast and very good. Our room 608 has a window slightly ajar so we could hear the noise from the road most of the night. This was fixed the next day, we also did not have hot water, although they tried to fix it the water was just warm. The breakfast was spot on and the beds are really comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. Overall a very nice hotel.

I stayed for a couple of nights. Overall nice experience. Cosy and quiet rooms. Washrooms not well appointed. Wifi was working well. Breakfast spread was also good. Rooftop restaurant has great views and the food is generally great. Food service times were also reasonable. I would recommend having dinner there (Sorbo restaurant).

When i first time went udaipur, i stayed here, very nice hotel, very clean and array. size is not too large, but all things are very good. 1. rooms are very clean and large. 2. service is also fine. 3. breakfast is really nice and enjoy lot. 4.staff is also very supportive. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness. The location is excellent, as most major tourist attractions are within a 15-minute reach. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite being served as a buffet, the food was cold and lacked in taste. The hotel has a rooftop lounge with a pleasant ambiance but again the food taste was average and did not meet expectations.

Our four-day stay at Regenta Central was great. We reserved an Executive room, which was both spacious and well maintained. The staff was polite, and the services provided were good. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and decent taste. The rooftop swimming pool was also maintained well. Although we did not dine at the rooftop restaurant, its ambiance appeared nice. I commend the hotel for its outstanding cleanliness and the humility of its staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable experience.Mohan, Sunaina and Sejal provided excellent service throughout our visit. Mohan was polite, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met without delay. His friendly attitude and professionalism really enhanced our dining experience.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Regenta Central, Udaipur in the Executive Suite (Room No. 514), and the experience was truly comfortable and relaxing. The suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. A special appreciation to the restaurant team — Swagata, Sajal, Suraj, Alok, Mohan, and Parmeshwar — for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ensured we had a pleasant dining experience. The food was delicious, and their warm service added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our Udaipur visit memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is very well maintained, and the ambiance is inviting. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable. The restaurant staff were polite, attentive, and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. I would have given a 5-star rating, but I’m rating 4 stars due to a few concerns. A food discount was promised during my stay, but it was not applied. On my first bill copy, I noted that the discount was missing and was assured it would be added to the final bill. However, at checkout, I was told the discount had been applied, but the menu rates were charged in full, and no discount was reflected. Additionally, the portion sizes were smaller than expected. I understand that this might be a hotel or restaurant policy rather than the staff’s fault. Aside from these issues, everyone was cooperative and pleasant, making the stay enjoyable. I hope the management addresses these concerns so future guests have an even better experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Regenta Central. The check in was smooth, clean and neat rooms. The rooftop is amazing and has beautiful views of udaipur city and its Palaces. The breakfast spread was also huge and tasty. This place is highly recommended

Stayed at Regenta Central Udaipur with high expectations considering its affiliation with the Regenta brand, but the experience was quite inconsistent. We had booked two rooms of the same category, yet both were completely different in size and layout. The room in the 9 series was spacious and comfortable, while the one in the 8 series was surprisingly small with a much smaller bathroom. The bathing area was so cramped that there was barely enough space to take a proper shower comfortably. It honestly felt very inconvenient and disappointing, and I fail to understand why rooms under the same category would have such a huge difference. The biggest misleading thing is that the pictures they have put across internet are one with 9 series which is the bigger one. That said, the staff was polite, helpful, and courteous throughout the stay, and the rest of the services were fine. But the inconsistency in room quality definitely impacted the overall experience.

Very Rude and Unprofessional Front Desk Staff. 1-When you enter hotel none of the Front Desk staff will smile at you rather they will stare you as why you have come here. 2-At the time of check out i have asked for the bill but front desk person denied it. 3-When we boarded our car front desk person cane running to us, stopped us and blamed us for stealing Note pad from room. Without even asking anything he simply blamed us. When i told him to check properly they found notepad in room. 4-I asked the front staff to apologise for his rude behaviour 3 times but that person did not say sorry rather he called room boy who found notepad and asked him to say sorry to me. 5-Front desk people dont even check profile before blaming for notepad theft. We spent more than 25k in 2 days but still blamed us for 100 rupee notepad. Very very bad front desk staff. Dont even want to say sorry.

Our stay has been a fine and lovely stay in Udaipur till now. Spacious and clean rooms with all the amenities and hotel is in the centre of the city to visit all the tourist places. Staff were super cooperative and polite. On the top the food was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about this hotel is good. The rooms, food, service and location everything is good. You can easily get any kind of transportation in front of the hotel. The market in Udaipur closes around 10 pm. The city is beautiful

Centrally located and well kept rooms. The ambience is very good with very courteous staff in the 3rd floor dining hall. A very good spread of breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended with friends or family
