Reliance Smart Bazaar

Careful Yesterday I visited smart bazaar look I attached pic. One of shower gel price label 99rs and when I went to counter and they scanned price came 112rs. I said label price different here different so they said we forgot to takeout offer price if u want take it other wise leave it. They changed more so careful always check your receipt.

A spacious store at convenient location, but it feels like the store is missing the manager. I am a frequent customer here and every single time, most of the aisles are disorganized, more material on the floor than in the shelves. Especially, I have had twice bad experiences with frozen foods and during my last visit I saw the store staff was rearranging ice-cream freezers with taking all the stock out, half melted and being put back in 🤦‍♀️. Store AC - most of the time not working, just want to say to Reliance 'Learn from D-Mart guys'

***Scam alert *** Do not buy here. When you return something they do not give you cash back or return to your card. They give you money as point or on mobile number. Which mean you uave to come back here ane go through another scam. Better go to dmart. Good price and best customer service.

It is a great place to go shopping. Try it and see for yourself. They have almost everything one can think of and all under one roof. The service providers are very helpful, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

It's a nice and cost effective market place selling all types of things such as groceries, utensils, clothes, accessories,toys and miscellaneous items, located on university road of Anand and shows discounts,it's all things are properly arranged with spaces in between for roaming freely with price tags attached to every thing.

Staff behavior is very bad towards customers. They are not cooperative with customers and hide items that have offers for themselves. If the staff wants to keep the products for themselves, then why call customers? Close the store so customers won't come. ...... For smart bazaar Anand

Good place for shopping in anand,have good parking facility with parking in basement, also have baggage counter for your luggage,always crowded with shopaholic people,have three floors to shop,always have new trendy clothes for gents,ladies and childrens,also have various food court at the entrance

Instead, the amount is converted into store credit or linked to your mobile number, forcing you to spend it again at the same place. This is a misleading practice and a bad customer experience. I bougth more than 10000rs items and they did not return 500rs items. Recommendation: Shop at DMart for fair pricing and reliable customer service.

Very small and congested place . Fruits and vegetables are not fresh but high priced. Very limited options in every product . Billing system slow . But staff are good and cooperative

Many products available here many products are low rate as compare to other shops but many of products are more expensive than the other shops and main problem of here is billing They provide 10 billing counters, but there are always only 1 or 2 counters open, and customers wait for a long time more than 15 minutes, so plz upgrade your system and help customers

There are always absents of prize tag of various items, also today I have visited the shop and purchased the breads which was buy 1 get 1 free offer. I have purchased only one bread ofBakers choice milk bread, 400 grm. which was offered price 60 Rs. Mrp. In buy 1 get 1 free offer. But I have purchased only 1, 400grms. and cashier 60714811 had added twice the same item and charged me of qty. 2 nos. Which was wrong. I reached home and saw the bill with my purchased items it was wrong found, I contacted with coustmar care but it was closed.

They have huge collection of product,you will get all the product you want with regionalable rate and service is also good and there is no issue of parking and there segment is divided by floor you get fruits, vegetables,FMCG products,clothes etc all the things you want just you have to find where is it or just ask to employees they will guide you

Good experience at Anand Big Bazaar. Good location to hangout with family. The fun fair and the exhibition nearby are very attractive.

Could have been better, very limited products with limited choices, more like little supermarkets...it was better shopping experience when it was named BIG BAZAAR (old trader)
