Bought an AC from this store on April 27th they delivered 29th. In Reliance they told that they will install AC in 15 days, if customer wants to install immediately then you can do on your own & they will send my refund 1000 rupees within 3-4 days. So we have installed the AC with our own paying our money (2k) on 29th itself. And I've shared the Photos of the AC installation. From then I'm asking for my refund amount but it's been 9 days still they didn't send my refund amount. I've did enough calls, messages but they are not responding properly. Totally disappointed with this brooks branch of " Reliance "as they are not professional giving false hope to sell products to the Customers. Customer support team also not giving a call back if I ask them about the refund. @reliancedigital

It was great shopping experience at Reliance Digital, Brookfields. The staff were informative and courteous. Mr. Mani Balaji, Ms.Shabee and Mrs. Kalyani were super friendly and patient in explaining the products. Strongly recommend!!!

Pathetic Post-Sales Service & Broken Promises – Beware! I deeply regret purchasing an LG Washer Dryer from this Reliance Digital store (Brookefields Mall). While they are quick to take your money, their post-sales commitment is non-existent. I was promised installation within 24–48 hours of delivery (delivered Monday). It is now Friday, and despite calling every single day since Wednesday, I have been lied to repeatedly. Every day, the staff claims 'it will be done today,' yet no one shows up. To make matters worse, they have warned me not to install it myself or through a third party, claiming it will void the warranty—essentially leaving me with a ₹60k+ 'showpiece' that I cannot use. Do not trust their verbal timelines. They do not value their customers' time or money once the invoice is generated. Save yourself the headache and buy from a retailer that actually respects its promises.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Reliance Digital Brookfields Store. I purchased a Samsung AC on 13th marc 2026, and it took 2 days just for the delivery to arrive. However, the real issue in installation...12 days now. I was repeatedly promised that the installation would happen on a specific day, but each time, no one showed up. I've tried reaching out to them over the past 2-3 days, but my calls have been ignored. They continue to apologize and promise to resolve the issue, but there has been zero progress. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this store. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they have proven to be unreliable. Be wary of their empty assurances. List of reasons not to buy in this store: 1. Delayed delivery 2. Prolonged installation 3. False promises 4. Lack of communication 5. Poor team management 6. Empty assurances 7. Poor customer service 8. Unresponsive staffs 9. Ineffectiveness

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Reliance Digital, Brookefields Mall. I purchased an voltas AC with a clear promise of next-day delivery and installation within 3 days. Right from the beginning, they failed to keep their word. Delivery itself got delayed, and installation took more than 4–5 days after multiple follow-ups and arguments. The worst part? The AC stopped working the very same night after installation. This is clearly a defective product. Initially, they said it was a compressor issue, then changed it to a fan motor problem—completely unprofessional and confusing. After a lot of pressure, they promised a full unit replacement. But now they are dragging it saying “approval is pending from multiple levels.” It has already been several days, and there is still no proper resolution. This is not just poor service—this is a complete failure in customer handling. Selling a faulty product and making customers struggle like this is unacceptable. Only Mr. Stephen (Floor Manager) ,Vignesh and sales executive Saravanan were the ones who are assisting.The overall experience has been extremely frustrating. I strongly do NOT recommend this store. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid purchasing from here.

Summary: great sales experience; half the stuff (TV, geyser) was promptly delivered and installed. Was a 2-day delivery promise. On the other hand, AC installation took 12 days with daily calls and seemingly endless negotiations (between different part of Reliance); Washing machine part was broken by technician on day of installation; took 24 days of daily calling to finally get the part. Timeline: 20 Apr: Washing machine part finally delivered and installed. Thanks. 16 Apr: Still waiting!!! Post sales installation, and customer care is awful. 12 Apr: Still waiting for the washing machine part broken by the technician/installer… it is 16 days since “i will deliver to you personally in 1 day” Reliance is still working on it… with daily reminders. Maybe they don’t know how to send by mail 8 Apr: After great effort, the ACs were installed. Work was very professionally done… 11 days after it was promised and with daily phone calls to multiple people everyday… 5 Apr: Tick…Tock…Tick…Tock… Time flies… Received another end of day update: “Will be done by tomorrow.” Still waiting… the 2 day Reliance commitment … currently at the end of day 9… with promises galore… 3 Apr: Still “all talk no action” from Reliance. No installation yet (last promise was it will be done on Apr 2). Still waiting… in hot weather…based on a 48 hour installation promise..(that is over 160 hours now) 1 Apr: Reached out to cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com They have been investigation and assured me that work would be completed by end of day April 2. Sounded very helpful with escalation etc. 31 Mar: Installation process has been a nightmare. Repeat calls result in “it will happen soon”; installer broke a part on the washing machine; took it with him and never came back (Still talking to staff for 4 days straight- no resolution in sight). AC installer seems to find the installation difficult when all our neighbors are getting it installed easily. Everyone seems to be “trying” without success. Disappointed!! Mar 3: Sales: Great sales staff. Karthikeyan Natarajan was a great help at the Reliance Digital store in Brookfields Mall in coimbatore. Great attitude and knowledgeable.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Reliance Digital. It clearly feels like they have no intent to serve customers at all. Once the purchase is done, you are completely on your own. There is no proper response, no follow-up, and no ownership from their side. Every interaction feels like they just want to get rid of you rather than actually help. It’s frustrating to repeatedly explain the issue and still see zero action. What’s worse is the complete lack of responsibility and care. They don’t value your time, your money, or your trust. It honestly feels like customer service is just for namesake. Highly disappointed. This was not just bad service — it was a total lack of intent to serve.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint against your Reliance Digital store located at Brookefields Mall, Coimbatore. I visited the store to purchase a mobile phone using my Bajaj Finserv loan offer of ₹79,000. During the process, your store staff attempted a transaction using my Bajaj card and requested OTP, which I provided. Later, I was informed that the transaction was “rejected.” However, without properly resolving this, your staff proceeded to arrange the purchase through HDB Finance. After this incident, I noticed that an incorrect and excess amount has been reflected as utilized in my Bajaj account, and the amount involved in the failed transaction has not been refunded. This clearly indicates: Lack of transparency in the transaction process Misleading handling of financial services Poor customer support and no proper response from the store when approached for clarification I have already tried contacting the store, but I did not receive a proper resolution or explanation. I request you to take immediate action on this matter: Investigate the actions of the Brookefields store staff Coordinate with Bajaj Finserv to reverse/refund the wrongly processed or blocked amount Provide a clear explanation and resolution at the earliest If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer forums. Had a great experience buying my TV and mobile from this store. Manikandan was very helpful, patient, and guided me properly without any pressure. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Really happy with the service—highly recommend!

We have bought AC from this store an year go and while buying they made us pay 1500rs for an extra one year service. But till now there has not been a single call regarding service. When we made a call to the store, the response is we need to follow up on this. If you are asking us to pay for service it should be your responsibility to follow up customers on this. Other electronic appliance sellers are calling automatically for service when specified time comes. But here no such thing. They promised they will send a service person but till now there is no response from them. I don't recommend this place for buying Air Conditioners.

Reliance Digital in Brookefields Mall gave me a terrible experience. I visited on August 15th during their Independence Day sale (15th–17th). I enquired about a Whirlpool convertible refrigerator and a Prestige glass top stove. The staff quoted ₹5,700 for the stove. Since the refrigerator price was high, I purchased it from Croma and planned to come back the next day (16th) to buy the stove. When I returned, they suddenly told me the price was ₹6,100. I was shocked because the sale was supposed to last three days, and even the displayed sticker showed ₹6,000. When I questioned this, the staff rudely removed the sticker in front of me and spoke in an unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing my query, they avoided me and behaved very disrespectfully. This shop misleads customers with fake 3-day or 5-day sales just to scam people. I had one of the worst shopping experiences here, and I strongly do not recommend visiting this store.

Worst customer service. We have told to contact them for service via their store not to the direct brand. We purchased six months before, They sold an Ac piece without our liking because they marketed that brand service is very reliable. Today we are very frustrating with that brand and also reliance digital store service in Brookfields. For their target we are compensating our comfort. Poor management and Customer service.

Worst place to buy ACs, mixer grinders, or any electronic items. If you choose products from this store, be prepared to lose your peace and patience. I bought an AC, and it was delivered only after 3 days. Even after 20 days, the installation is still not done. I’ve been calling the support team every day—pathetic service. After 15 days, they said installation would take another 2–3 days only if I arrange for cord cutting myself. They only know how to sell; after that, installation and service are completely neglected. Anyone with common sense should avoid buying an AC from this store. There are no good deals, no proper installation support—nothing. I also bought a Morphy Richards mixer grinder, and within 3 months it started having multiple issues. It feels like they are selling low-grade products under a big brand name. Meanwhile, my neighbor bought an AC from Croma, and the installation was completed within a day. I regret purchasing from this store.

I have purchased an AC from this store. From the day of installation itself I got frustrated, their installation engineer hasn’t listen to my words - I asked to place the outdoor unit on the wall with the help of clamp. But placed on the roof of the building. From day 10 I faced an issue like the water leakages on the indoor unit, so I raised an request on 07/04/2026 and for the 1st 10 days no any response from their end so I reached the sales team, and they shared service team contact Also I reached the service team, but asked the details and they said tomorrow you’ll assigned an engineer. But it’s almost 2 months no any response or assigned engineer from reliance It’s completely fraud
