I recently shopped at Reliance, Nethra from customer service attended me and she was very professional and friendly. She was very knowledgable about the products feature and price. She made sure we understood about all the features and brands. Really very helpful.

Bought a LG washing machine turned out to defective and was told that it is manufacturing defect. I am so disappointed by after service of this store as there no customer care support or technician support from the store. Pathetic experience. On top of that the store manager is very rude and talks behind us in Kannada thinking no one knows kannada

Purchased AC, they assured delivery in two days but taking a week time still not delivered. Very poor customer service and neglect customer concern after the sale. I regret buying here and I should have ordered online for better deal and quick delivery of product. And the worst part is, their delivery team also playing cheap tricks, I just got one ring miscall from their side and they updated in backend as customer not available, immediately I tried to call back on same number but it doesn't accept incoming calls. I have been waiting and calling their store team multiple times but no use. I will take this issue to Reliance senior management, gathering their contacts.

I went to buy an OLED tv and Mr Krishna explained all the features of the best TVs very clearly. He is very knowledgeable and he guided me to buy the right TV. Krishna and store manager were also very supportive post purchase. Would recommend this store. Good experience.

Reliance digital Haralur is a great place to buy the electronic items.l had a very good experience.I bought many things from here like TV, Dishwasher etc... Yesterday I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner which is newly launched wet and dry. Hemanth was pretty knowledgeable and didn't force us to buy the robo vacuum cleaner over Dyson though he was in that section. He understood our requirements and took us down to the Dyson section and explained how it works. The girl in the Dyson section was pretty knowledgeable and helpful, showed us the demo and gave us hands on experience. Thanks to Hemanth and the Dyson Staff for helping us to choose the right product.

We went there to buy a laptop for my brother. Mahesh from Reliance helped us out. He really knew his stuff about laptops and even suggested a good one that we ended up buying after doing our own research. It was a really good experience overall.
