Yesterday I visited your store in chromepet to buy Air conditioner.your executive Mr Ashwin suggested me LG brand which has come with box damage offer piece which is displayed in your store with 30%discount offer i agreed to purchase the same and requested for EMI option they suggested with Baja fin serve and Mr.Murali attended I submitted my aadhaar card details,pan card details and icici bank account details they updated for approval ,today your executive ashwin called me and told that they will not be able to give discount on the product, this information should be given while promoting offers you should tell the correct information this totally disappointed me.

I purchased a Carrier AC from the Chromepet branch, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. During installation, the product was found to be defective, which led to a delay of about a week for a replacement. We had already completed the full payment, with only the installation charge pending at that time. During the wait, the store manager assured us that we would not have to pay any additional charges due to the inconvenience caused. Based on this, we agreed to proceed with the replacement. However, after installing the new AC, the staff is now asking us to pay the charges and denying that any such assurance was ever given. This lack of accountability and poor communication is extremely frustrating. The entire process was unnecessarily delayed despite us doing everything correctly from our side. Overall, the service experience has been very poor and unprofessional. I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this store. Worst experience.

Good customer service Fine quality of products

Do not buy Air conditioners in Reliance Showroom, they have a very poor sevice. Especially they are keen to sell Haier Brand AC's.. I bought two of them in advise from Sales manager/ person Kannadasan from Chromepet Branch.. Both of them are not up to the mark to my expectation compared with other brands like LG, Daiken, or even whirlpool in this case.. one of the AC started forming ICE in the indoor unit and technician came and checked the gas and said it is low and the issue might be with indoor unit.. post which I followed up many times for replacement as it is 2 months only old and also tried to request for repair atleast , however you won't be connected to the brand service centres anyways.. It is only the reliance service centre you should rely on... I followed up for 1 week where the technicians were stating they will arrive today, till date that "today" has not arrived. I lodged my issue visiting the showroom with Customer Centre Mr. Rasaya (who helped me listening to my concerns) , however things are not happening like a brand service would engage.. Totally frustrated with my purchase from "Reliance Showroom Chromepet" or they provide the service that had cheated me. Please be careful.
