Sales guy self rated, reviewed n posted without our knowledge n took phone for updating and didn't even ask or informed about review n rating . Suggestion to sales guy's to FOLLOW BASIC ETHICS n MANNERS and inform n ask the customers about experiences n don't self reviewed about your store without the knowledge of customers

Absolutely pathetic experience with Reliance. Store and service teams are completely unresponsive — no one takes ownership. It’s been four days since the purchase, and there’s still no technician visit or installation request raised. Customer support keeps giving vague replies like “they will come” without any real update. Despite repeated follow-ups with both customer care and the showroom, there’s been zero action. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service.

Buying a product with reliance warranty would be a nightmare. I took AOSmith water purifier along with reliance warranty. It’s been 2 months now raising a complaint and no one showed up inspite of daily follow ups and store visits. Those service managers are real crooks who never pick your calls. Beware of reliance warranty services. Updating my previous post to let you all know how worse and unreliable, the Reliance digital is. My warranty service request made in October has not been fulfilled even in December (14th Dec 2025) and the service team is not even trying to refund my warranty money..

SALES GUYS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS IN RELIANCE DIGITAL TAKING THE PHONE FOR UPDATING WHILE PURCHASING THE NEW MOBILE AND THEN SELF REVIEWING THEIR RELIANCE DIGITAL WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE. SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE SALES GUY @ KADUPOORI SANTOSH KUMAR @ FLOOR SUPERVISOR TAKE CARE ABOUT THIS MATTER. AND DONT BREACH CUSTOMER'S TRUST. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Store maintenance is good, ambience is great, good at recieving customer. Overall satisfaction.

I recently visited the store to purchase an iPhone, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions clearly and patiently, without showing any hesitation. Their customer service truly made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

This store has very polite and helpul staff out of all reliance digital i have visited. But the frustrating thing about my experience was that i had to wait for almost 2hrs just for payment. This was not the fault of the staff but the devices they have for payment. i dont know what it is called. it looks like a mobile phone on which they enter our details to approve the purchase. they had multiple devices yet none of them worked properly. internet issue one time and crashing another time. what had to be a happy purchase turned a frustrating one because reliance couldnt provide them with better infrastructure.

Worst service by the service team my advice is not to take AMC(Annual Maintenance)plans that are provided by the sales team.they will not provide the service after purchasing the service plans.and if it is a paid service or repair they will attend the call since last 2 years we are facing the problem

I had originally given a 5 star rating, bit now revising it to 1 star. All sweet talk and no action. It is three days since i purchased a IFB washing machine and the service engineer is yet to come for installation. The exchange agent is yet to pick up the old machine. The staff cannot do anything.

Great store with lot of variety of goods. Staffs were also kind in attending to customer enquiries.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience after purchasing 3 ACs from Reliance Digital. All units stopped working within a week, and despite multiple service requests and follow-ups, nothing has been fixed. The technicians have been unprofessional, repeatedly missing scheduled visits and leaving my home dirty after each attempt. This level of service is unacceptable. I regret trusting Reliance Digital for such an important purchase and hope they address these serious issues urgently.

Very pathetic service, they lie about products, once you have bought the product, warranty is useless, their service care team is incompetent, the staff, resQ team, onfloor managers are useless and have too much attitude, will keep stalling and give no solution. Do not shop from here if you value your money.

Please don't buy any electronic item here. I have purchased an LG 1.5 ton AC here, I have waited 7 days for delivery and 2 days for installation. After two days of delivery they just send a local technician for the AC installation, which worth close to 50,000/-. As a customer I trust in brand so I purchased it in reliance digital and expected a well trained professional technician from reliance digital itself. Worst part is that local technician took some of my AC components like dummy nuts and a tissue roll like thing and etc...which comes inside the box, along with him after completing the installation. He didn't even fill the wall hole with POP, putty,foam or something else. From the hole a rat has entered in to my indoor AC unit and cut some wires and messed the thermal lining in side the indoor unit, now the four way swing function is not working. Terrible service experience from reliance digital. They are just fooling the customers in the name of Reliance ResQ service, Don't go for reliance digital.

Worst service I bought a washing machine they promised that delivery and installation will be done in 1 working day it's been 4 days no one is responding Worst service and worst communication with costomers Beware, people who are buying for diwali offers won't matter if there is no response from them.
