Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience at ISKCON Mall. Despite having multiple billing counters available, not a single staff member was present to assist with billing. This led to a huge crowd, chaos, and an overall frustrating experience for shoppers. The lack of proper management at the billing counters caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for everyone. I hope the mall management takes immediate action to improve their services, especially at the billing counters, to ensure a smoother shopping experience for all visitors.

The behavior of the staff there is very bad and they do not even give the bill to the customer and on asking they talk about other places. Very bad security and outside staff. Very very bad service

My experience with this Reliance Mall has been going from bad to worse, mainly due to pricing issues at billing. Multiple times, the price displayed on the shelf/product label was different, and the billed amount was higher. Initially I assumed it was a one-off mistake, but it has happened frequently enough that I now make it a point to verify every item before paying. I shop here mostly because it’s the only convenient option on this side of SG Road, but with better alternatives available elsewhere, I’d recommend shoppers stay alert and confirm prices during billing.

Visited today after many months. It's hell and probably will close permanently in couple of months. They have reduced the stocks and Air conditioners are not working as per their team since last 3 months. It looks like Store manager wants all the customers to move away from the store asap without buying bcoz it's too much hot 🔥 inside entire store. Will not be visiting this place anymore.

It used to be a good place to get everything under one roof. It's deteriorated now. Availability of things is dicey. They don't keep Badshah and MTR range. The AC doesn't work making the shipping experience hell.

Very nice experience. This time there were clothing of good brand and also aparals. There are offers like buy on get 1 free. Over all

Terrible customer service in the dairy and vegetable sections. The staff is rude and unhelpful, often ignoring direct questions. To make matters worse, the manager is completely unresponsive and shows no interest in resolving customer complaints. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere

AC is not working. Less customer care executive at billing counter. Parking is an issue. Air cooler are for customer care executive and not for customers

I really wondering, it is one of the earliest malls of Gujarat. Due to some technical issues no Airconditioner in the Mall, please confirm before visiting. It is very suffocating.

Great place to get shop for groceries, kitchen stuff, home stuff & many other things. Reliance smart is big just like it's name here you can get everything in different varieties & in different opinions. When you enter this place you get to see different product then in the corner you can find small clothing section we're you can find men's & woman sections, you can always get offer or discount product here. Then you go further you can groceries section on the right and on left you can see kitchen and home stuff. And before the billing counter you get to see fresh stuff and on that side you get to see frozen stuff and a indian sweet corner. And further after the billing counter you can find canteen type corner were you can get fresh stuff to eat & other staff having mukhwas, mobile cover & some other. You can also find some international food stuff here. ⭕ I don't like the outer area. Very bad. Also elevation not working for exit time.

Since 1 month AC is not ON... its May june... worst place to buy grocery

Reliance Smart is amazing its the Biggest Supermarket in Ahmedabad with lots of Vivid products and they have adequate Stock also the Backery items here are Very nice. Must visit

Good place for family shopping with big parking area

Got cheated from the store I have purchased many items in which one of them was a smoothie I checked price on it was 35 but when I checked the bill after getting back to home it was 50 in bill and I paid for the same over there . I noticed it after seeing it carefully at hom

All in one place.you get all the grocery under one roof. Good offers and varieties. Although vegetables were old and there were less payment counters open even if it was weekend and there were longer queues.

Overall it is good for buying grocery product, discount is available upon various items, all brands products available. Parking facility available.

Useless store. Infact found at the counter they are overcharging to products. Upon questioning it, answers coming "It's a system generated fault". Anyway it a realince culture, even similar experience you may found at jiomart website. Poor customer service, poor inventory, poor supply chain, limited variety of inventories.

If this happens again i will never trust jio again So i don't know whether "Akash" is working here or not but the worker named "Akash" had taken money from us to install jio fiber and now it's been 5 days he is not receiving our calls and when i call from different phone he picked up but when he realises that i was the same person he immediately hangs up the calls
