I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your office today. I visited the center to inquire about my brother’s visa cancellation. He is currently outside the country and applied through the GDRFA website 20 days ago, but the cancellation is still pending. When I approached the customer service desk for assistance, the staff member (a lady in uniform) was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she began shouting at me without any provocation. Her behavior felt unprofessional and discriminatory, leaving me deeply upset and without any solution to my problem. I hope you will look into this matter, both regarding the delay in the visa process and the unacceptable conduct of your staff.

Like other reviews I was expecting to wait a long time for service from uncaring people but the service was great. The gentleman at the first desk was so friendly and understanding, and the second one also friendly and helpful. I was able to complete my business in a short period of time with no stress.

I came because of an error in the immigration file of my daughter and was really not in a good mood, thinking this would take hours of stringent conversations. I could not be more wrong....I was helped by a gentleman who was smiling, super friendly and extremely cooperative. In the end there was no issue but he made sure I left knowing all the details to take back to my freezone (who actually made the mistakes). Amazing

Their online service.is below any low standard. They never reply to message, emails, complaint, on line contact us etc... The system doesn't update old info. It's stressful. Shame on you for pretending to be efficient because you let down the residents when it comes to application for visa renewal.

I’ve been to multiple Amer centers and these guys are basically the special forces of service. Very efficient. Professional. Resolved my visa issue.

تمت معاملتي بأسوأ معاملة من الضباط الجالسين على الاستقبال في هجرة المطار ونحن في ثالث ايام العيد ، معاملة غير انسانية وبكلام غير لائق العريف احمد الصواي والعريف عائشة العفروشي وبالرغم من اننا في ايام العيد وجئت لهم مبتسمة واعايد عليهم بكل حب واحترام واستفسر ، لكن للاسف الرد عكس التوقعات تماما، ليس هكذا يكون وجه دبي المشرق في وجهة من اهم وجهات المستثمرين والسياح وفي ثالث ايام العيد ، حتى الابتسامة غير موجودة رفضوا المساعدة مع انني شرحت لهم ظروف انسانية وانا مستثمرة خرجت وانا كلي حزن من هذه التجربة المؤسفة والمفاجئة

had the pleasure of being assisted by Saeed from GDRFA, and I must say he was extremely supportive and polite throughout the entire process. I was inquiring about entry requirements for a French passport holder and visa on arrival, and he handled the situation with professionalism and great care. Saeed took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that all my questions were answered. His calm and respectful approach made the experience smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to come across someone who combines knowledge, patience, and genuine courtesy the way he did. Truly appreciate his help excellent service and a perfect example of professionalism at GDRFA.

Very bad attitude of immigration staff. They dont even let you speak and very rudely tell you to go and check with amer service when your whole motive is to get advice from the officer itself.

Omg they did visa entry permit with in 25 minutes for family and I received email approved visa I was trying with amer 24/7 center from last week some time they guys putting wrong nationality some time miss data Once I Visted direct GDFRA and explain them all the situation they ask me to apply new application there amer office same time airport and the give approved visa with in 15 minutes 👍👍👍👍👍 Highly satisfied

I visited the Customer Happiness Center in Dubai Airport Terminal 3 today i faced rude and unethical officer. He was so rude and arrogant that he didn’t even gave me access to speak to address my issue even i was quite listening to the end but i was not able to talk and that makes him more angry that i was only trying to say anything. Please take action and choice the officers who can be in touch face to face with people directly and teach them to reply or guide politely.

I came for Travel Report for my TRC (Tax Residence Certificate), and I was served within 5 minutes! I honestly can’t be happier! 🇦🇪 The whole process is smooth, I provided my email address and phone number, paid AED 235, and received the report immediately on my WhatsApp. I stood a bit in disbelief of how fast it was, and asked if that’s it, can I go now? The attentive lady just kindly smiled and said yes.

Front desk man was very rude. They need to be polite and respectful. We are not getting free services. At the same time Amer center there was very helpful and resolved the issue within minutes.
