I had a very pleasant experience at Retaj Medical Clinic. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, accommodating, and respectful, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Special mention Roda, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and caring approach truly reflects the high standards of the clinic. Overall, the service was excellent, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. I highly recommend Retaj Medical Clinic, especially if you are looking for quality care and outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back and recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I have always had great experiences at this clinic. As an expat with old dental work from the US, Dr Maan treated me quickly and with the utmost respect, fixing past mistakes made by other dentists by redoing fillings and crowns and giving me a new root canal. Highly recommended. As for Orthodontics, Dr Ahlam has been my braces Dr, she observed my problems and has been helping me. She fought for approval for my needs through thiqa and is always kind, helpful and professional. She is highly recommended as well and I look forward to seeing my results under her care.

We are new relocants to Abu Dhabi and we found this clinic by Google reviews. I must say, we were impressed both by the cleanliness of the centre and welcoming and helpful staff. On our first week in Abu Dhabi we needed emergency nerve removal for a constant pain that was persistent for days, Dr. Tasenem was very professional in quickly identifying the affected teeth and performing emergency "open and drain" procedure that relieved pain immediately from 2 teeth. She explained everything very clearly, and had a very caring attitude and gentle hand. She also kept in touch the next days for checking if the patient was okay. After that, we had an appointment with Dr. Yaman for root canal treatment on those same teeth. Dr. Tasenem got us an earlier appointment with Dr. Yaman as soon as we said that the tooth with temporary filling started giving discomfort again. He handled the first teeth's root canal on the first day, with a great precision and gentle touch. He also showed x rays and explained everything before doing the work. We still have to complete the treatment with Dr. Yaman but overall, it was a great experience with these two doctors so far. Note that the prices were higher than in other clinics in Abu Dhabi. Go with insurance if you can.

Overall, the services at Retaj Medical are good and the doctor’s behaviour was professional and polite. The consultation experience itself was quite good! However, one thing I really disliked was being instructed to give a 5-star review immediately on the spot. Reviews should reflect a patient’s genuine experience and should be left voluntarily, without pressure. I hope they reconsider this approach because the service quality itself is good and can speak for itself.

I'm so please to have found to be honest the best Dentistry around my area. I love how they treat my children with care and we're not forced or scolded. Kids can be a handful but Dr. AbdulRaheem was so gentle with my daughters. As for myself, a plan was put in place and I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Tasneem for my cavities, which are alot and for my nerve roots with Dr. Yeman. Mashallaah both are heaven sent quick and gentle on all visits. No long waiting times even thought you want to wait because of their free coffee and chocolate machine. Overall, recommending Retaj to everyone who hates the dentist. You won't regret taking a chance on them.
