نصيحتي حق اللي بيحجز هذي الفتره يتاكد منهم اذا فيه اعمال بناء عندهم داخل الفندق لانه لاتوجد عوازل في الغرف وتقريبا من الساعه ٧ الصباح يبدأ ازعاج و التكسير والازعاج جدا جدا قوي.. انا لو خبروني الفندق انه عندهم هذا الازعاج ماحجزت عندهم لانه مو طبيعي. من كثر مافيه عوازل في الغرف حتا برودة الجوا اكثر من الخارج من كثر ما البروده متجمعه داخل الغرف..

الفندق نظظظظيييف جدًا جدًا جدًا والخدمه حلوه والموظفين اسلوبهم راقي ومتعاونين جدًا والأخ الهندي محمد ساعدنا الله يجزاه خير في تسهيل الامور لنا، راح نعتمد هالفندق بإذن الله في كل زياراتنا للكويت

Very bad service. I booked a room through Booking.com, arrived at the hotel, and was refused because the hotel was full. No solution was offered, no apology was given, and I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I had to take a taxi to another hotel at my own expense. I lost both time and money. I do not recommend this place.

الفندق جحيم تجربه سيئه الموضفون عند الكراج يصلحون أشياء والمسامير كل مكان تسبب بشق الكفر للسيارات وايضاً ريحه طبخ مزعجه في دور الثاني وطلبت مكوى طولو جدا عشان يعطوني ياها والمويه تنقطع وترجع والنت جدا سيء والخزان كان يطلع صوت مزززززعج للغايه تجربه لا تعاد

I had the misfortune of booking this hotel on Booking.com and then canceling the room (about 20 days before). They started bombarding me with hundreds and hundreds of useless emails and messages. It wasn't enough to cancel properly, send an email, or file a complaint with customer service on Booking. I still receive hundreds of inappropriate messages a day. INCOMPETENT! Avoid them like the plague!

المدخل الرئيسي للفندق على شارع ضيق ولا يوجد بهو، عدد الكراسي محدود في المدخل، الغرف نظافتها مقبولة و مستوى عزل الصوت مقبول،. الموقع في قوقل ماب اذا كتب باللغة العربية يرسلك لموقع ثاني.

موظف الاستقبال باركاش كان في غاية اللطف والأدب. انه أفضل ما في هذا الفندق، فقد أضاف إليه جمالاً وروعة. شكرًا جزيلاً لك عزيزي. لكن الغرف قديمة الطراز.

I've stayed here for three months since it's close to my workplace, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they've put into making it feel like home. While the rates are a bit higher than renting a private place, the comfort and convenience make it worthwhile

ولا تفكر لو تبي تروش بس ولله فوق ٧ مرات يطفي ويشتغل الكهرب واسلوبهم وكلامهم مو محترم ولا له خلق يخلصك الا السكرتي المصري محترم اما بخصوص الباقي وكل شي اقل من المتوقع

كانت تجربتي حلوه الفندق جميل الموظف مانيسش النيبالي كان تعامله راقي جدا و هو اللي خلاني استاجر و كنت سعيد ومرتاح جدا الله يجزاه خير🫶🏼🙏🏽

الخدمة سيئة وليست فندقية المشاكل التي واجهتني تاخير في استلام الغرفه عند الدخول - يوجد تسريب ماء في دورة المياه على غرفة النوم - مقابض الباب غير جيدة لا تنفتح بسهولة مما سبب الذعر عند اغلاقها - لايوجد استجابة عند طلب خدمة تنظيف الغرف - لايعمل الدش في احد دورات المياة . اتمنى الاهتمام بصيانة الغرف ورضا العميل لان موقع الفندق جيد ومناسب ..

الفندق جميل والغرف جميله بس ما فيه عزل اي صوت تسمعه حتى صوت الأصنصير تسمعه اي احد يمشي تسمعه بس إذا تعمقت في النوم خلاص ما تسمع شي

الصراحة المكان رائع ..الغرف نظيفة..لكن المفاجأة انو الغرف كلها الأسرة للنوم مزدوج ..نتمنى يكون فيه فردي ..أيضا ..ملاحظات ع المدير الي استقبلنا . طريقته ابد غير لائقة ..يعمل نفسه مشغول..ويومين طلبنا تنظيف للجناح ..نرجع نشوف الغرف لم تنظف ما توقعنا منه هالتصرفات مع انو البرج جديد رووووعة والمكان هادئ

A typical 3-star Price vs. value is very good. The room is very small, they even have some rooms for without window 😅 just 4 walls. It’s good for a cheap and quick overnight stay if you have something in the area or your passing by.

Excellent location, old court building turned into a hotel. I was given a room with no window! Is that even legal! Thanks God I needed the room just to sleep otherwise it would have been depressing

This hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean even though in the shower the way the water drains is a little strange to me, but it's nothing to truly nitpick about. You have to know that there is no breakfast, lunch or anything of that kind currently in this hotel, so no room service. The staff do the best that they can though to help you find food around the area, which in my opinion is not the best area because you're far away from a lot of things except for Avenues Mall but if you're looking just for a nice place to lay your head and be comfortable while you sleep, this is the hotel for you. They also have apartments on certain floors that are fully furnished for you to rent out. I think that's pretty cool
