RION - A Boutique Hotel

Our stay at hotel Rion was an absolute treat. The hotel is easy to spot and is situated close to tourist hotspots. The rooms were modern with more amenities than one can ask for. They were clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was very courteous, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations in terms of service and hospitality. The food offered in the hotel's own restaurant was fresh and delicious. We had both breakfast and dinner here and it absolutely made our day to start and end with the food they had served. A special thanks to the owner of the property, who took his time to make acquaintance with us and made special arrangements to make our stay even more memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend everyone to stay here and give them a chance to amaze you with everything the hotel has to offer.

Worst and third-class hotel. Very poor experience from start to finish. Rooms are not properly maintained, cleanliness is below standard, and basic amenities are missing. Staff behavior is unprofessional and unhelpful, and service is extremely slow. The food quality is bad and not worth the price at all. Overall, this hotel does not match what is shown online. Completely disappointed. Not recommended to anyone.

Stayed at Hotel Rion for 2 days and had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were neat and clean, which immediately made the stay comfortable. Service was quick and reliable — whatever we needed was provided without delay. The staff was very humble and polite, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to the owner, who was extremely helpful and made sure guests felt welcomed and taken care of and all of this came at a very reasonable budget, making it great value for money.

I booked 2 rooms for my family, and we had an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly maintained. Our plan included the MAP option, and the breakfast & dinner provided by the hotel was delicious, with well-prepared dishes and outstanding taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is perfect very near to the railway station. Rooms are neat & clean. Hotel feels lavish and very peaceful. Food quality & taste is delicious. Hotel staff is very polite and supportive, especially Rajesh sir. They personally attend thair guest n take reviews.. also they planned a candle light dinner for With roses...we really loved it.. if anyone come udaipur must visit this place..♥️🫶

* Extremely Disappointing Experience Due to Pathetic Service* I recently stayed at this hotel (online booking via make my trip) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the poor and unprofessional service.The hotel lacked even basic amenities — there was no kettle in the room and not even a proper doorbell. For the price charged, this is unacceptable. The room size was extremely small (like a store room) and felt cramped, making the stay uncomfortable. There was hardly any space to move around or keep luggage properly. What made it worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff and owner. They were rude, misbehaving, and arrogant when concerns were raised instead of being helpful or courteous. Overall, not a pleasant experience and not recommended at all. Even if someone gives this hotel for free it's not worth staying.

We had a lovely stay at RION – A Boutique Hotel, Udaipur with my family. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel has a very calm vibe, which makes the stay peaceful and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and all basic amenities well taken care of. We stayed in normal room, so kettle and coffee were not included. The overall hygiene standards were good, which is very important when traveling with family. The food was another highlight..fresh, tasty, and served with care. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to visit major attractions in Udaipur. A special mention to the owner, who is truly kind and down-to-earth. He was always welcoming and supportive, patiently guided us about places to visit and helped us plan a very thoughtful itinerary. He was always ready to help and support us whenever needed, which made us feel comfortable. This personal warmth really made our stay more special. Overall, our experience at RION was smooth and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Udaipur.

Nicely located near most udaipur must visit and popular places. Room was good and spacious with all basic amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. But restaurant breakfast is not upto the mark. First of all it was not available in buffet but it was fixed menu being served on table. Only single fruits available and that too was bitter in taste.

It’s Was An Amazing Hotel Stay It Feels Positive Vibes. The Hospitality Of Hotel Staff And Owner Treatment Was Very Special. The Food Quality And Taste Was Excellent. The Hotel Spot Is Very Good It’s Located Near The Travelling Spots So It Is Very Easy To Visit & Travel The Places. Overall It’s Is Beautiful, Amazing, Excellent & Authentic.

Overall, the room condition was very good and clean, and we were satisfied with the stay for the first day. However, I had initially booked the hotel for one day and later requested to extend my stay for one more day. At that time, the hotel staff increased the room price and insisted on upgrading the room. I clearly mentioned that I did not want a room upgrade, but I was informed that the same room was not available for extension. Because of this situation, my wife and I had to change the hotel at the last moment. This was quite stressful and inconvenient for us, especially as we were on our honeymoon. I hope the hotel management improves flexibility and communication for guests who wish to extend their stay, particularly for special occasions.

Best Place to stay in Udaipur It's situated at very Prime location. Railway Station - 1.5km Bus stand - 500mtr Lake pichola - 2 KM Palace -2 Km Scooty Rental- ONN bikes - 300 M They have spacious Rooms They provide tatsy meals at their own Rooftop resturant.

I booked this hotel online. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel is in city centre located 1 km form city railway station. Bus stand is at walking distance. Staff is also very kind and help and very quick service. Good facilities at affordable rates. Many food options are available nearby. Nataraj dining hall is nearby.
