We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we were truly touched by the wonderful hospitality. We had reserved dinner at the Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately it seemed the reservation had not been communicated properly, and our table was not prepared. That was quite surprising. However, aside from that, everything else was lovely. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the beer juice and snacks by the poolside everything was delicious. I do wish there had been a shower room nearby (perhaps there was one and I simply didn’t notice!), as we ended up walking back to our room feeling quite cold. In any case, the breakfast was excellent. It was my first trip traveling alone with my two children while my husband was away, and the experience gave me a lot of confidence. This is truly thanks to the incredible hotel staff. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. Since it’s only about 30 minutes from our home, we would love to visit again.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore for one night with high expectations for a luxury experience. While there were some positives, overall the stay did not fully meet the standards we expected from a hotel in this category. The breakfast buffet at The Market was actually very good, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant dining experience. The Market restaurant overall was one of the better parts of our stay. However, we felt that the arrival and guest reception experience could have been much better. Welcoming guests and directing them to the front desk did not feel very smooth or attentive, and throughout the stay we did not consistently feel well attended to. We have stayed at other luxury properties such as Leela Palace, banyan tree and in comparison the hospitality and overall warmth here felt quite lacking. The rooftop cocktails were also disappointing for a hotel of this level. Additionally, our experience at Zaaiya, the Indian restaurant, was unfortunately not good. The food quality did not meet expectations, especially considering the premium pricing and reputation of the hotel. Overall, while there were a few good aspects to the stay, particularly the breakfast and The Market restaurant, the overall luxury experience did not feel fully worth the high price we paid.

I recently attended a business event at this venue and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was excellent and perfectly suited for a group of 200, the catering logistics need improvement. The food quality was above average; however, the lunch service was quite chaotic. Having all food stations in a single location—combined with a strict 30-minute time limit—led to heavy crowding and a rushed dining experience. For future events, I’d suggest dispersing the buffet stations to improve flow. Additionally, while breakfast was largely great, the idlis were unfortunately too hard to eat once they cooled slightly.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a one-day visit, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of the standards one expects from a luxury five-star property. One of the most disappointing aspects was the service delivery. Wine that had been clearly committed to be served at 7 PM was only delivered at 3 AM, despite multiple follow-ups and reminders. Such a prolonged delay reflects serious gaps in coordination and attention to guest commitments, which is surprising for a brand known for high service standards. More concerning was the handling of guest privacy. Visitors were allowed entry by the hotel staff, but almost immediately after they reached the room, we began receiving repeated calls from staff alleging noise complaints — despite the fact that no noise was being made at any time. The repeated suggestions to book an additional room felt unnecessary and inappropriate given the situation. The experience became even more uncomfortable when a security guard was stationed directly outside the room and appeared to be monitoring or listening in. This felt like a significant invasion of privacy and created an atmosphere that was neither welcoming nor respectful. For a luxury hotel, discretion and guest comfort should be paramount, and this level of intrusion was highly unexpected. While certain facilities such as the sauna and swimming pool were excellent and well-maintained, they could not compensate for the overall service and privacy concerns. The experience ultimately felt inconsistent with the Ritz-Carlton reputation and closer to what one might expect from a budget stay rather than a premium luxury property. Overall, this was a disappointing stay that did not align with the brand’s promise of exceptional hospitality and guest experience.

Hospitality Done Right This is easily one of the most hospitable hotels you’ll come across. Every single member of the staff carries a genuine smile, is incredibly courteous, and always ready to help — and that consistency is what truly stands out. The breakfast is something you simply shouldn’t miss. It’s an excellent spread, and even if something isn’t available, the team goes out of their way to make it for you. A special mention to Chef Shreyas, who ensured my child was served eggless pancakes despite them not being on the menu. Chef Akhil also deserves a shoutout for personally taking care of us with fresh fruits. Our servers, Jim John and Manoj, were attentive and warm throughout. What really elevates the experience is the attention to detail. A casual mention that my younger one loves hotel key cards — and within minutes, he had a personal card holder. He was even gifted a bag for the stay. These small gestures make all the difference. Special thanks to Ms. Mamta Yadav (Room Manager), Mr. Sandeep, and Mr. Rajnish from housekeeping for ensuring everything was seamless. It’s the little things done right that make this feel truly like a home away from home. Will definitely be back.

Another lifetime experience that lasts in the memories. This was our anniversary stay and it was so well done and planned by them that again they gave us an upgrade and this time to a suite room and made our stay worthwhile. From the dinner at yan yan to the breakfast at the market the whole food experience was top notch and their hospitality was so good that i still have those beautiful memories. Thank you Ritz Carlton and the lovely team who made it so good.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They take care to get to know you. The service is beyond five star. The food is fantastic, such variety and chef is fun and always wanting to cook for you to show local food. We have felt so looked after and spoilt. Will remember our stay forever. Very special. The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore remains one of the city's landmark addresses, and for good reason. From the moment you arrive, the warmth and attentiveness of the team sets the tone — the staff here are genuinely hospitable, not just professionally so, and that personal touch makes a real difference. The food was a highlight. Whether at the all-day dining or beyond, the kitchen delivers with consistency and care — flavourful, well-presented and clearly prepared with some pride. Service throughout meals was equally attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The property is showing a little age in places and would benefit from some thoughtful renovation to bring it fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton standard one expects globally. One hopes that investment is on the horizon. On that note — and this is very much a side note — some fairly disruptive construction work was underway during our visit, with drilling and pressure hammering audible even during meal service in the restaurant. Understandable perhaps, given that renovations are clearly needed, but timing this work outside of dining hours would be a small but meaningful courtesy to guests. All in all, a stay that reminded us why the Ritz-Carlton name still carries weight — a great team, good food, and a property with real character. We look forward to returning once the facelift is complete.

Mi experiencia en el Ritz carlton de bangalore fue excepcional. Las instalaciones son preciosas y el servicio que dan es de la mas alta calidad. Mencionar que mr.Punjab y su equipo hacen un trabajo fabuloso. En mi caso la aerolinea entregó mi maleta con retraso y mr.punjab y su equipo se ocuparon de recogerlo en el aeropuerto y entregármelo cuanto antes, muy agradecido a su trato cercano asegurando la satisfacción del cliente. Muchas gracias, sin duda la próxima vez que vuelva a bangalore me hospedaré en el Ritz Carlton.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru. The staff truly stands out – warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile, which made the experience feel special. The hotel’s location in the city center is unbeatable, giving easy access to everything in Bengaluru. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. Breakfast had an excellent spread with something for everyone, and the quality was top-notch. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool – it’s on the smaller side and has a slightly unusual design. Overall though, this is a fantastic hotel that delivers on luxury and hospitality in every way.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet at The Market; there were so many options to try, and the quality was top-notch. The ambience throughout the hotel is very sophisticated and adds to the overall luxury experience.

Stayed here for a weekend . Fantastic rooms , great ambience and a very pleasant stay. The staff specially Sarabjit and Mamta made our stay super comfortable going over and above. The kids activities - pizza making and treasure hunt as well as the ritz tent in the room made it memorable for kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Stayed here for business trip the week of Ugadi. As part of the club lounge floor, it made things real smooth with my meetings and getting a bite etc and meeting business partners on the 15th floor. I travel frequently to Bengaluru frequently on work and have to say Ritz is my new favorite as compared to ITC Gardenia or JW. Tried zarqash which was fantastic and of course the market.

I stayed for a week & it was fantastic.As it was my birthday the whole hotel welcomed me with flowers,wishes & huge bouquet of roses.Starting from doorman to reaching my room,they made me so welcome.I felt as if I was in a dream.Their special cake,all over rose petals on the dining table with a fabulous dinner arranged. Absolutely unacceptable experience at The Ritz-Carlton. We woke up to find our room completely flooded due to a major plumbing failure. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a serious incident that should have triggered immediate and decisive action from management. Instead, the response was disgraceful. Despite clear room availability, we were NOT offered a room change. We were forced to leave the room for two hours so they could “fix” the issue, only to be put back into the SAME room afterwards. To make matters worse, the problems were NOT even resolved. The shower was still malfunctioning despite multiple complaints. This is beyond unacceptable for a brand that claims the standards of The Ritz-Carlton. We paid a premium price expecting premium service. What we received was negligence, poor management, and a complete lack of customer care. It honestly feels like cost-cutting was prioritized over guest comfort. The last two days of our stay were completely ruined. This was a business trip, and instead of focusing on our work, we had to deal with this ongoing frustration. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, this is simply shameful.
