We stayed here for a weekend a few weeks ago, and I’ve been meaning to share my experience ever since. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. What truly made the experience special was how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout the resort. A few team members stood out in particular. Lance, from the pool area, was incredibly attentive and helped make our pool experience exceptional. Ivan, who assisted us at breakfast, was also fantastic. He was warm, friendly, attentive to everyone at our table, and even went the extra mile to make my coffee just the way I liked it. I’d also like to recognize the wonderful staff member at the kids’ club, although unfortunately I can’t remember her name. What stood out most was that we arrived a little before opening time, and instead of turning us away, she warmly welcomed us in. I’ve had the opposite experience elsewhere, so her kindness and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The food was excellent, and we were very impressed with the quality and variety. My only suggestion would be to offer more options for children’s meals, especially since the dining was à la carte. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

While we are still relaxing by the pool and enjoying every moment of our stay, we felt it was the perfect time to share how truly wonderful our experience at this hotel has been. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We are incredibly grateful to every single person working at the hotel for creating such a warm, relaxing, and positive atmosphere that makes guests feel completely at home. Our room has everything we could possibly need, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful welcome treats — the fresh fruit and delicious cakes were such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that immediately made our arrival feel special. The pools are spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We especially appreciate how many activities and entertainment options there are for children, which makes this hotel an amazing choice for families. One of the most creative and heartwarming ideas was the stamp collecting activity across the different hotel facilities. Our child absolutely loves collecting stamps from the various locations and was so excited about the reward at the end. It is such a thoughtful way to make children feel engaged and included, and it creates beautiful memories for the whole family. We have also completely fallen in love with our little terrace, where we spend peaceful mornings enjoying our first coffee of the day. Those quiet moments, combined with the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere, have honestly become one of our favorite parts of this vacation. Everything here feels carefully designed to make guests feel happy, relaxed, and special. The attention to detail, kindness of the staff, cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere truly deserve the highest praise. Thank you once again to the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We are genuinely enjoying every second here and already know that these will be memories we will talk about for a very long time.

Lovely hotel. Went for afternoon tea. Lovely service and food options. My friend is a vegetarian and they had great options for her. Most places don't have great vegetarian optins in afternoon teas so we were really happy with these. The teas were delicious! Nice ambience. Would highly recommend.

We had afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge and had such a lovely experience. A special thank you to Simran, who was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Her attention to our preferences and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The service felt warm, personal, and sincere, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. Great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai. Service is the strongest part — the team is genuinely flexible and actually listens. That makes a real difference. The hotel itself leans towards classic luxury — calm, spacious, predictable in a good way. If you’re looking for a relaxed resort vibe, it delivers. At the same time, I recently stayed at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, which feels more modern and intentional — like every detail is designed to shape a certain mood. Ritz is different: more traditional, less focused on making a design statement. One thing I would improve: the corridors could benefit from a more refined scent. On my floor it felt a bit flat, slightly dated. A stronger signature fragrance would elevate the overall experience quite a bit. For me personally, lounge access is one of the key parts of the Bonvoy experience. I understand it’s currently unavailable, but it does remove a noticeable part of the premium feel. Overall — a very solid stay, mainly because of the service.

From the second we walked in, the staff were on another level - fast, warm, and somehow always one step ahead of whatever we needed. Add in the great variety of food, beach, pools, and the balcony views. Truly remarkable.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the years, the first time being almost 10 years ago. The service is what sets this place apart. It benefits from being one of the smaller hotels in the area - and in Dubai in general - which allows greater attention to detail for guests’ preferences. Small touches such as the staff remembering your coffee preference in the morning, to automatically providing extra water in the room after only asking once on the first night. The staff are the property’s greatest asset, always on hand to assist with a smile. My stay a few months ago was the first one in a couple of years and I was happy to find some familiar faces. The rooms are large, well laid-out and above all comfortable. They are starting to show their age on the edges, but they are still up to modern standards and comforts. I hear a renovation is going ahead fairly soon. One of my favourite places to fully relax, as everything is taken care of for you. I look forward to many more pleasant stays in the future.

Hotel is fabulous and I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff who did everything to make us comfortable. We were there during the crisis and if ever you wanted to rely on the people around you, then I can’t thank the hotel staff enough for their real help, empathy and understanding. They went above and beyond for their care and help for hotel guests. I hope people return here as it’s a fabulous hotel and there is something to say about being on a low rise building especially as missiles are flying around. I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is the definition of luxury. The elegant interiors, beautifully maintained grounds, and prime beachfront location create a peaceful yet exclusive atmosphere. Every space reflects high standards and refined taste. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

This is the second time in the last few months that I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is superb and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room cleaning team were excellent (sorry but I didn’t get names to mention here). I visited the gym during my stay and would like to thank Pratibha, Sudesh and Palitha for being so welcoming. The gym is very well equipped with a good range of equipment. Hopefully it won’t be too long before I am back!

Honestly, it’s the first time I feel truly inspired to write about such a wonderful evening. I spent an unforgettable night at Sorso, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and it was simply magical. The place is stunning cozy, beautifully decorated, and with impeccable service. A special mention to the talented singers from the U.S. what an incredible show! The music, the energy, the atmosphere… everything was pure perfection. And of course, the dinner and cocktails were absolutely delicious. A 10 out of 10 experience in every way elegance, warmth, and unforgettable vibes.

Honestly the staff covered for whatever lacked in the hotel. From the valet staff (aleem or asseem... I'm so sorry I genuinely don't remember the name) all the way to the check in staff and restaurant staff, all have been incredibly helpful and nice. Now when it comes to the hotel it is a but outdated... shows it's age honestly compared to the more modern hotels however the amenities are amazing regardless. My biggest issue was the god forsaken traffic leading to the spot. My god it was a nightmare, but it is worth keeping in mind that there are multiple diversions and blocked off roads due to construction hence the more than usual traffic. Honestly great stay but can come down in price if you were to pay the original price mentioned on the website.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding our experience at your hotel today (Sunday). My family and I live in Dubai and for many years we have made it a tradition to spend our Sundays enjoying beach days at various hotels across the city. Unfortunately, today at your property was without question the worst hotel experience we have ever had in Dubai. We were a group of 7 adults and 5 children, expecting the level of service and hospitality that a hotel of your reputation claims to provide. Instead, what we experienced was shocking. First of all, the hotel was practically empty. There could not have been more than 20 guests in the entire property, which makes the service we received even more unacceptable. At the restaurant, the food quality was very poor. Even more surprising, there were no simple options for children such as pizza or pasta, which is something almost every hotel in Dubai offers. When we moved to our beach loungers, the service became even worse. There was absolutely no attention from the staff. We ordered one Hugo, one Appletiser, and one iced latte. These drinks arrived after 25 minutes despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Later, we ordered one more Hugo and one latte, and again we had to wait another 20 minutes for just two drinks. The most shocking part of the experience was that during the 4–5 hours we spent at the beach, not a single waiter came to check on us, offer water, or ask if we needed anything. This is basic hospitality and service that any beach club or hotel should provide, especially one carrying the Ritz-Carlton name. To be honest, it felt like we were completely ignored. The service level today was unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a hotel of your supposed standard.

Stunning views and high-energy vibes! 🌊✨ Had an incredible day pass experience at this gem! The location is unbeatable—the beach is pristine, and I loved how the atmosphere shifted to match whatever mood we were in. While the scenery was a 10/10, the service was a bit of a slow burn and lacked that 'proactive' touch. That said, the overall 'win' of the visit means we’ll definitely be back for round two!
