The Ritz-Carlton, Baku

Truly the most amazing hotel experience we have ever had! As we walked in the lobby is beautiful with the most beautiful modern piano and staircases. They double upgraded us as Marriot members to an apartment with 2 bathrooms, a huge living room, huge bedroom and such a nice kitchen! They have beautiful kitchen dining table and work desk! The apartment is huge with view of Baku, modern technology such as curtain opener and as a 2022 hotel everything brand new and top top quality! They have a selection of pillows for bed which are amazing! The room service is incredible as it is truly fancy amazing food brought to your room and placed on apartment table. It made it feel as if you were out for dinner but in apartment. Amenities are amazing as well. This suite which is so huge with living area, kitchen and two beds and such high ceilings blow you away! Cannot recommend hotel enough! We picked it due to it having best reviews in city and it somehow surpassed them!!!

Although I did not stay overnight, I spent time at The Ritz-Carlton Baku for meetings and events, and the experience fully reflects the brand’s reputation. The hotel makes a strong first impression. The lobby is spacious, elegant and calm, with a refined contemporary design that feels luxurious without being overwhelming. Staff are attentive, professional and discreet — exactly what one expects from a Ritz-Carlton property. The meeting and event spaces are particularly impressive: well organised, technologically equipped and supported by a highly professional team. Service throughout the visit was smooth and efficient, with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Food and beverage quality was excellent, both in presentation and taste, and the atmosphere in the public areas feels sophisticated yet comfortable. Even without staying in the rooms, the hotel clearly positions itself as one of the top luxury venues in Baku for business meetings, events and dining. A strong addition to the city’s hospitality scene.

Dirty rooms ignorant staff! Design – 5, location – 2, service – 2, breakfast – 3+, housekeeping – 1!! So, the positives: • Great design, well-thought-out and spacious rooms, some with balconies and windows that open (other rooms don’t open — if that matters, be sure to check; they won’t tell you). • À la carte breakfast. There’s a shuttle to the city. • Separate adults-only pool. • Decent gym. Cons: • Housekeeping and service! The room had dust; we told reception repeatedly and they promised to clean — dust still rolled on the floor. No one cares that the guest is asthmatic; they lie to your face. • Awkward access: it takes 6 minutes just to reach the surrounding interchange. Keep that in mind when choosing. You can’t walk anywhere, but we knew that in advance. • Service is not at Ritz-Carlton level; staff at other hotels in the chain were much friendlier. There appears to be a butler, but he doesn’t answer messages and did nothing. Local guests are treated better. • Menu breakfasts are fine once, but there’s nothing to eat for multiple days; the buffet offers only sweet items and you won’t find protein options. Eggs Benedict is available, so that’s a plus. • We learned about the shuttle from reviews; otherwise they seem reluctant to run it. Staff won’t tell you about available services. • Housekeeping barges into rooms with their key without knocking or invitation. With this level of maintenance, the rooms will soon fall into disrepair. Overall the hotel is okay — a standard five-star, but not a Ritz. Definitely won’t return.

Absolutely outstanding experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with elegance and care. A heartfelt thank you to Nigar and Uzeyir their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to every detail made our visit truly exceptional. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that we felt like special guests. The food was exquisite, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. Combined with the cozy yet stylish ambiance, it made for a perfect dining experience. Without a doubt, one of the best places we have visited. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton with my family for a week now, the hotel is amazing and the service is wonderful, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help immediately, moreover the hospitality was amazing. The service at tribeca was wonderful, Yegana was extremely friendly and kind, she made sure everything was fine. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and have a good time in Baku.

Had an amazing dinner today at the Ritz Carlton Baku. The service provided by the staff was very warm and attentive. Special thanks to Ismikhan and Yegana for the wonderful welcome. The food was great, the pasta was cooked al dente and the bolognese sauce was wonderful. In general I recommend it a lot.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Baku. We booked four rooms, and two were upgraded, which we truly appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were always spotless. A special thank you for the late checkout until 5 PM for one room and the beautiful birthday surprise for my son a cake and a small tent in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Uno splendido hotel in Baku, il personale ed il sevizio è stato eccellente, molto cordiale e gentile. Yegana ci ha assistito in maniera eccellente e Shikar e stato molto gentile e premuroso. It’s definitely one of the best hotels worldwide: the staff are exceptionally attentive, the cleanliness and service are immaculate, the spa department has excellent specialists. The breakfast is fantastic as well. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it for a relaxing spa break or an extended stay!

Ancak yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşılabilecek bir mesafede. --- EN The hotel and its staff are absolutely exceptional! You won’t encounter even the slightest problem during your stay. I stayed here last year and had the chance to come back again this year. When available, they kindly offer complimentary room upgrades for guest satisfaction — though the standard rooms themselves are already more than enough: spotless and very comfortable. Their service approach is truly premium. The restaurant is simply outstanding — a genuine fine dining experience. Breakfast is amazing, and the French toast might honestly be the best I’ve ever had in my life. My last stay happened to be on my birthday, and they made me feel completely at home. They surprised me with a cake and balloons in my room — such a thoughtful gesture! Among all the hotels I’ve experienced in Baku and around the world, this one stands out as the best by far. My sincere congratulations to the entire team. The only reason I rated the location four stars is because it’s about 1 km from the start of the city center. However, it’s still easily reachable on foot.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté impeccable des chambres, le confort du lit, et surtout l’attention du personnel, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. L’ambiance est calme, élégante et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec des produits frais. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % — j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a great time. The hotel is well maintained, and the customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the room; however, the hotel manager, Yana, took care of it promptly and resolved the problem. The rooms were clean and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. There was live music and a tea ceremony every day at 7 p.m., which was wonderful. Zarina and Afsaneh, who served tea in the lobby, were very friendly. The front desk staff—Hasan, Akbar, Sahil, and Amar, were also very welcoming. Abdullah, another front desk staff member, was especially kind and even gave us a gift to take home. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back whenever we visit Baku.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Baku was thoroughly enjoyable. The service throughout was impeccable, with staff attentive yet discreet. The room was immaculately presented, offering both comfort and elegance. The leisure facilities, particularly the pool and fitness center, are first-class — spacious, well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The only limitation is the location, which sits slightly apart from the city’s main attractions, making transport a necessity. Overall, an excellent hotel that delivers on luxury, comfort, and service.

Loundry is very expensive in the hotel. Cleanliness is excellentttt. I don't like spot lights unfortunately. I like especially tribrca restaurant service and food quality and taste. Tribeca's staff is very friendly. Mr. Kanan, Ms. Yegana, Mr. Nurlan Waiter are really kind and friendly. They are perfect!!!
