Rixos Bab Al Bahr

این هتل در کنار محاسن و خوبی هایی که داره، بدی هایی هم داره که اصلا قابل چشم پوشی نیست. ۵ روز در این هتل اقامت داشتم و اگه از خوبی ها بخواهم بگم این است که غذاها کیفیت خوب و عالی داشتند و کاملا باب میل ما بود. آب استخرها تمیز بود. ساحل زیبایی داشت و از همه مهمتر برنامه های شبانه و تفریحی عالی داشت. محوطه بسیار بزرگی داشت با استخرهای خوب. نبود یک پارک آبی با سرسره های جذاب کاملا مشهود بود‌. تنها سرسره های موجود، خیلی کوچک و برای بچه ها بود.  ارائه خدمات خانه داری هم در حد بسیار پایینی بود. مثلا از لحظه اول که رفتیم و اتاق رو تحویل گرفتیم متوجه شدیم راه آب حمام خراب است و آب تخلیه نمی شود. طی دو روز پنج بار تماس گرفتیم ولی تنها یک بار آمدند و تلمبه زدند و هیچ فایده ای هم نداشت و باعث کثیف و آلودگی توالت و حمام شد و بدون اینکه تمیز کنند رفتند. به صورت عصبانی برای بار آخر به میز پذیرش هتل رفتیم و شکایت کردیم و درخواست تعویض اتاق رو دادیم که بلاخره بعد دو روز اذیت شدن ما، مجبور شدند یکی رو بفرستند تا کاملا درستش کند. اتاق، تزئینات و وسایل آن خیلی کوچک و قدیمی است. قسمت کابین دوش حمام به شدت کثیف، کوچک و آلوده بود و به زور یک نفر جا میشد و از همه بدتر روز آخر بود. طبق روال معمول ساعت ۱۲ ظهر اتاق را تحویل دادیم و چون پرواز ما ساعت ۸ شب از دبی بود مجبور بودیم یکی دو ساعتی در هتل بمانیم. ناهار را که طبیعتا نمی‌توانستیم در رستوران هتل بخوریم. به خاطر گرمی هوا و تشنگی به بار بیرون رفتم و درخواست یک لیوان آب هندوانه دادم که با برخورد زشت و زننده کارمند آنجا روبرو شدم، تا دید یک ساک به همراهم است پرسید اتاق را تحویل دادید. گفتم بله و بعد گفت دیگه من نمی‌توانم به شما چیزی بدهم و پشتش رو کرد و رفت. در مجموع باید بگم به نظرم این هتل با این سطح خدمات، تنها ارزش سه ستاره را داره و نه بیشتر. به نظرم هتل بسیار بزرگ و وسیع است و نیاز به مدیریت قوی در تمامی بخش ها دارد. متأسفانه مشخصه کاملا رها و بدون نظارت، پرسنل مشغول کار هستند. مثلا درباره گرفتگی لوله تخلیه آب حمام، باید همان با تلفن اول رفع عیب می‌شد و اگر نمی توانستند درست کنند می بایست اتاق جایگزین به ما می دادند. بعد دو روز که بلاخره رفع شد هیچ عذرخواهی هم نکردند.

هتل بسیار خوبیه غذاش خیلی خوب بود از نظر کیفیت امکانات استخرش عالی بود و امکانات و تفریحات یرای بچه ها خیلی خوب برخورد پذیرش هم خوب بود آقای احمد در پذیرش عالی بود

هتل بسیار تمیز و مرتب و‌خوبی هست پرسینل بیسبار عالی و معدنی داره

به جز اینکه هتل گرانی است واقعا هتل خوبیه ... نکته مثبا این هتل غذا و نوشیدنی های بسیار با کیفیت است

همه چیز عالی بود پر از برنامه های شاد و سرگرمی ، کارمندان با ادب بخصوص روم سرویس با تشکر ویژه از آقای آسیف

Our stay at the rooms were very comfortable while the room service was exceptional. The only disappointment was, we reach at 7:30pm on 13th and therefore missed our lunch, on the following day we didn't have our lunch again and on Sunday 15th while checking out we skipped breakfast and request the front desk to allow us to have lunch but the refused.... having skipped 2 lunches and 1 breakfast they could have considered as they have records... its just 1 meal..... we were very hungry and had a ling drive back.... this very disappoining.... they could have considered as it was just 2 paxs and wouldn't make a difference.... its sad...

Outstanding Stay – Perfect in Every Way! We had an amazing experience at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, Ras Al Khaimah! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. The buffet was excellent with a huge variety of delicious food options, and the quality was outstanding. The service was top-notch — the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The entertainment programs were lively and enjoyable, creating a great atmosphere both during the day and at night. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pools were fantastic, and the water was very clean. Reception staff were professional and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We also celebrated Valentine’s Day there, and it was beautifully organized — such a special and memorable experience. Highly recommended for families and couples. We truly loved everything and will definitely visit again! 🌟

I flew to Dubai to meet my family, and there were ten of us in total. This hotel proved to be the perfect choice. The children thoroughly enjoyed the kids’ club activities, and the evening entertainment was of an exceptionally high standard. The hotel staff were truly outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. From the bar staff and buffet team to the restaurant servers and front desk, every single employee was exceptional. They made each of us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

Ihad a wonderful experience at Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah. The room service was excellent – very quick, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was amazing with a wide variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurants had great service and a pleasant atmosphere. The swimming pool area was very clean and relaxing. It was perfect for enjoying time with family. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel left us with mixed feelings. The biggest advantage of the property was definitely the three heated swimming pools – clean, well-maintained, and available throughout the day. The family entertainment program was also a major highlight. The activities were varied and engaging for both children and adults, allowing everyone to find something enjoyable and have a great time. Unfortunately, this is where the positives largely end. The rooms were not clean enough – it was clear that housekeeping was not thorough, which significantly reduced our overall comfort. However, the biggest downside was the cleanliness in the restaurant area. The tables, especially during dinner, were dirty and often not properly cleaned between guests. It seemed like there was a lack of hygiene control during peak hours. We traveled as two families of three people each, and unfortunately, all of us came down with a stomach illness. One evening, we saw four children vomiting in the common hotel areas. We also spoke with several other families, and each of them confirmed that someone in their family was experiencing similar symptoms. This raises serious concerns about hygiene standards, particularly in the dining area. In summary, the hotel has great potential and excellent recreational facilities, but the cleanliness issues—especially in the restaurant—require urgent improvement. In its current state, it would be difficult for us to consider staying there again.

My wife and my son booked two nights. And paid usd800 per night. Extremely disappointed. This is all inclusive resort but quality of food was average. So we could not eat much. Food is not bad but it is not at 800usd per night level. I would pay same in dubai and get 5 times better hotel experience. The only good thing was our room. We liked it as we choose family room with kid section. Also, hotel needs a renovation. Elevators are small and old. Overall, facilities are clean but just old. See if per night was 350 usd, I would not complain however since you charge top money, I deserve the top

We stayed here for 11 nights and enjoyed it hugely. Although the hotel is quite isolated there are loads of activities and fab entertainment throughout the day and evening. The buffet restaurant is lovely with loads of food for every taste. We didn’t bother to book the al a carte restaurants as we were happy with the buffet. One waiter called Bright was particularly attentive but all of the staff were amazing. Our room was cleaned daily and was immaculate, and I was even treated to a lovely display and cake in my room for my 50th birthday which was so kind. The hotel provides buses free of charge to various locations, we went to Dubai mall but it was just overwhelming as it was so big. The aquarium was amazing though. All in all I’d recommend this hotel if you want to try Dubai but don’t want to be in the midst of everything and have a more chilled experience.

Rixos Bab Al Bahar was a wonderful hotel with the politest, friendliest, and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The buffet food selection was excellent, especially the curry section. While the indoor dining area was a bit canteenish, the outside dining area was lovely. The only slight downside was the degree of difficulty in trying to book one of the several restaurants for 9 people (our party) from 3 different rooms to dine at the same time. The system needs changing. The beach was superb with more sunbeds and umbrellas than guests, making it very peaceful. The bar over the restaurants facing the secondary entertainment stage was always relatively quiet and a lovely place to enjoy and drink before or after dinner. All in all, a great holiday, and I would love to return.

The Ultra All-Inclusive package is definitely the way to go—you can truly enjoy everything without any limitations. What made the experience even more special was how much our kids loved it. There were so many activities and events designed for children that they were constantly engaged and excited. In fact, there was so much to do that we genuinely felt we didn’t have enough time to explore and enjoy each facility more than once! A special mention to the beautifully organized Valentine’s Day events—they added a magical touch to our stay and made the occasion truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for families looking for a fun-filled and luxurious escape. We will definitely be coming back!
