From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to perfection. The hotel exudes elegance, with immaculate interiors, beautifully appointed rooms, and an atmosphere that strikes the ideal balance between grandeur and warmth. Service was truly exceptional — attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead. Every request was handled with grace and efficiency, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. The dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. Each meal was a culinary journey, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, creative presentations, and flavors that left a lasting impression. Whether breakfast or dinner, the kitchen delivered consistently brilliant results. The amenities were world-class — from the pristine pool and state-of-the-art fitness center to the luxurious spa treatments that melted every ounce of stress away. Everything was impeccably maintained and readily available. A very special mention goes to Romaissa at the reception, who went above and beyond from the very first smile. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our comfort made an already wonderful stay truly memorable. She is an absolute asset to this property — the kind of person who turns a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely return, and we recommend this hotel without any hesitation to anyone seeking a truly exceptional luxury experience.

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites was truly memorable, and first of all I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Mehul for managing our reservation professionally and making everything smooth from the beginning. A special thanks as well to the amazing front office team, especially Mrs. Romaisaa, who genuinely tried her best to make us happy during the entire stay. Honestly, every single employee inside the resort was welcoming, smiling, and always willing to help with the best level of service. I would also like to thank all the chefs who supported us during our stay, especially because we have two children with food allergies. The chefs were always careful and professional in preparing special meals with different ingredients to avoid any medical issues for our kids, and we truly appreciated their care and attention. Now for the feedback which I believe can help improve the resort experience even more: The most important point is the activities for teenagers. Compared to many other resorts, there is a big opportunity for improvement in this area. Teenagers between the ages of 10–14 need more entertainment options such as a dedicated gaming area with PlayStation or arcade games, more age-appropriate activities, or even a small outdoor water play area designed for them. I have two children aged 12 and 14, and unfortunately they did not find enough activities to truly enjoy their time, which would make us think twice before returning again. Also, regarding the kids club, my 5-year-old daughter personally felt that it was “too boring” and not very entertaining. Since Rixos is part of such a large hospitality group, I believe it would be great to introduce more creative and engaging activities suitable for different age groups. Another important point is the pastry and desserts in the main restaurant. With all respect, the sweets selection was below expectations in terms of taste and quality, and I believe this area also needs improvement. Overall, despite these points, the hospitality, service, and care from the staff were excellent, and we truly appreciate all the effort from everyone in the resort.

We had a fantastic meal, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was Rupa’s service. I’ve stayed in over 10 hotels in Dubai, and I can honestly say she is the best waitress I’ve ever encountered. Her knowledge of the menu, guidance on food and drinks, and attention to detail were exceptional. She anticipated everything before we even had to ask, made perfect recommendations, and ensured our drinks were never empty. The service felt genuinely warm, professional, and effortless — not forced or scripted. Rupa elevated a great meal into an outstanding experience. Her level of care, confidence, and hospitality is exactly what luxury service should feel like. You simply can’t beat it. Rixos is very lucky to have her — she’s an absolute credit to the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Rixos The Palm. Everything about the experience was wonderful, from the beautiful rooms to the outstanding customer service. The rooms are truly next level, and the staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The hotel is very kids-friendly, and my children had the best time. The team works so hard to make the stay unforgettable, and it really shows in every detail. Overall, Rixos The Palm is one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway.

Wir sind das erste Mal als Familie in einem Familienressort und wollten eine All Inclusive Option. Das Rixos the Palm hat unsere Erwartungen dabei noch deutlich übertroffen. Die Optionen für die Kinder, aber auch für die Erwachsenen sind extrem vielfältig. Der Service ist extrem unaufdringlich und persönlich. Insbesondere möchten wir hervorheben unseren exzellenten Zimmerservice-Mitarbeiter Davinder so wie das Restaurant Turquoise, insbesondere Anudi, Tracy Daniella, Zhun und Shafquat. Durch diese wurde jedes Essen bei der schon extrem hohen Qualität noch viel angenehmer und wir danken Ihnen allen herzlich. Ebenso haben Khem und seine Kollegen von der breeze bar durch ihren exzellenten Service geglänzt. Weiterhin gibt es für Erwachsene ein vierseitiges Sportprogramm Outdoor und ein exzellent ausgestattet genanntes Indoor Gym sowie einen hervorragenden Spa Bereich. Die Essensverpflegung ist quasi rund um die Uhr auf höchstem Niveau. Wir bekamen wir während unseres Aufenthalts noch ein Upgrade und werden sicher wiederkommen. Noch eine Idee : das zur Verfügung stellen eines Windel – Paketes wäre das Nonplusultra. Eltern könnten viel Gepäck sparen und würden sicherlich auch etwas mehr Geld dafür ausgeben wollen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter, überall wird man mit purer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft empfangen. Die Bar mit dem top Service ist wirklich ein Highlight 👍 Auch die 3 Restaurants und die Rezeption waren super. Grundsätzlich wurden wir wirklich immer perfekt bedient. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut organisiert. Das Meer und der Pool sind toll und man bekommt immer einen Platz. Die Lifeguard-Präsenz habe ich so noch nie erlebt 👍 👌 👍 Die Zimmer selbst oder die Terassentüre sollten einmal etwas überholt werden:) aber ansonsten ein Traumurlaub.

I visited Rixos The Palm with my family this weekend for a three-night staycation, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations — especially given the hotel’s reputation and price point. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt flat. The reception team was not warm or attentive, which immediately set a disappointing tone. As we were staying three nights rather than four, we were told we weren’t entitled to restaurant access — a policy that felt unwelcoming. To make matters worse, one of the main buffets was closed for renovation, something we were never informed of prior to arrival. The replacement buffet was smaller and, honestly, the food quality didn’t come close to what you’d expect at a hotel of this standing — particularly in Dubai, where the bar has been set so high by properties like the 25Hours Hotel and Mina Al Salam, both of which genuinely impressed us recently with their warmth. Rixos is known for its all-inclusive resort experience — the activities, kids’ club, food, and atmosphere are meant to be the draw. On this visit, all of those things let us down. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve.

My third visit, the Hotel presents the Ultra all inclusive advantage!! Delicious food! Clean and hygiene facilities! Spacious rooms! Only encountered some issues with service, staff either demotivated or not happy to work, not smiling and avoiding eye contact. This must changes, apart from this all was excellent!! Love Rixos and will definitely go again and again

I had an amazing experience at Rixos! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything from the facilities to the food was top quality. The staff truly made the difference, especially Yoon, who was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She provided amazing service, was incredibly attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Her friendly personality and professionalism really stood out. I would definitely return and highly recommend Rixos to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Wir waren im Rixos Anfang Februar und waren durchweg positiv überrascht. Das Essensangebot ist vielfältig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auf Allergien(Hausstaub,diverse Essensallergien) wird Rücksicht genommen. Besonders die Service Mitarbeiter am Strand( Witidanama speziell hoffe sein Name ist richtig) sind sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und jeden Cent wert den es kostet. Ich kann nicht ausschließen das dieses Hotel mich nochmal wiedersieht. Sehr zufrieden 👍

Just wanted to say what a wonderful place this is!! Second time visiting with the family and we want to come back again as such a beautiful place. Special mentions to the fabulous team at Breeze bar. Lovely Wilson and his fantastic team could not do enough for us. Wilson really does care about excellent customer service and we couldn’t ask for any more. Janaka makes the best juices and coffee - he always served us with a wonderful smile which we really appreciated each day. Jithu was also so sweet and kind to my family. Nothing was too much trouble and he too is such a credit to Wilson’s team! Thank you for making this the best holiday experience ever. My family and I really do appreciate you all!!

We had a wonderful week of vacation at Rixos. The service we experienced was great, from our cleaner Abdullah, to the lobby area personnel, like Meelim, and especially the waiters at the different restaurants. Two of those restaurant staff, Suvan and Suraj from the A La Turca, made our stay perfect. They went over all our expectations to make sure our visits were enjoyable and memorable. Thank you both! The location has fantastic views over Dubai Marina and to Dubai downtown, and is quiet, as it is in the end on the East Cresent.

Stayed at Rixos for 5 nights. Lovely hotel we had a 2 bedroom suite that was massive. My only issue with the room it’s needs brighter lights as it was hard to do make up in the bathroom. Rixos is all inclusive food was lovely such a great variety of food for everyone. The staff are so helpful have to say a big thank you to Khem who looked after us well. The beach area is very spacious and lots of loungers and clean. The one thing I would say about this hotel is that’s it’s at the end of the palm so sometimes it was hard to get cabs, we either used the hotel car or used Uber. I would recommended this hotel for any that’s have children under the age of 12 years old it’s had an excellent kids club and a great water play area.

Lovely meal at the Italian. Moses was a great host and made a lovely effort with our son, even getting him a 2nd main course after him not eatting his first choice. The food was amazing and Moses recommended a brilliant wine to go along with our meal. Definitely a highlight of our holiday.

Perfekt war auch das L‘Olivo Restaurant mit Rupa, alle sehr nett! Nach vielen Urlauben in der Türkei wollten wir als Vergleich ein All Inclusive Hotel in Dubai besuchen. Kein Vergleich möglich- vom Empfang über die ganzen Servicemitarbeiter eine reine Wohlfühloase! Die Bedienung im Hotel oder am Strand. Der Schirm wird aufgespannt, alle 10 Min wird gefragt ob es noch ein Getränk sein kann! Alles in allem der Urlaub bei den man sich erholen kann!!
