My stay at the Rixos Hotel was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is luxurious yet welcoming, and every member of staff made us feel valued and cared for. The food deserves special praise—it was exceptional. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience consistently exceeded our expectations. I would also like to give a special thank you to Sohaib at reception. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. His warm welcome, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, and his excellent service is one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable. A huge thank you to Sohaib and the entire Rixos team for an unforgettable holiday. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, der Service aufmerksam und die Atmosphäre wirklich einzigartig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Reinigungskraft Ye Lin. Er war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich sauber – wir waren selten in einem Hotel, das einen derart hohen Reinigungsstandard bietet und bei dem wirklich jedes Detail so gepflegt und ordentlich war. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ganz besonders an Ye Lin für den tollen Service. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We booked room 517 and 519 and everything was amazing. Check in was excellent by muhamadsodik from reception tram. Concierge was also very helpful. Elizabeth from reception was also helpful. Ravi gave us late check out and was amazing too. Overall stay was excellent and we loved it. We will return back soon. Thank you to reception team.

Looking for the fantastic place for your vacation I would highly recommend Rixos marina with great value. It was best decision to stay everything was great from check in to check out. Special thanks to housekeeping Mr. birendra for your friendly hospitality service and making our stay smooth. Room was clean and everything was organised. Excellent experience. Beautiful place, great and very generous F&B and the facilities are amazing. All staff are very helpful and caring. We had a great experienece with Asanka who was very kind and made sure we had all needes during our stay. Best experienece every time we stayed here, thank you Rixos Abu Dhabi!

Jerrylin, Ravi, and Sayed were fantastic during both our check-in and check-out — warm, professional, and very efficient. You made everything smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to Ruth for arranging the beautiful birthday amenities — such a thoughtful and lovely surprise! Dinner at the Italian restaurant was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had — exceptional food and service. My apologies that I forgot the names of the manager and supervisor who took such great care of us during dinner, but please know your hospitality truly stood out. Last but definitely not the least, special thanks to Anup for all the arrangements and for taking care of every detail throughout my entire F&B experience. You all are truly amazing. В целом отдых в данном отеле оставил приятные впечатления. У отеля красивая широкая территория, отличный пляж и прекрасный вид на Персидский залив. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная, персонал в целом внимательный. Номер был просторный. Сами номера уже немного подустали — интерьер местами кажется слегка устаревшим. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить уборщика Мустафу. Всегда был приветливым, здоровался, интересовался как у нас дела и каждый раз уточнял, в какое время нам будет удобно убрать номер, чтобы не беспокоить. Благодаря его внимательности и аккуратности номер всегда был идеально чистым. Понравился ресторан Isla на пляже, на обед меню отличается от шведки, вкусно. Вкусный кофе в Isla, а также в пекарне на 1 этаже. Рядом находится Молл - парк минут пешком.

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. The service is excellent as always, the food is tasty and varied. It's convenient that the sea is nearby, and there is an adults' pool. A shopping center is located close to the hotel. There is a mini water park for children. I would like to give a special thanks to Birendra and Jhonson for the cleanliness of the room.

Stayed at Rixos for 3 nights for a quick getaway from Dubai. I cannot rate this enough. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Rooms, food, cleanliness, service, attention to detail, attentivness. Everything from start to finish was beyond expectation. We checked in and checked out with Sohaib from reception. He was polite, kind, available for any questions we had and friendly, and made us feel at ease. He was very professional from start to finish as well as always having a smile on his face. Thank you so much.

Ich war zwei Nächte im Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi auf einem Business-Trip. Als Diamond Member bei Accor hatte ich im Vorfeld um ein schönes Upgrade in den oberen Stockwerken gebeten. Leider bekam ich nur ein Zimmer im 12. Stock (von 38), angeblich waren die höheren Kategorien komplett ausgebucht – nachvollziehen konnte ich das aber nicht. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr stark auf russische Gäste ausgelegt, ich würde sagen ca. 80 %. Viele Gäste haben All Inclusive, was für Familienurlauber sicher perfekt ist, für Geschäftsreisende eher weniger passend. Was mich gestört hat: • Hellhörige Zimmer: Wenn jemand Stühle verschiebt oder am Gang spricht, hört man es deutlich. • Lichtschalter & Steuerung: Alles digital und permanent beleuchtet – im Dunkeln ist das Zimmer dadurch ziemlich hell, was meinen Schlaf gestört hat. • Insgesamt wenig Ruhe, was für Geschäftsreisen eher ungünstig ist. Positiv hervorzuheben: • Service sehr gut, wie man es aus Abu Dhabi/Dubai kennt. • Frühstück ausreichend abwechslungsreich, Kaffee und Cappuccino sehr gut. • Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt gebe ich dem Hotel 3,5 von 5 Sternen. Für russische Familien und All-Inclusive-Urlauber sicher ideal, für Geschäftsreisende wie mich eher weniger geeignet. Ich werde vermutlich nicht wiederkommen.

Special thanks to Yaovi at the lobby. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and made our arrival and stay much smoother. His genuine friendliness really stood out. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Благодаря таким людям отдых становится особенно приятным!

I have an absolutely wonderful experience at the Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. The hotel itself is stunning, featuring beautiful modern architecture, luxurious and clean rooms, and breathtaking views of the marina and the city. The amenities, dining options, and overall atmosphere truly live up to the world-class reputation of the Rixos brand.What made my stay truly unforgettable, however, was the impeccable hospitality. A very special thanks goes to Mr. Ali at the reception desk. From the exact moment I arrived, he welcomed me with genuine warmth, absolute professionalism, and a big smile. He made my check-in process incredibly smooth, took the time to ensure all my preferences were met, and went above and beyond to make me feel valued.It is rare to encounter such dedicated and attentive staff. Mr. Ali is a fantastic asset to the Rixos team, and his exceptional service set the perfect tone for my entire stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

I really no expectations of this hotel. We booked on a whim and last minute. The initial communication wasn't great, but didnt help that we checked in in the middle of the night. However, the hotel itself is really good and when we have found out about the amenities, all day was really really positive. We were traveling with a toddler with all of the hotel staff were really friendly. The hotel general lends itself to the all inclusive market, however we were half board and didn't feel like we missed out. The food was really good. Some of the pools are in the shade, no problem in the height of summer but more of an issue in Jan. Not an issue for us though. Some of the floors by pool are also excessively slippy which I do think they should improve. The room was really clean and tidy. Shout out to Rahul Kumar and manager Kaung. He was excellent and managed to compensate for our messy lives. Thank you.

Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und sind restlos begeistert von diesem Hotel. Angefangen von der extremen Sauberkeit, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, dem exzellenten Housekeeping bis hin zu der weitläufigen Poollandschaft mit unaufdringlichem Service. Dass es einen Adults only Pool gab, an dem man herrlich entspannen konnte, fanden wir perfekt.

Manuhar and Santosh from the housekeeping staff are very dedicated and friendly. They always ensure that I return to a clean and comfortable room where I can rest well after a long day. The hotel is very well managed, and the overall service quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.
