Отдыхаем в вашем отеле уже третий год подряд, поэтому можем сравнить уровень сервиса. К сожалению, в этот раз мы были неприятно удивлены тем, насколько он снизился. Первое, что бросилось в глаза — это качество и разнообразие еды. Оно заметно ухудшилось. Даже наш ребёнок (11 лет) сразу обратил на это внимание по приезду. Возможно, на загрузку отеля влияет Рамадан или то, что сейчас большой поток туристов в Египет из-за ситуации в Дубае, но уровень питания стал значительно ниже. Также ухудшился сервис и отношение персонала. Во многих местах сотрудники общаются не очень корректно и не всегда готовы помочь. В номерах отсутствуют базовые вещи, которые раньше предоставлялись: тапочки, зубные щётки и другие мелочи. Самое главное — это падение уровня еды и общего обслуживания. Мы уверены, что руководство отеля знает об этой проблеме. И, судя по разговорам с другими гостями, это мнение не только наше — многие постоянные гости отмечают те же изменения. Надеемся, что руководство обратит внимание на эти моменты и вернёт тот уровень сервиса, за который мы раньше выбирали ваш отель…

Excellent experience in every aspect. The hotel truly represents comfort, luxury, and exceptional service standards. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Special thanks to People Restaurant for the delicious food, great variety, and outstanding dining experience. I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Sami is the best at Beach Bar 2! He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service. He always makes sure everything is exactly as we like it. The cocktails, especially the Hendrick’s-based ones, are delicious and perfectly prepared. His positive attitude and professionalism made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Le cadre de cet hôtel est spacieux et magnifique. Les repas sont diversifiés. Nous avons préféré le restaurant Mykonos pour son emplacement en bord de mer et sa propreté. Le personnel y est accueillant, serviable et nous avons très bien mangé. Merci à Gooma Elkordy et à toute son équipe. Le centre wellness est également très bien conçu et bien entretenu. Hacer du guest relations nous a été d'une grande aide, Merci pour ses bons conseils et son professionnalisme. Merci à Rezzak pour son chaleureux accueil au restaurant Lalezar et au turkish breakfast, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Overall, the experience was acceptable, but it fell short of expectations given the high price point. The cost is significantly inflated relative to the value provided. While the variety and quantity of food are undeniably extensive, the quality is generally average at best, with only occasional standout items. This creates a noticeable gap between expectation and reality. Cleanliness is adequate to a certain degree; however, there are several observations that indicate room for improvement. With more attention to detail, the overall standard could be elevated considerably. The property itself is exceptionally large, which, while impressive, makes mobility quite exhausting. Moving around often requires waiting for golf carts, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming. As for the staff, many are polite and cooperative, which is appreciated. However, a noticeable number lack the refinement and professionalism expected in a luxury hospitality setting. It would be highly beneficial for the management to invest in more advanced and structured training programs focused on high-end guest service. In summary, the stay was reasonably good, but given the premium pricing, a significantly higher level of quality and service should be expected.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful evening at Lalezar. Great food. The chef was clearly very good, and came out to greet us as guests. The whole staff were great. Especially the Restaurant Manager Rezzak, with typically warm Turkish hospitality was so attentive and friendly. Fabulous evening:

Loved our Villa, the service and hospitality too! We could hang out in the beach and staff us quick to help you get set up and comfortable with loungers, towels, and umbrellas. We enjoyed drinks and snacks all day. Plenty of food options snd activities. We had a great massage and steam sauna at the spa. The staff here are the best!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas. The entire resort offers outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The sea is absolutely stunning, crystal clear and perfect for enjoying peaceful moments by the shore. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was simply perfect. It was very comfortable, especially with children, offering both privacy and space to relax. It was also more sheltered on windy days, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning at breakfast, we were assisted by Rezzak and Azza, and we couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making our Turkish breakfast even more enjoyable. Both of them showed the same level of professionalism and warmth, always making sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our experience so memorable.

Amazing Hotel, food, drinks and service is out of this world. Big shout out to Ahmed Ashraf at infinity bar - adults only pool staff - he goes above and beyond and makes the best drinks ever. Very friendly, polite and attentive. Works very hard, especially in the heat. We were looked after from start to finish. He is an amazing person. A credit to the hotel 😃 all other staff around the pool are and lifeguards also amazing. Thank you Ahmed for making our stay so outstanding.

An exceptional stay in an ultra-luxurious hotel! Overall, the Rixos Premium Magawish is a truly luxurious hotel with a concept that I absolutely loved: the à la carte restaurants. It is such a refreshing change from the usual buffets which can get quite repetitive. The hotel itself is simply exceptional. Admittedly, there were a few minor hiccups with the service at first, but they were quickly resolved thanks to the incredible professionalism of Aliyah from Guest Relations. Her efficiency and attentiveness were outstanding. If you stay here, these restaurants are absolutely worth the detour: People's (my personal favorite), Asian, Brazilian, and Bengal. A huge thank you to Chef Karim Haddad from the People's restaurant. Not only is he an incredibly talented, high-quality chef, but he is also genuinely kind to everyone. He prepared world-class dishes for us, and I highly recommend him! I will definitely be returning with my family this summer, and I hope my children will be just as amazed as I was. We had a wonderful experience at Greek restaurant Mykonos.The lunch was excellent and full of fresh, authentic flavors, and the dinner was just as impressive – truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff made the whole visit even more special. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive, sharing kindness and hospitality just like you would expect in Greece. You can really feel the love in the way they take care of their guests. Thank you for a great experience – we will definitely come back again!

Wir sind rundum begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Hotelanlage und dem hervorragenden Service. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich und zuverlässig gereinigt – alles war stets sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel vollkommen überzeugt: Das Essen war durchweg super lecker, abwechslungsreich und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Besonders begeistert haben uns die À-la-carte-Restaurants mit ihrem tollen Ambiente. Die Köche leisten dort wirklich hervorragende Arbeit – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. In jedem Restaurant gab es zudem frische, köstliche Säfte, und sowohl die Qualität als auch die Quantität der Speisen und Getränke ließen keinerlei Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns übrigens der Kaffee – einfach überragend! Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Overall, Rixos Premium Magawish is a fantastic family-friendly resort with vibrant entertainment, diverse activities, and excellent food. The resort offers a lively atmosphere and a great experience for families. However, our stay started with a very frustrating check-in experience. The hotel initially refused to let us in, stating that Almosafer had not completed the payment. We waited for nearly two hours and had to contact Almosafer several times before the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, this left a poor first impression. Another area that needs improvement is the kids’ club. The activities and entertainment seemed heavily focused on Russian-speaking guests. My child speaks English and Arabic, so it was disappointing that there was limited engagement in either language. Room cleanliness was also below the standard expected from a resort of this level, and the golf cart system could be better managed, as waiting more than 20 minutes each time was inconvenient and time-consuming. That said, the overall service was commendable, and the food was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Fatima from Customer Experience and Mr. Mohammed at the front desk for their outstanding support and professionalism. With improvements in check-in coordination, multilingual kids’ activities, room cleanliness, and golf cart availability, Rixos Premium Magawish has the potential to deliver a truly top-tier family resort experience.

Летала с 2 детьми в феврале 26 года. Погода была чудесная, от 22 до 26 градусов. Ветер был, но меня он совершенно не смущал. На вечер конечно нужно брать одежду потеплее. Что касается отеля, то он выше всяких похвал. Лучший, где я была в Египте. Номера просторные и чистые, территория красивая и ухоженная. Главный ресторан - с большим ассортиментом блюд, много мяса, птицы, рыбы. Каждый день были креветки, устрицы и крабы (что конечно круто,как я считаю). Но самое крутое и то, из-за чего я выбирала этот отель -это детский клуб! От работает с 9.30 до 22.00 Ребенка без родителей можно оставить с 4 лет в клубе. Каждый час какие то развлечения. То поделки, то боулинг, то экскурсия к лошадкам. Мы даже ходили с детками готовить пиццу от детского клуба. Если аниматоров предупредить, то они даже отводят детей в ресторан на обед и назад. Я просто была в хорошем шоке от такого сервиса. Мои дети не хотели отсюда уходить. Проводилр все время в клубе. Аниматоры очень приятные девушки, большая часть говорит по русски. Я супер довольна этим отелем!

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas. Everything exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our holiday special was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. A big thank you to our housekeeper Tarek, who took great care of our room 42211 during the week, always keeping it spotless and welcoming. Special thanks as well to Omar, the bartender at the pool bar, and the team at the lobby bar for their friendly service and great atmosphere. We also truly appreciated the chefs and restaurant staff - the food and service were consistently excellent. Thanks to all the hardworking people behind the scenes, our vacation was truly unforgettable. We would be happy to come back again!

I carefully chose this hotel and was right: an attentive welcome at reception, spacious rooms, a well-organized beach with attentive service, a beautiful coastline and crystal-clear water, more than enough restaurants and decent cuisine, all the staff are very responsive, even the electric car drivers interact warmly with guests and it's clear they enjoy their work! This is my third visit, and I want to highlight the amazing atmosphere, the superb cuisine, and the service, which makes any stay at the hotel unforgettable! A big thank you to the people who do their job so well, from the excellent restaurant chef Muhammad Ali to manager Tamer Ahmed and waiters Ahmed Arisha, as well as the hotel management, who are so talented at organizing a relaxing holiday!

Однозначно лучший отель в Хургаде. Идеальные пляжи , песок, чистое море, заход в море плавное, что идеально для отдыха с детками. На территории отеля много ресторанов Аля карт, выбор еды большой, все вкусно , много морепродуктов. Единственное не хватило горок в бассейне для деток. Есть мини диско, каждый вечер шоу программа. В самом номере есть все необходимое, номер чистый, свежий, в современном стиле

Great evening meal at People’s restaurant tonight for a family of 6! Menu choice was plentiful and the food was tasty and delicious. The service was great and very efficient. What makes it 5 star are the staff. Big thanks to Mohammed Aziz and Peter for excellent service. We also had some great magic tricks which the boys loved. Thank you People’s. The animation team have been great. They organise lots of activities throughout the day. My sons particularly liked the darts. A big thank you to Noha and Nesma in particular. They’ve been great xxx

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля за великолепный сервис и внимание к деталям! Отдых проходит просто замечательно — всё на высшем уровне. Особенно хочется отметить уборку номеров: всегда идеально чисто, всё аккуратно и очень уютно. Шампуни, зубные пасты и другие принадлежности пополняются вовремя, мини-бар всегда полный, а постельное бельё свежее и безупречно подготовлено ко сну. Очень приятно, что в номере 11006 Hamada Sally предоставлял халаты, мочалки для тела и даже набор для бритья по необходимости — чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику, который подготавливает номер ко сну: очень вежливый, доброжелательный человек, всегда приветствует утром и вечером с улыбкой. Также хочется отметить атмосферу в отеле — здесь действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря такому отношению отдых становится ещё более комфортным и приятным. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким!
