Disappointing Experience at R&B Ibn Battuta Mall Dubai
I had a highly frustrating experience at R&B Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai recently, primarily due to the uncooperative behavior of a security guard. I feel compelled to share this negative review to highlight the issues I encountered during my visit.
When exiting the store after making a purchase, the security buzzer went off, which is not uncommon. However, the security guard responsible for checking customers' items mishandled the situation, making matters worse.
I waited for over 20 minutes as the security guard needlessly rescanned my items, with no clear process. To add to the chaos, another customer's buzzer also went off, further complicating the situation. The security guard inexplicably left my bag aside to attend to the other customer's items, completely disregarding my concerns.
Despite my polite request for assistance or the involvement of another staff member, the guard blatantly ignored me. This lack of professionalism and indifference to customer satisfaction was deeply disappointing.
This experience reflects poorly on R&B Ibn Battuta Mall as a whole. Customers should not have to endure such humiliation or waste their time due to staff incompetence.
I hope my experience serves as a reminder to R&B Ibn Battuta Mall to improve their customer service and security procedures. I left with a negative impression, and I'm unsure if I'll return in the future.
