رحنا على روبينا أول يوم عيد الميلاد عشان نتصور. ما كان في كثير ناس قدامنا، فسألنا الشاب اللي على الكاونتر قديش ممكن ننتظر. للأسف ما أعطانا أي جواب واضح، وكل شوي يقول “ما بعرف” ومرة يحكي نص ساعة ومرة ساعة ومرة أقل، حسب كل عيلة. طريقة كلامه كانت أبداً مش لطيفة ولا مهذبة، وما حاول يشرح أو ينظم الوضع، غير هيك ما نبهنا إنه في ناس عم تستنى وعم تزهق وتطلع. الجو كله كان ملخبط وما حسينا بأي احترام أو تقدير. بالنهاية قررنا نطلع وما نتصور بسبب طريقة التعامل وسوء التنظيم. تجربة ما رح نكررها

طريقة تعامل الطاقم الشب عالكاونتر اليوم الساعة ٥ مساءاً غير لطيفة.. ما بعطي للزبون وقته وبتكلم معه وهو بتطلع بالشاشة هاي قلة ذوق وعدم لباقة.. داخل الاستوديو قامت مشكلة بين اثنين من العاملين وكان الوضع بخزي..روبينا اله اسمه مفروض يكون افضل من هيك

Really great service. We were taking photos for our son’s passport and they were incredibly patient while he slept for what felt like ages and then took multiple photos so we could choose the best one.

روبينا عشره عمر. ٢٠ سنه بنبني أحلى ذكريات بمساعدتهم و خبرتهم بصنع الابتسامه. خبره محمد عميص لا تضاهى، ما شاء الله عليه دايما استقبال و مساعده وابتسامه ما بتفارقه.

اذا كنت بقدر أعطيكم أقل من نجمه كان أعطيتكم حجزت جلسه تصوير لمدة ساعة كامله. المصورة كانت كل شوي بدها تخلص و تروح من اول ١٠ دقايق، غير اسلوبها الغير احترافي و تعليقاتها اللي ما إلها داعي و كانت غير متعاونة بأنه تساعدنا بوضعيات تصوير. الصور ما أخذنا وقتنا و احنا منختار منهم غير انه أصلا واضح عدم الراحه فيهم بسبب المصوره. باختصار تجربة ما بتتكرر أبدا و ما بنصح حد فيه نهائي.
