Staff did not greet us upon entering the store and showed no warmth or acknowledgment. We were asked to wait for more than 30 minutes due to a “system problem,” yet no apology, update, or even a simple gesture of hospitality was offered while we waited. For a luxury store that prides itself on premium service, the experience was extremely disappointing—honestly, the level of service felt worse than a neighborhood bakala.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Olaya branch. I purchased a Rolex from this dealer last month as a gift for a bride. When I returned today to request gift wrapping for the occasion, the staff provided three different, contradictory excuses to avoid helping: 1. First, they claimed they only wrap with a physical receipt. 2. Then, they claimed they only wrap watches purchased at that specific branch. 3. Finally, they claimed they only wrap watches the "exact instant" they leave the store. Even after presenting my international warranty card, the staff continued to move the goalposts. It is unacceptable for an official Rolex retailer to provide such inconsistent and unhelpful service to local clients. A "Superlative" brand should not have such substandard customer care. I will be escalating this to Rolex SA and Attar management. Avoid this branch if you expect the luxury service you are paying for.

محل عالمي لبيع ساعات الروليكس الغني عن التعريف ، ساعات روليكس الفخمه تتدرج اسعارها وكذلك تختلف الوانها ومقاساتها بنوعيها الرجالي والنسائي ويوجد كذلك ساعات روليكس ممكن تلبس لكلا الجنسين رجالي ونسائي . ارتفعت اسعارها بالفتره الاخيره بشكل واضح ، انتظرت عند البوتيك مدة ١٠ دقائق للدخول بسبب ازدحام المكان ، الموظفين متعاونيين ، الموديلات محدوده واذا حاب شي معين ممكن يطلبونه لك وبعد فتره يتصلون فيك وممكن ما يلقونه . احيان يكون سعر الساعه مرتفع مع انه مافيها الماس بسبب انها ذهب صافي سواء كانت ذهب ابيض او اصفر او روز قولد ، واحيان سعر الساعه معقول وفيها الماس لان سيرها يكون ستاينلس ستيل وليس ذهب . مقاساتها صغير ووسط وكبير . هذا الفرع ماعندهم صيانه ، الصيانه في فرع بانورما مول

Two years ago, my husband and I walked into this Rolex boutique excited to begin our journey into luxury watches. Instead, we were met with one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The sales associate didn’t even acknowledge us when we entered. He stood there, headphones in, eyes glued to his phone, as if ignoring customers was the new way to “welcome” them. Even when we approached him directly, he barely lifted his head and responded in a curt, dismissive manner. When I explained we were looking to purchase our very first Rolex, his only reply was that it “had to be pre-ordered”—with no effort to explain the process, show us alternatives, or make us feel valued. That single interaction told us everything we needed to know. Rolex lost not just a sale that day, but a long-term customer. Since then, my husband has become a serious watch collector….already owning three luxury pieces 🌸🌸, all from other brands that treated us with respect and enthusiasm. Rolex will never be part of that collection, simply because one careless employee chose arrogance over professionalism. This store didn’t just lose one watch sale..it lost a lifetime of business.
