Very disappointing experience. The delivery time given was not honored, even though I had arranged my schedule around it. At the last moment, I was informed the order was not ready and asked to come later. After waiting for their call, I was given a specific time to collect the order. I travelled more than 20 km based on that information, only to be told to wait even longer upon arrival due to poor internal coordination. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers make an effort to plan around the business. However, apart from the delay, the finishing was reasonably good. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values reliability and proper time management.
