Rooms Hotel Tbilisi, the kind of place you always return to For me, a hotel starts at reception and Rooms gets the first impression right every single time. No matter when you arrive (6:00 a.m. before a run, or late on a packed weekend), you’re welcomed with the same calm professionalism and genuinely positive energy. A personal thank you to the reception team Ana Pruidze, Tinatin, Anano, Liza, Shota, Ana Khalvashi, and Anuki — you make the whole experience feel effortless, warm, and human. The rooms are consistently spotless, room service is reliable, and the overall standard is high — but what really stands out is the feeling: Rooms somehow manages to feel both refined and familiar, like an authentic Georgian home with real character. And then there’s the kitchen — where the real magic happens. And the breakfasts deserve their own note. I’ve rarely seen this level of care even in premium hotels abroad. Huge thanks to chefs Giorgi, Tamta, and Rezi — every dish is prepared with attention and heart (the omelettes and those magical pancakes especially). Even if you’re not a morning person like me, the atmosphere is never forced: it’s calm, tasteful, and the staff give you exactly the right amount of space while staying fully attentive. Rooms is a flagship Georgian brand for a reason, a place that leaves its mark. Highly recommended.

Pluses- nice service and part of the old publishing company with a lot of books on their shelves. The other spaces like the Stamba Hotel and restaurant are good too. I like the restaurant as well both for breakfast and dinner. The bar is also nice with friendly staff - hopping from Wednesday. The coffee is pretty good too Minuses - dark but what lights are available are harsh

Like a lot of places in Georgia, the interior is super cool. Pros— the common spaces are really cool and a popular hang out spot. Cons—The rooms themselves though were extremely dark with very limited lighting and very dark wallpaper. The bathtub in the room felt more an aesthetic touch than functional.

Pretty decent, but definitely ‘room’ for this Rooms hotel to improve their service and general chirpiness. And boy oh boy do they need to change their wallpapers :) Decent value for money from the perspective that it’s located in the busiest street of the capital.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing atmosphere, staff are very nice and hospitable. The entire building has a certain vibe and aura to it. The design is lovely, my room was spacious and spotless. Cleaned and replaced amenities on a daily basis. Meeting rooms for people coming on business are located on floor -1 and are also very nice (some mold in meeting room one, I don’t recall the room name however the first on the left after the elevators). Breakfast was also nice, a wide assortment of typical breakfast items and a chef to cook on demand, I ordered an omelette, not sure of what else was available for order. Very attentive hostess keeping an eye on everyone ensuring food experience. One note, DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT get a room facing the street, parking outside, even for a brief moment is illegal and police cars come around every 30-45 minutes yelling at parked people through the megaphones, they’re loud as hell and will do it at all times of the night/morning/day. Has a lovely bar downstairs with a terrace outside, gets quite busy.

Heel mooi en schoon hotel. Gemakkelijke parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. Gezellige lobby om wat te drinken. Perfect verblijf gehad. Het énige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken is dat je de mensen op de gang goed hoort. Verreweg ons beste verblijf bij onze rondtrip door georgië!

The design of the rooms and the building is very nice, in an incredibly central location. I love design. The bar in the lobby and mcintosh sound system are very enjoyable! But of course the rooms are a little expensive

Hotel is nice, rooms are a bit strange, but have their character. Breakfast was great, dinner not so much… The hotel is a hotspot with locals going to the bat and restaurants most nights. So at night it will not be very quiet. Close to the metro station and bus station, and a 15-20 min walk to old town

While we always enjoy the exceptional service and breakfast at your Kazbegi location, our experience here was disappointing. The reception staff lacked friendliness, offering no greeting or acknowledgment during checkout, which felt dismissive of us as local guests and im sure foreigners receive much better treatment. Additionally, our minibar was completely empty despite the mandatory credit card deposit, and the $20 breakfast bar ( which we assumed was included with the room ) was nearly depleted by 10:45 AM. This was supposed to be our valentine’s romantic staycation and it was totally disappointing.

The hotel has a Central location to many touristic spots of Tblisi. We walked to most of the tourist spots. The day we had to hire a cab we could find one quickly. The day we checkedin our room airconditioning was not working so they immediately sent an engineer. However it did not get repaired so they moved us to another Room. All the rooms face the busy street so it gets noisy and sleep is disturbed even at night. Service and staff is welcoming and english speaking so communication was not a problem.

Seems like a design hotel of former glory. Dark rooms, poor AC & WiFi. Sweet staff, but I felt sorry for them in the uniforms. A bit of a drama trying to cancel with the sister hotel due to weather in Kazbegi, but I appreciate it was possible.

Beautiful hotel and very well decorated. The retro feeling goes too far in some areas. For example in the bathroom where the separate taps are more of an inconvenience than anything. The shower head looks great but it's pointless and provides a terrible experience. The noise coming from the street is at times unbearable. Windows should be much better isolated. I get that you are going for the retro-chic look but again in this case it ruins the customer experience. The bar can get veeery busy and we were unlucky with some drunk customers too close for comfort. Overall I quite liked the hotel for its charm and good service. I would go back but would love to see the issues resolved. Oh and the wifi, oh boy the wifi, it's just nonexistent. Don't expect to have internet access at all

Very pleased with my stay and highly recomend Rooms for anyone staying at Tbilisi! Whats makes this place special is the staff, location, history of the hotel (former print room) and the bar/restaurant vibe. Special thanks for the amazing staff for supporting me after being stranded for 48h. Thanks to Anano, Shota, Anna, Anuki, Tina, Ana and Liza. I’ll be back 😊

The 5-star hotel evaluation is misleading; the hotel should be rated at a maximum of 4 stars. Positives: charming style and quick service. Negatives: 1) The room temperature was too cold for winter and it was not possible to raise it. 2) There was no sound insulation; the city-side rooms were very loud. 3) The heating system produces a disturbing noise. I changed rooms because of this, but the noise was still present, to the point that I had to turn off the heating at night in order to sleep, after which I woke up from the cold. :) (even when it's on it's too cold for european standards, around 19°C max.) 4) The shower system could be more comfortable, especially in terms of water pressure, it could be more modern and smooth, not necessarily massage-like. 5) The price on Booking.com was lower than the one offered at reception, but the receptionist did not offer to match it. In the end, I booked and paid at the reception as I was in a rush and could not wait the 15–20 minutes for the Booking.com confirmation to appear in the system.

The good: Close to a good hotel The service The bed: Shower is bed - no water head (sinfeld) The AC in winter will dry you out The worse thing: every one leave the hotel limping. They have a door stop where you walk, so every time you go to bed when the door is closed, you will bump it with your fit. The fridge is locked like prison. Don’t go there

Hotel was cool, nice vibe - not the usual standard hotel that could be anywhere, Rooms had a local feel.. Food was good, service was fantastic, special shout out to Shota at Reception, he was very helpful and nothing was too much!

The staff are very rude, it's definitely not a child-friendly hotel, they're ill-mannered and take books away from children. There is no cabinet in the room you need keep your clothes in the luggage

Rooms hotel is lovely, very central and safe. The location is 10/10, with many cafes, shops and sites nearby. As two girls, we felt safe with 24 hour hotel security. We were well taken care of, welcomed and the concierge were extremely helpful with organising restaurant bookings and day trips out of Tbilisi including a driver they had a good relationship with. If you’re looking to rent a car they can also organise this. The hotel itself is massive, connected to Stamba, with many facilities, a variety of good restaurants and shops. The hotel interior is very chic and well decorated. All staff members were extremely hospitable and the rooms itself were very clean and comfortable. The sound proofing was excellent in the rooms - I slept like a baby. There is no other hotel in the city that I’d choose to stay in. Special thank you to Elenka and Annano for all their kindness and help. I cannot wait to come back. ❤️‍🔥 S&S

Müthiş bir otel, stamba otelle ortak dekore edilmiş avludan Stamba'yı görüyorsunuz zaten. Rustaveli eski şehre 30 dk falan yürüme mesafesi ama boltla veya metroyla gidilebiliyor. Bütün müzeler zaten bu bölgede. Resepsiyonda çalışan Anna müthiş tatlı bir insan, çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı harika... Odalar harika dekore edilmiş. Yalnız buzdolabı yoktu odada. Anna cafenin mutfağına koyabileceğimizi söyledi. Tercih etmedik ama ilgilendi teşekkür ederiz. Bence fiyat fayda açısından da illa eski şehirde kalmayacaksanız en iyi lokasyon. Rustaveli çok şık bir bölge.

We loved every thing. The vintage trendy design is creative and extremely cosy. The rooms are very comfortable with one of the best mini bar ever experienced. Fabulous breakfast and great cocktails bar team. The staff is definitely more friendly (and smiling !) than at the Stamba or the Rooms Kazbegi where we also stayed. We definitely recommend.
