I would like to share my feedback about Chef Sri at Rosmarino Restaurant. The experience was truly outstanding. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, especially the carpaccio, pizza and the caprese salad very flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Chef Sri’s talent really stands out. You can feel the passion, attention to detail, and care in every dish. It’s not just food—it’s an experience you genuinely enjoy from the first bite to the last. Please pass on my appreciation to Chef Sri for such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed my experience at Rosmarino restaurant at Ajman hotel I loved the vibes and the ambiance that makes you feel you have travelled , Italian vibes with music and amazing food what else do we need . The restaurant has an Italian authentic home cooking prepared by a talented Italian chef . The food was so delicious , takes you to another level of taste. The presentation is more than perfect . The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful and I do highly recommend this restaurant to everyone comes to Ajman . I ordered lamb chops and it was delicious and their sea food pasta it’s so fresh and I loved it . The chocolate fondant was irresistible I ate it all You will enjoy the place as I did. I will be back again to dine in at rosmarino restaurant because I have enjoyed every minute I spent there .

Yesterday I visited Rosmarino restaurant in ajman hotel the place had rustic charm with modern accents, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The attentive and friendly staff welcomed me with a smile, and I was promptly seated at a comfortable table. The menu at Rosmarino offered an enticing selection of both traditional and contemporary Italian dishes, showcasing a fusion of flavors that catered to all tastes. As a seafood enthusiast, I opted for their signature seafood risotto, while my companion chose a classic Margherita pizza. To start, we indulged in a plate of their delectable bruschettas. The food surpassed all expectations. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented with fresh, high-quality ingredients that delighted the senses. The seafood risotto was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced, and brimming with the taste of the sea. The Margherita pizza was simplicity at its finest, with a thin, crispy crust topped with the freshest tomatoes, mozzarella, and fragrant basil. Staff Sonam and minn were so welcoming and hardworking all the chefs were so dedicated and delivered the best food more than expected We have tried pizzas , pastas , most delicious deserts and lasagna Everything was so delicious and had an authentic taste of Italian cuisine Enjoyed live music too

Esperienza davvero eccellente. Vivo a Ras Al Khaimah da un paio d’anni e un ristorante di questo livello qui ce lo sogniamo (lo chef è italiano, e si sente!). Gli gnocchi ai formaggi sono semplicemente straordinari, da premio Oscar: cremosi, equilibrati, perfetti nella consistenza. Vale assolutamente la pena fare un’ora di macchina per venire ad Ajman. Tornerò sicuramente!

The taste of the Napolitan pizza we ordered was nice. Huge pizza portion for two. Nice chunky anchovies. But I expected, as in Napoli, pizza to be thin, but it wasn't. General service and staff attentiveness were good.

Friends , Italian food is my favorite. I heard so much about Rosmarino restaurant. So I decided to had a date night dinner with my man. It was a fantastic experience to dine in Rosmarino. The ambiance of the restaurant was so cozy & alluring. Live music made this experience beautiful. They have a wide selection menu. Food of Rosmarino was so delectable. Love the taste of food & presentation style. Staff of Rosmarino are so cooperative & welcoming. Mr Fahad Yassouf , Mr Feby, Mr Pravesh, Mr Aqib , Mr Kevier, Miss Sonam all are so dutiful & polite . The food they serve is made with fresh local ingredients. The restaurant serves authentic Italian food prepared by skilled Italian chef. If you want to try the best Italian food then must visit Rosmarino restaurant .

Rosmirano Italian Restaurant is amazing! Their food is absolutely delicious, with authentic Italian flavors The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic date or a fun night out with husband 🥰. You have to try their pasta dishes and their tiramisu is to die for! 🍝🍷🍰 Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Вчера заказали еду в номер (505), стейк был подгоревший и во многих местах имел чёрную сгоревшую корочку, брускеты тоже были подгоревшими, тирамису был просто кучей крема, посередине один тонкий бисквит, не имеющий ни кофейной пропитки, ни должной степени влажности, остальные блюда были пресные и безвкусные (как, кстати, и в Занзибаре, пробовали в прошлом году), к слову, в Café Naseem готовят гораздо вкуснее, НО самое ужасное, что мой муж отравился грибами, которые были поданы к стейку. Заказ был подан в 17 00, но уже ночью в самолёте мужу стало плохо, по прибытии в Москву его постоянно тошнит и рвёт! Когда он их ел, они сразу показались ему странными, они были какие-то склизкие, но из-за обилия соуса было не понятно, что именно не так, доедать не стал. БУДЬТЕ ОСТОРОЖНЫ!!!

We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! The pasta was absolutely divine, with perfect al dente texture and a rich, flavorful sauce. The Caprese salad appetizer was fresh and bursting with flavor, setting the tone for a great meal. To make the evening even more special, there was a talented singer providing the perfect ambiance, adding to the overall charm of the place. The highlight, though, was how the whole team came together to celebrate my birthday, making me feel truly appreciated. The chef even came out to greet us—what a wonderful touch! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for delicious food and a memorable experience!

The food is ok , the pizza is not good as Italian restaurants , the taste is below normal , the pasta white sauce was not rich , the taste was not wow , fair the bread was ok but the thing that irritates us is the menu is so complicated I think it is over rated

Отличный ресторан с улыбчивыми и внимательными сотрудниками. Очень вкусная и большая пицца, сытные салаты. Если у вас есть ваучеры на питание, то стоит потратить их на пару блюд здесь, вместо стандартного шведского стола, так как размеры порций не маленькие.

authentic Italian restaurant, I would recommend their lamb chops 😋 the sauted mixed seafood & tagliatelle al funghi. The service was excellent & I definitely will come again whenever in Ajman!

We had such a wonderful experience. They open at 12:30 for lunch and we were there a bit early. Ali ( the manager) quickly swung in to action and assigned 2 staff members who happily assisted us. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back! Go check them out!

Everything’s just fabulous! We were cautious and tried the beef with mushrooms and the spinach with cheese, with all those Italian names you need training to remember. The desserts made us eager to eat again despite being full. Gotta come again and try other options with a bit more lighthearted attitude. Last but not least: Live music, bossa nova, blues, vocal, musicians - thank you all for an amazing evening 😊

Отличный ресторан! Отзывчивые и учтивые официанты, замечательные и харизматичные повара, вкусные блюда, все это ждёт вас в ресторане. Посещаем этот ресторатор уже несколько раз, всегда высокий уровень обслуживания, также иногда бывает живая музыка. Отдельную благодарность хотелось бы выразить, Manpreet, chef Kevin, chef Aslan и chef Fahad

Nie podzielam pochlebnych opinie tej restauracji. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, ale jedzenie po prostu średnie. Jedliśmy pizzę, spaghetti, sałatka. Ogólnie wszyscy narzekali na średniej smak potraw.

Was here with my friends and we can't regret visiting. Excellent service, the food was delicious and the service team was just amazing. Sonam, Feby and Feven and not forgetting the amazing Italian Chef Macemiliano. We'll be back soon
