Wir hatten als Familie hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Meer und die Hotelanlage sind ein Traum und ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Durch das All Inclusive Paket hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer von hoher Qualität, alles super Lecker. Das Servicepersonal hier ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vor allem hervorheben möchten wir Kayum, Mehmet und Mahmoud - alle drei spitzenmäßige Köche. Wir kommen definitiv wieder hierher!

Villaggio bravo tutto perfetto , Olive ristorante buonissimo con una varietà fantastica , le camere con un servizio pulizia impeccabile , lo staff in generale cortese . Le due Alessie che dire impeccabili anche nel gestire situazioni più difficili . L’animazione sempre sul pezzo ma mai pressante , Max , Willy , Coriandolo stupendi . Struttura in generale da 10 !

We would love to share our absolutely exceptional experience with this hotel, which we are visiting for the third season in a row – and that alone speaks volumes. ❤️ Throughout our stay, we use the Rotana Club services, which are at an outstanding level, and every year the hotel manages to pleasantly surprise us. This year, it was a new beach bar with seating exclusively for club guests, offering a breathtaking ocean view. On top of that, there is significantly stronger WiFi throughout the entire resort, including the beach, which is a huge plus. The beach is the most beautiful we have ever seen, and the ocean is incredibly clean. The entire resort is immaculately maintained, clean, and well-organized wherever you look. A major highlight is the outstanding gastronomic experience, which is excellent every year and continues to impress us. In the restaurants, we would like to sincerely thank the amazing service team, especially Bindu, Snow, Nia, Kedoseno Hriati, Lulu, Caaroline, Kumala, Christine, Ashrap, and Sarang – you are wonderful and truly do your work with heart. We would also like to commend the perfect beach service provided by Rajan and Aynul – always smiling, attentive, and highly professional. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, caring, and warm, and what makes it even more special is that we meet the same familiar faces for the third year in a row, which truly creates a feeling of coming home. A very special thank-you goes to Manager Sammy, who is an absolute star. We will definitely return because of him and his outstanding approach. We also greatly appreciated the opportunity to see behind the scenes of the hotel – the kitchen, laundry, storage areas, and the staff dining room. I stayed at the resort in November 2025 and had an amazing experience. I booked with Fanar Hotel & Residences originally but apparently there was some issue with my room. I’ve been offered a room at the Rotana instead. So what started as a rocky vacation for me ended up being a dream at the Rotana! As a solo female traveler I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived til the moment I left. All the staff from the reception to the restaurants to the spa have been very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, friendly and comfortable, offering everything you’d need. The hotel grounds were well kept and inviting. The beach was clean and lifeguards were there for your safety. If you have booked all inclusive you can get something delicious to eat all day long. I also like the fact that they use paper cups/plates instead of plastic. The only thing that might be missing are some benches on the property to enjoy the outdoors when you are not lounging on the beach! Oh and on top of all of that: I felt completely safe in everything I did while I was there!

The hotel is one of the best as for me. Villas look luxurious, food is delicious and the staff is really helpful and friendly. At the resort you can travel by club cars. Swimming pools are clean. We loved this place! We took part in a. amazing cruise organized by Sahbi. We saw the dolphins and a big turtle. There were two DJs on the board and we also had a silent disco. Everything was marvellous! Oh.. and we are in love with the sunsets🌅 We would recommended this trip to everyone ✨

Wir haben neun wundervolle Nächte im Salalah Rotana Resort verbracht und können diesen Aufenthalt nur als rundum gelungen beschreiben. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einem Upgrade überrascht, was direkt den Ton für den gesamten Aufenthalt gesetzt hat. Der Service war durchgehend auf Top-Niveau – aufmerksam, professionell und dabei immer persönlich und freundlich. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich gesehen und willkommen. Der Strand ist schlicht traumhaft: lang, weitläufig, gepflegt und ideal für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Es gibt Unterhaltung und Aktivitäten, aber alles angenehm dezent, sodass Erholung jederzeit möglich ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das kulinarische Angebot. Das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich, hochwertig und hervorragend organisiert, ebenso die verschiedenen Restaurants, die mit Qualität und Atmosphäre überzeugen. Ein absolutes Highlight war jedoch das Christmas Dinner: Optisch eine echte Wucht und kulinarisch einfach 1A. Dieses Buffet war bis ins Detail durchdacht, wunderschön präsentiert und geschmacklich hervorragend – wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes und für uns unvergesslich. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit. Das Salalah Rotana Resort hat sich diese fünf Sterne mehr als verdient und ist für uns eine klare Empfehlung.

English below⬇️ Najlepszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem. Polecam wybrać opcję Rotana Club. Piękna prywatna plaża z wygodnymi leżakami, kabanami, świetny pan Rajan obsługujący plażę. Hotelowa plaża ciągnie się kilometrami, można pooglądać kraby, ryby, lokalne ptaki, piękny zachód słońca, a z falochronu podobno nawet zobaczyć delfiny. Restauracja przy plaży dla gości Rotana Club niesamowita, przepyszne jedzenie, świetna obsługa, duży wybór, świeże kokosy do picia do śniadania lub do zabrania ze sobą na plażę. Pokoje bardzo ładne, duże, przestronne, czyste. Cała obsługa hotelu przemiła, pomocna. Hotel po którym można spacerować godzinami, urządzony pięknie, z klasą, na każdym kroku miejsce do odpoczynku, coś smacznego do przekąszenia dla dzieci i dorosłych. Na pewno wrócę w przyszłym roku! The best hotel I’ve ever been in. I would strongly advise choosing the Rotana Club feature. Marvelous private VIP beach with comfy sunbeds and cabanas, incredible Mr Rajan taking care of the private beach! The hotel beach is really wide and you can admire not only the beautiful view but also enjoy observing the crabs, fish and local birds wandering on the beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunset and apparently watch the dolphins during the sunrise or sunset. The restaurant near the beach for Rotana Club guests is the best! Delicious food, great service, wide choice of meals, fresh coconuts to drink during breakfast or to take with you and enjoy on the beach. The rooms are great, big, spacious, clean. All the crew - great people, always happy to help. you can wander across the hotel for hours and find something to do, somewhere to relax or enjoy some delicious snacks for both adults and children. The design is great, with class. I will be happy to come here next year!

Белоснежный песок, прекрасно оборудованный пляж и небесно голубой океан, с чистой прозрачной водой! Лежаков всегда много и найти свободное место не проблема, полотенца чистые. В океане всегда волны, но плавать и наслаждаться океаном это никак не мешает, лично мне доставляло огромное удовольствие! Если не любите волны, рядом лагуна, где вода спокойная, больше похоже на озеро, и в не спокойном океане, и в лагуне полно любопытной рыбы, наблюдать за ними интересно! Территория отеля очень ухоженная, везде очень чисто, можно ходить босиком! Обслуживающий персонал очень приветлив, все здороваются, ребята все время, что то убирают, подстригают, и наводят чистоту. Мы жили на виллеCM/~36. Ребята клининг, выполняли свою работу замечательно, все быстро, идеальная чистота, каждый день меняли постельное белье, всегда приветливы, спросят, что нужно, никогда не доставляли неудобства и дискомфорта! Спасибо Вам, вы большие профессионалы своего дела, любая просьба исполнялась мгновенно! От виллы нас забирал гольф Кар , и вез в любую точку гостиничного комплекса. Всем ребятам , гольф Каров огромный привет, и спасибо вам, Иман, тебе огромный привет, ты отличный парень, всегда веселый, старался поднять нам , и без того отличное настроение! Зайд, тебе тоже привет, спасибо, что доставлял нас на виллу на прекрасном черном внедорожнике, чтобы мы не ждали багги на ни минуты! Халид, очень внимательный, чуткий , отзывчивый!Вы большие молодцы, и относитесь к своей работе с большой ответственностью! Ресторан отдельная тема. Всегда свежая еда, ни одного жухлого листика в салате, еда разнообразная, на любой вкус, все приготовлено с большой душой и любовью! Я очень привередливая в еде, но у меня нет ни одного замечания, ребята, спасибо, любой Мишленовский ресторан мог бы гордиться вами! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Wunderschöne sehr saubere Hotelanlage. Strand herrlich mit Karibikfeeling. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte. Essen vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Ich war im Januar 2026 in dem Hotel. Als ich gegen 11 Uhr Vormittags angereist bin und eincheckte, sagte mir der Herr im Eingangsbereich, dass kein Zimmer für mich frei sei. Er würde sich darum kümmern. Ich habe eine halbe Weltreise auf mich genommen um dorthin zu kommen. Man ist müde, hat für die dortige Witterung einfach die falsche Kleidung an. Man sagte mir, dass ich in gut einer Stunde das Zimmer beziehen kann. Nach einer Stunde kam ich wieder in die Lobby zum gleichen Herren (Mohammad), er sagte mir, dass auf der Website steht, dass die Zimmer erst ab 15:00 Uhr belegt werden können und hat mich dabei gleichzeitig die ganze Zeit angelächelt. Er meinte, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und deswegen kein Zimmer frei ist. Bei so einer großen Anlage ist das mehr oder weniger unmöglich. Das war sehr unangenehm für mich, weil ich die Lüge menschlich sofort merkte. Wie gesagt, dass war der erste Kontakt mit dem Hotel. Mein Koffer bekam einen Zettel und stand einfach so in der Gegend herum... Klasse, super sicher! Um bei der Wahrheit zu bleiben; man gab mir von Anfang an die Möglichkeit, die komplette Anlage zu erkunden und auch sofort die Restaurants zu besuchen. Ich hatte keinen Hunger und wusste zudem nicht, wo sich die Restaurants befinden. Nach gut 3 Stunden Wartezeit in der Hitze mit warmer Kleidung kam der Herr aus der Lobby zu mir und gab mir die Zimmerkarten. Ein anderer Herr aus dem Service fuhr mich und den Koffer zum Zimmer und trug sogar den schweren Koffer vor das Zimmer. Er sagte, dass meine Situation das Problem vom Hotel sei, weil an jenem Tag 165 Hotelbesucher das Hotel verlassen haben. Verständlicherweise zu viele Gäste. Leider zu meinen Ungunsten! Der Anreisetag war für mich verloren. Ich habe mich wirklich geärgert, das war sehr sehr unangenehm, insbesondere das "falsche" lächeln vom Herrn des Eingangsbereichs. Ich habe zeitgleich meiner "Urlaubsagentin" eine Mail geschrieben, sie meinte, dass es weltweit normal sei. Genug der Kritik! Der restliche Urlaub war wirklich schön. Tolles Essen, ein fantastischer, kilometerlanger Strand zum Wandern. Wirklich höfliche Menschen im Service in den Restaurants. Alles sehr zuvorkommend, man hat sich um mich wirklich gekümmert und war echt immer bemüht. Zum Hotel und zur Lage kann ich für mich sagen, dass es dort im Januar eine Sonnengarantie gibt. Das ist richtig schön und angenehm. Es gibt zahlreiche andere Events am Strand ... möchte ich jetzt nicht vorziehen oder beschreiben, um die Vorfreude und Spannung anderer Besucher nicht zu stören. Zur Belegung anderer Nationen würde ich für mich sagen: 1/2 kommt aus Polen; 1/4 aus Italien; der Rest verteilt sich auf die anderen Länder der Welt. Was noch auffällig war, waren die Angestellten oder Subunternehmer, die am Strand die Besucher ständig für bezahlbare Massagen oder Ausflüge animiert bzw. ausgefragt haben. Sicherlich immer höflich und zuvorkommend, man merkte aber, dass es Profis sind und ihren Job verstehen. Vor allem die Damen waren und sind im Kernfokus der kostenpflichtigen Massagen. Mit Ausnahme der Anreise, gab es für mich nichts, wo ich wirklich kritisch etwas auszusetzen hatte. Leider war das Erlebnis für mich sehr prägnant und unglaublich unangenehm. Ich reiste morgens um 8 Uhr ab.... genügend Zeit, mein Hotelzimmer für andere, neue Gäste, vorzubereiten. Liebe Gastgeber, achtet bitte auf ein gutes, geschultes Personal in der Lobby! Ich wäre als Gast super glücklich gewesen, mich einfach in einem Raum umzuziehen und an den Strand zu gehen. Dann wäre mir die Wartezeit egal gewesen, weil dann ab der ersten Sekunde der Urlaub begonnen hätte. Herr Mohammad war es leider nicht! :-( Richtig richtig unangenehm!!! Nochmal, ich möchte nicht belogen werden und dabei angelächelt werden.

The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty dishes and high-quality service. The pools, beach access, and recreational facilities were fantastic and suitable for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully designed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rotana Hotel in Salalah, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our room was always perfectly clean, which we really appreciated. Due to the humid climate, we experienced some minor discomfort at the beginning, as the air conditioning does not have a dehumidifier function. However, the staff took our feedback very seriously and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable! Their responsiveness and care made a big difference and showed genuine professionalism. We chose the Premium package, which included also a personal butler, and we cannot thank Rula enough for her outstanding support. She was incredibly kind and helpful, gave us excellent program and activity recommendations, and made our stay even more special. We are truly grateful for her attention and care. The all-inclusive service was excellent. There was a wide and high-quality selection of food and drinks available throughout the entire day — we never felt hungry. The variety was impressive: multiple restaurants are available within the hotel, and guests can also dine at restaurants in neighboring Rotana hotels. This meant we could enjoy different cuisines every evening, without ever feeling repetitive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single team member — from reception staff to restaurant and service teams, housekeeping, gardeners, and security — was exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth created a truly special atmosphere. This is a place we will definitely return to, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Rotana Salalah to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming hotel experience.

Resort moto bello, hai tutto, diversi ristoranti con cene a tema, bar aperti sempre ed il personale è super sorridente e professionale. La palestra è aperta dalle 6, perfetto per chi va a dormire presto e si sveglia all'alba, ben servita anche, sauna e bagno turco. Ottimo!!

Pobyt w hotelu Rotana oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt położony jest w wyjątkowo pięknym miejscu, z dostępem do dużej, zadbanej i bardzo ładnej plaży. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa hotelowa – na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie. Pracownicy są uprzejmi, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Chciałabym szczególnie podziękować kelnerowi Abdelly, który swoją profesjonalną i serdeczną obsługą sprawił, że czułyśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Znakomicie zorganizowana kolacja sylwestrowa była dodatkowym atutem pobytu – wydarzenie zostało przygotowane z dużą starannością i stworzyło wyjątkową atmosferę. Cały pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania i pozostawił bardzo dobre wspomnienia. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam hotel Rotana i mam nadzieję na ponowny pobyt w przyszłości!

Magnifica vacanza in questo resort bellissimo: tutto è stato praticamente perfetto. Location incantevole (la sera sembrava di essere in una fiaba), clima ideale, cibo buonissimo (complimenti agli chef italiani) e non da ultimo: animazione TOP! Gentilissimi, simpatici, coinvolgenti ma anche discreti ci hanno accompagnato con leggerezza in questa settimana da sogno. Pobyt w hotelu Rotana w Omanie był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Hotel jest niezwykle ekskluzywny, elegancki i utrzymany w najwyższym standardzie. Korzystanie z opasek daje dostęp do wielu udogodnień i naprawdę podnosi komfort pobytu. Jedzenie – po prostu rewelacja. Każdy posiłek był świeży, pięknie podany i bardzo smaczny. Duży wybór, wysoka jakość i świetny serwis sprawiały, że każdy posiłek był przyjemnością. Obsługa profesjonalna, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta w szczególności Sahbi, Snow i Sarang. Całość tworzy niesamowitą atmosferę luksusu i pełnego relaksu. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę!

Salalah Rotana Resort to naprawdę świetny hotel. Duży, pięknie zaprojektowany resort z kilkoma bardzo dobrymi restauracjami – jedzenie było pyszne i różnorodne. Ogromnym atutem jest przepiękna, szeroka plaża oraz spektakularne zachody słońca, które tworzą wyjątkowy klimat tego miejsca. Resort daje dokładnie to, czego szukałam: ciszę, spokój i poczucie przestrzeni. Brak tłumów, brak hałasu i bardzo kulturalni goście sprawiają, że można tu naprawdę odpocząć. Obsługa jest uprzejma, nienachalna i pomocna, a całość utrzymana na wysokim, komfortowym poziomie. To idealne miejsce dla osób ceniących relaks, naturę i jakość, a nie głośne animacje czy imprezową atmosferę. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto chce się wyciszyć i nacieszyć pięknym otoczeniem.

Time passed far too quickly—our only regret was that our stay ended sooner than we wished. Without a doubt, we will return again, and next time for a much longer visit. W Rotanie spędziliśmy 4 doby, skorzystaliśmy z opcji Rotana Club a więc moja ocena będzie pod tym względem. Dopłaciliśmy za pokój z widokiem na ocean - nie polecam pokój był na parterze i widok był marny. Widzieliśmy palmy i linię brzegową zasłaniały rozstawione rzędy leżaków. Do opinii dołączam film z tarasu pokojowego. Minus także dla usługi club car - czas oczekiwania do pół godziny - mąż skaleczył stopę od spodu i miał problem z chodzeniem. Po powrocie z Havana Park czekaliśmy na melexa - club car ponad 20 minut. Plus Havana Park zwłaszcza dla dzieci - dodam że to był jeden z głównych powodów dla których wybraliśmy ten hotel. Aqua park oddalony od hotelu ok 4 min drogi samochodem - z hotelu dowozi do Aqua parku bus. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Minus dla mnie że śniadania w opcji podwyższonego standardu czyli Rotana Club tylko Ala carte. Pozatym śniadania serwowane tylko w jednej restauracji co powoduje okropny tłok - problem ze znalezieniem wolnego stolika. Podsumowując w czasie pobytu w Omanie byliśmy w 12 hotelach. Rotana oceniam jako jeden z najlepszych

Bardzo fajny hotel na pobyt. Terem jest ogromny to w zasadzie 3 połączone hotele. Dużo miejsca zawsze można znaleźć leżaki czy stolik w restauracji. Nasz pobyt miał miejsce w lutym, temperatury i tak były wysokie! W hotelu i w pokojach bardzo czysto.
