Alhamdulillah, I would like to sincerely thank the team for their excellent efforts, coordination, and helping nature throughout our Umrah journey. The scheduling and support provided were well-organized and very much appreciated. The hotel selection in Madinah was perfect — clean, comfortable, and well-located, which made our stay peaceful and convenient. The travel experience with the drivers was pleasant and smooth, Alhamdulillah. The drivers were well-mannered and helpful. However, -1. the bus provided was not new, and for a long journey of 15–16 hours, a newer and more comfortable bus would have made a significant difference. - 2. Just the Makkah hotel and its location were a bit disappointing. With some improvements in this area, we couldn't find taxi due to this route. Overall, we are satisfied with the services provided, considering the affordable package. Jazakum Allahu sabbir Bhai and all.

I chose Rawda Group because of their High rating, but my personal experience was very disappointing and unsafe. After completing my blessed Umrah, the return journey became very painful for me. The bus they provided was extremely old, uncomfortable, and not suitable for long travel. Inside Qatar border, the driver drove at high speed over a big road hump without slowing down. My brother was sitting in the last seat and he flew upwards and fell down very hard. He is still suffering from back pain because of this incident. What hurt us even more was the driver’s attitude. He did not apologize, did not check on any passenger, and behaved as if nothing happened. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable when carrying tired pilgrims who just finished Umrah. Someone elderly or a child could get seriously injured or even worse. I am writing this review not out of anger, but out of concern for future passengers. People trust Umrah groups for safety and peace after worship. I hope this company improves their transport quality, checks their drivers properly, and ensures better safety for all pilgrims in the future.

From start to finish, they have very responsible staff, bus drivers, emirs, food, accommodation, service, time management to make the most of Umrah without wasting time, visiting holy places, and providing facilities to buy quality dates and other things at low cost. There are so many plus points that you will feel like going for Umrah again and again with them.

It’s a Mercedes Benz. With us good experience Driver is Mohammed from Syria he is every good driving care all the family’s in site buss nice and kind person The Guide/ Ameer was very friendly & knowledgeable. (Usthad Ameer ) He guided us through the process. Pathetic Buses, non responsible staff, non co operative drivers. Comfort level is zero for such long journey. The intervals (where the driver gets free food from the hotels, he stops at there places irrespective of the hygiene and facility). Drivers take more than the agreed time for travel where the end up eating your time from the planned itinerary. Madinah hotel provided was more than 2km away from Masjid. Better avoid the bus route if your are planning for the best journey of your life to Mecca & Madinah. AVOID ALJOMOH BUSES

Only driver was our problem. Always shouting & So rude to the customers. The Guide/ Ameer was very friendly & knowledgeable. (Usthad Sameer) He guided us through the process. I recommend you to take food from outside. Not from them Their fees also reasonable. I recommend you to contact them directly. If not you may have to pay more. (I had paid 900 & My companion paid only 700) The hotels (3⭐️) were near to the Masjid un Nabavi & Haram. Just Walking distance. We didn’t waste any time on checking in. They provide the rooms immediately. Visited more historical places in mecca & Medina. I Recommend this service 👍 Hope this would be useful for your Next Journey.

very affordable package for umrah. They were quick and polite. Bus Condition :- bus was clean and seemed new but could have been little better. For such long journey the bus was little compact, the leg space was not sufficient. Hotel in makkah:- they have given pretty decent and nearest hotel to the haram sharif as it was the best location. Haramshareef was only 600 metre away. Many restaurants was nearby as well as bus stands, taxi stands and shops. Hotel in madinah:- even the hotel in madina was near masjid nabwi but the hotel was three star hotel. Though didn’t liked the hotel much. Ziyarat:- They have taken us to almost every major spots possible and explained each and everything very clearly. Instructor:- He was very polite and explained everything in detail. Management:- A small suggestion that needs to be improved. There has to be a WhatsApp group in which all kinds of changes must be informed. It was quite difficult for them to manage things. If someone was not on time for ziyarat, we had to wait for that one person to come, it would have been easy if there was WhatsApp group . Special thanks to all the staffs and esp the driver (Omar) the way he handled all the situations. I was very impressed with the behavior of the driver.

I booked Rowda group because of the high rating, but my experience was completely different and very disappointing. After completing Umrah, our return journey was extremely unsafe. The bus they provided was very old, uncomfortable, and not suitable for long travel. The driver drove recklessly and hit a speed hump inside the Qatar border at very high speed. I was seated at the last seat and I was thrown up from my seat and fell down very hard, causing serious back pain. The driver did not apologize or check on passengers. His attitude was rude and careless. This behavior is dangerous and can cause a major accident or even death. Many passengers were scared and unhappy with the driver and the poor condition of the bus. I am writing this review so future pilgrims will be aware. The company must fix their transport quality and ensure responsible drivers. Umrah is a sacred journey, and safety should be the top priority.

Aslamalikum, I took a Al Rawada group for Umrah and it was my first time umrah and i must say this trip was best trip of my life. The best thing of this group we got hotel rooms near with Makkah and Madina. We reached makkah and Madina with in 10 to 15min by walk from our room. I would like to thank Mr. Faheem who helped me throughout my booking and others things. One of the worst trip I ever had. First of all they keep on lying regarding the distance from both haram to hotel, upon payment they are telling the rooms are far and we have to adjust on that. 2. Bus is not suitable for long journey, even the comfort is quite disappointing and making painful joints, hand rests, pushback functions not working. 3. For the long journey they only provide single driver, even not taking care of the life/ safety of passengers. 4. In madeena the room is utterly waste with huge leakages, unkempt, and the staff are too irritating and annoying for the complainants. 5. Finally not allowing to vist rawdashareef as they have another trip for the driver and not letting the opportunity for majority. I won’t recommend anyone to take this business group as they are seeking only money money money. The driver is smoking inside the bus and he he is playing in mobile phone always while driving

Alhumdulillah best trip of my life. Good Service by Al Rawda group if I talk about hotel is good near to Makkah and specially driver nature is very good and friendly. But due to some old people miss ziyarat of many placess, he took too much time to come back in all stop. Thank you Al Rawda group. Jazakallah

The hotel provided in Makkah was pretty good. But they provided cheap accommodation at Madinah. Not even 1 star rated hotels; those were 3rd class lodges. Rooms were disgusting, full of mosquitoes and flys. When asked the agency they said that, they didn’t promise to provide star rated hotels and asked us to manage as it was just for 2 days. Finally we had to stay at the masjid during our stay at Madinah. Never recommend them to any.

Alhamdulillah, my first Umrah with Al Rawda was an amazing experience. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and comfortable. The team was very helpful and caring throughout the journey. InshaAllah I would love to travel with Al Rawda again. Highly recommended!
