We had celebrated our baby's first birthday here.. food was amazing. the service was extraordinary . Everyone were praising the food quality and taste and of course the service. They were so patiently waited and served till the end.

I have tremendous respect for a waiter called Fudhayl here. This person exactly knows what needs to make a customer delighted. He remembers a customers previous pattern. No matter what issue happens, I see him always smiling and handling the customer. Sometimes I come to this restaurant just to see this waiter. Wishing him a wonderful career.

They are stealing money from people, and rude behaviour, adding unknown charges (or without saying anything for extra serve (normally it does) , I am adding bill here, this is just for for mathi mulak curry (sardine curry) and motta rice (brown rice). Stealing people money and very rude behavior

I had a bad experience with Royal Paris. When I politely asked about the price, the worker responded rudely and told me to leave it there without properly answering. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Very disappointing service.

Recently last Sunday we organised our company annual meeting at their place ,it was really good,service,staff mainly food was really awesome,thanking all the staff and management for the wonderfull experience!!

The service is really bad. I'm so disappointed. I ordered my food at 12:40 p.m. Then I followed up at 1:30, and they said it was on the way. My coworkers’ food arrived, but mine didn’t, so I called them. The guy on the phone said he would check my order. After 10 minutes, I asked and messaged them again. By 2:00 p.m., someone called to tell me they hadn’t even placed my order, and the delivery guy had already left. They said he would come back by 2:30. Like, what is this? They just wasted my time! I’m still waiting. The worst part is that the restaurant is only a 3-minute drive away.

The person who takes the orders on WhatsApp is too arrogant to the customers. Many times he delivered me wrong items. Eventhough the food quality is not good, since it is near to the office, I used to buy from them. Extremely disappointed. Note - their delivery team is good.

We recently held our daughter's birthday celebration at Royal Paris Restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. The staff was incredibly attentive they went out of their way to make our daughter feel special and handled our large party with ease. The food was delicious & outstanding, everyone raved about the dishes. The price is affordable & they maintain the quality in the food. Thank you for making her day so memorable! We highly recommend this spot for any family celebration.❤️🧿

The dry fry prawns was delicious and that king fish fried . The service were okay and they are friendly with all the smiles. Sooooo people from Al qouz come and visit. It may not be fancy the place but the food is good and not expensive .

One of the wrost delivery in dubai.. This hotel our near maximum 800 mtr But delivery they will take 1 hour up. Not only one time all time same.. Keeta noon thalabath they will take only 30 to 45 minits.. This hotel owner see the rivew please clear the issue 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

😭😭😭😭 really not good 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Hamus and garlic too much cold 🥶 I I can't eat I think before days making 😭😭 I called them and they said they would take the call and check, but then there was no response from them.

We recently had our daughter’s birthday party catered by Royal Paris restaurant Al Quoz and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was a hit with everyone—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the quality and flavor of every dish especially beef dry fry. We highly recommend them for any event and will definitely be using their catering services again!

One of the best south Indian restaurant in terms of cleanliness, atmosphere and services

I’m writing this review to highlight a serious concern regarding my recent visit to this restaurant. During our meal, there was a complete power outage, and the restaurant continued operating without any backup solution in place. There was no air conditioning or ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable to dine, especially in the current heat. What made the experience more concerning was the lack of communication or apology from the staff. For a restaurant serving customers, having a proper backup power system is a basic necessity. This is not just about comfort — it also raises concerns about food safety and operational standards. I genuinely hope the management takes this issue seriously and takes immediate action to avoid such situations in the future.

Very bad experience. If you order food during breakfast time, be prepared to call 10 times within half an hour because no one answers the phone. And if you finally manage to place an order, expect the delivery to take at least one hour even if you are staying within just 400 meters of the restaurant. Poor service and unacceptable delays.

Very bad experience with Royal Paris Restaurant. Their staff's behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't even answer calls, and their WhatsApp replies come very late. Whenever you place an order, it takes more than 2 hours for delivery. Overall, a very disappointing experience with this restaurant.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had in the UAE. The staff were rude, untrained, and completely unprofessional. It's shocking how they speak to customers—zero respect or basic courtesy. Never stepping foot in this place again.
