Cockroaches in the bed!! Contacted the property from the moment one of my arrival, but no response! Cockroaches in the toilet and the bed! No lights in the corridor and service rooms, no service at all! Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment, Very very very bad value of money, I recorded a video for Cockroaches but even the poor amenities and hygiene state, I also documented my communication with the property manager without any response!

Very nice location very close to both the marina and the beach, the rooms were clean and neat also the whole atmosphere was enjoyable and Musa the property manger was friendly

I booked 5 nights and I did not stay there and had to cancel right away after I checked in. I can’t receive my money back even though I have not stayed in the apartment. This is a scam - the pictures you see in the booking are not aligned with the reality and they don’t explain to you that it is a shared apartment and I can not recommend any one to book. The service is also very very bad and once I complained they where very impudent.

Stayed in a suite with lounge access and sea view for 1 week, the room itself was fantastic we'll equipped with free water, large TV, good conditioning. Last to note is on a busy road junction so prepare for lots of traffic and honking horns from people with expensive cars Regardless l really enjoyed the stay and would go back. Thanks the staff

Absolutely amazing experience at Royal Beach residences. Beautiful rooms and with superb facilities. The best thing about this place is it's welcoming staff and location just adjacent to the beach

Royal beach residences is a calm place to stay clean and friendly stuffs I highly recommend 100% I had a nice stay for 5 months it’s close to the beach ,nice gym and very nice neighborhood… I had a fantastic stay 😍😍😍 10/10..

Disappointing customer service I must say .Asking me to cancel the booking since they don't allow the kids at the last moment. I clearly mentioned the details of kids at the time of booking.Snapshots below clearly show the property policy on website and actually implemented .Looking forward to hear from hotel management

This was my first time staying in a hostel. Initially I was very hesitant about the hostel concept but once I have been there it was really well maintained, hygienic, time to time there is a staff on shift duty who maintains it very clean, it’s just simply like you are owning an apartment with all facilities like wifi, mineral water, well equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix and many more facilities. I should especially thank and appreciate Mr. Musa, the host over there for his hospitality even during midnight. Looking to spend my future visits to Dubai there only. Thank you

Best place in affordable price nearby Marina Beach. Here we have received best and very comfortable bed. Mr. Musa, the care taker here delivered best service all the time. I would be happy to recommend this place for all.

Location is close to main attractions in the marina. Washrooms are cleaned frequently. Comfy beds and amazing host! Building was hard to find at first, but checked in at 4am with no other issues.

Place was not very clean . Beding was v changed , but was not clean . Had dirty marks and hears . Bachroom had to sher with 2 others mans . No cups . No catle no nathing . Why not telling people that that have sher bachroom . Not nice
