من اسوأ التجارب اللي ممكن الواحد يخوضها على الإطلاق مافي احترام للعميل من قبل الموظف علاء اول مرة بشوف اي دا بشتغل بالإمارات العربية المتحدة دولة القانون وحقوق الإنسان ببعتلها لعميلة وهية عم تحكي معو ما تتكلميش كتير بيقلها معقول !!!! لا يصلح لمسمى وظيفي خدمة عميل على الإطلاق اسوأ شخص ممكن تتعامل معو زود في السعر وبدو كوميشن 10 بالميه وحط أسعار لكلشي مو منطقية وعدا عن انن قالولي كل أوراقك مقبولة واكدولي هل شي وخبرتن تأكد اول وبعدا خليني ادفع الرعبون بيقلي أكيد انسي موضوع الأوراق خالص أنا رح زبطو وبعد ما ادفع يبعتلي شروط ومتطلبات وكل يوم برأي انسان لا يصلح للتعامل أبدا

من اسوء وأفظع الشركات الي تعاملت معاهم من موظفين لاصحاب سكن وعود فارغه مجرد خدو الفلوس من قبل آخر الشهر بي اربع ايام من المفروض اجي استلم البيت جاهز نضيف نحنا اليوم 8 الشهر حرفيا ذلوني ومابيردو على التلفون حالة البيت مذريه غير موضوع الصراصير والحاجات الخربانه من أجهزة المطبخ براد صدئ عايزيني اقعد بالشقه بالعافيه من غير مايصلحو شي لا انصحكم بالتعامل معهم ابدا لأنهم لايردون على الهاتف او يحاولو تصليح المشكله بل يهربون من الرد ولو حصل وردو بيراوغو بوعود لا تتحقق اسوء شركه واسوء معامله

اسوء شركه وساطه عقاريه في الامارات لا انصح بالتعامل معهم قطعيا لا يوجد التزام ولا مخافه رب العالمين اشتريت شقه عن طريقهم وكان الاتفاق ان يتم صيانه الشقه ودهانها مقابل ان ارضى بقبول الشقه على حالتها السيئه فقط لكي يكملو الصفقه ويرضو البائع على حسابي ولم يلتزمو بالاتفاق وقالو ايضا انه يجب ان ادفع رسوم اصدار خريطه للشقه البالغه 1000درهم واكتشفت بعدها انها على البائع كما انهم لا يعطوك اي معلومه عن الاجراءات المتبعه في دائره التسجيل سواء الاوراق التي ستحصل عليها او الفواتير التي دفعتها يوجد تفاصيل كثيره لا استطيع ذكرها كلها ولا اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل انتم خصومي امام رب العالمين وحقي لن اسامح به ابدا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

One of the best real estate in the city especially the manager ,Mr Hussam is very nice and cooperative person .

Horrible customer service. I asked about a property. Got pictures and prices etc.... Then made appointment for 9am in the office to see it(and I mentioned that I would take leave from work and drive for 3hours to come seeing it). The person responsible didn't come till 10am. And the people there didn't know the property at all. In the end after 1h waiting and 3h driving I was shown a completely different flat much worse. And the pictures received had been sent "by mistake". Horrible service. Unqualified and not respecting customers. Take care!!

"Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service Experience" I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service experience I recently encountered at your establishment. I recently inquired about a property and was provided with pictures and prices for further consideration. I made appointments twice to discuss and finalize the apartment, only to find that the designated person was unavailable both times. On the third attempt, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the property had been sold a couple of weeks ago. This revelation came as a shock to me, as I had been in continued contact with an agent regarding the same apartment. It is unacceptable that I was not informed of the property's unavailability earlier, as it would have saved me a significant amount of time and effort. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by your team is simply unacceptable. It is evident that there are serious flaws in your customer service protocols that need to be addressed promptly. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such lapses in communication and customer service do not occur in the future.
