My first ever deal in Dubai. The agent and his team leader didn't give us a proper guiding. I do not want to go for further details but in conclusion, it was a disaster. When I comfront them about it, they tried to put the blame on me. I don't want to mention their names since I believe everyone deserves a second chance. When my deal was a mess, Ms. Debra stepped in and assisted me throughout the way. She is a life savior to be honest. She is humble, kind, respectful, empathetic and above all she is hard working.
